  • Devin Asiasi TE | TEN

Bengals' Devin Asiasi: Questionable Week 5

Asiasi (ankle) is questionable for Sunday's game against the Ravens.

The 25-year-old suffered the ankle injury last Thursday against the Dolphins and was a limited participant at practice the past two days. Asiasi has appeared in two games so far this season and failed to catch his lone target.

  • Hayden Hurst TE | LAC

Bengals' Hayden Hurst: Questionable for Sunday

Hurst (groin) is questionable for Sunday's game in Baltimore.

Hurst opened Week 5 prep with back-to-back limited sessions before sitting out entirely Friday. The fifth-year pro has been dealing with a groin injury for three weeks running, but he's still played through it and posted a cumulative four catches (on six targets) for 34 yards and one touchdown the last two games. Per Geoff Hobson of the Bengals' official site, coach Zac Taylor expressed confidence that Hurst will be able to play Sunday, but an 8:20 p.m. ET kickoff will leave fewer players to pivot to if he's sidelined. Mitchell Wilcox is the next tight end on the depth chart for Cincy.

  • Kylen Granson TE | TEN

Colts' Kylen Granson: Limited to one catch Thursday

Granson secured one of three targets for 16 yards during the Colts' 12-9 overtime win over Denver on Thursday.

Granson had a season-high four receptions for 62 yards last week against the Titans, but his one catch during Thursday's matchup marked his lowest total of the season. While the Colts had trouble generating much offensive production as a whole against Denver, Granson has been inconsistent over the first five games of the year.

  • Mo Alie-Cox TE | IND

Colts' Mo Alie-Cox: Held in check Thursday

Alie-Cox secured his lone target for seven yards during the Colts' 12-9 overtime win over the Broncos on Thursday.

Alie-Cox found the end zone twice during the Colts' Week 4 loss to the Titans, but he wasn't very involved in the passing game during Thursday's low-scoring matchup. The 29-year-old has been held under 10 receiving yards in three of the first five games of the season.

  • Logan Thomas TE | SF

Commanders' Logan Thomas: Added to injury report

Thomas was added to the injury report Friday with a calf injury and is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against Tennessee, John Keim of ESPN.com reports.

The timing is suboptimal with Washington set to play two games in a span of five days, facing the Bears on Thursday Night Football after Sunday's tilt with the Titans. Thomas is expected to be a game-time decision ahead of the 1:00 p.m. ET kickoff this Sunday, with John Bates next up for snaps and targets at tight end, though the Commanders also might give Armani Rogers a look in obvious passing situations. Thomas is fifth on the team with 20 targets this year, averaging 3.3 catches for 26.5 yards per game with one TD in four contests.

  • Kyle Pitts TE | ATL

Falcons' Kyle Pitts: Ruled out for Week 5

Pitts (hamstring) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Buccaneers, Michael Rothstein of ESPN.com reports.

Pitts has missed three consecutive practices due to a hamstring injury, and the question now becomes whether he'll manage to recover in time for Week 6 versus the 49ers. Parker Hesse and Anthony Firkser will work to pick up the slack at tight end versus Tampa Bay on Sunday, but fantasy managers in need of a replacement for Pitts could have better luck perusing the waiver wire than Atlanta's positional depth chart.

  • Kyle Pitts TE | ATL

Falcons' Kyle Pitts: Not spotted at Friday's practice

Pitts (hamstring) is not practicing Friday, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.

Pitts appears destined to be ruled out for Sunday's game against the Buccaneers, as he's coming off three straight missed practices due to a hamstring injury. That would mark the first absence of Pitts' professional career and potentially even cast doubt on his availability for Week 6. Parker Hesse and Anthony Firkser will stand to handle increased reps if Pitts indeed is sidelined Sunday, but fantasy managers may want to look to another situation entirely for replacement production at the tight end position.

  • Panthers' Stephen Sullivan: Ruled out for Week 5

Sullivan (back) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the 49ers.

Sullivan was a full participant in Wednesday's practice session, but he was unable to take the field Thursday or Friday due to his back injury. He'll miss at least one game, and his next chance to suit up will be Oct. 16 against the Rams.

  • Dawson Knox TE | BUF

Bills' Dawson Knox: Won't play Week 5

Knox (foot) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Steelers, Alaina Getzenberg of ESPN.com reports.

Knox's absence as the No. 1 tight end leaves Buffalo's already depleted receiving corps even more short-handed. Jamison Crowder (ankle) is set to miss time due to a fracture, and Isaiah McKenzie remains in the concussion protocol, while depth receiver Jake Kumerow (ankle) also is sidelined this weekend. For the tight end position, Quintin Morris and Tommy Sweeney will work to fill in for Knox.

  • Gerald Everett TE | CHI

Chargers' Gerald Everett: Added to injury report

Everett (hamstring) was limited at practice Thursday.

Everett was listed as a full participant Wednesday, so it's possible the tight end tweaked his hamstring during Thursday's session. Either way, his status now is worth monitoring ahead of Sunday's game against the Browns. If Everett ends up out or limited this weekend, Donald Parham (hamstring) is a candidate to help fill in, having practiced fully so far this week after missing the Chargers' first four games.
