    Titans' Tommy Hudson: Hitting IR

    Hudson (undisclosed) reverted to the Titans' injured reserve Wednesday, per the NFL's official transaction log.

    Hudson went unclaimed after he was waived with an injury designation by Tennessee on Tuesday, thus landing him on IR. The third-year tight end now will be forced to miss the entire 2022 campaign, barring an injury settlement with the team.

    Seikovits has signed on to the Cardinals' practice squad, Darren Urban of the team's official website reports.

    Seikovits was unable to make enough of an impression at camp to beat out Maxx Williams (knee) for the No. 3 spot at tight end. However, with the latter recovering from a knee injury and Zach Ertz (calf) nursing an injury, he could potentially get called up to the 53-man roster at some point if neither get cleared to play.

    Giants' Tanner Hudson: Re-signs with Giants

    Hudson was re-signed by the Giants on Wednesday, Dan Salomone of the Giants' official site reports.

    Hudson was scooped up by the Giants last week after getting cut by the 49ers. He originally failed to make it through New York's final roster cuts, but they have since opted to bring him back with both Daniel Bellinger (concussion) and Chris Myarick (foot) dealing with injuries.

    Sean McKeon: Joins Cowboys' practice squad

    McKeon (ankle) has signed with the Cowboys' practice squad, Michael Gehlken of The Dallas Morning News reports.

    McKeon was competing with Peyton Hendershot for the No. 3 tight end role with Dallas. While he ultimately came up short, he will remain with the team on the practice squad. So, he could potentially get called up to the 53-man roster at some point should the team become thin at his position.

  • Cole Fotheringham: Joins Raiders' practice squad

    Fotheringham signed with the Raiders' practice squad, Paul Gutierrez of ESPN.com reports.

    Fotheringham joined Las Vegas after going undrafted in the 2022 NFL Draft. He was unable to earn a spot on the 53-man roster, but he will now practice with the team and be available should they ultimately become thin at tight end.

    Mason Schreck: Signs with Texans' practice squad

    The Texans signed Schreck to their practice squad Wednesday.

    Schreck spent most of the offeseason with the Texans but was unable to earn a spot on the 53-man roster. After spending most of last season on the Bengals' practice squad, he'll attempt to carve out a role as part of Houston's practice squad.

    Packers' Alize Mack: Reverts to IR

    Mack (undisclosed) reverted to the Packers' injured reserve list Wednesday, per the NFL's transaction log.

    Barring an injury settlement, Mack will be sidelined for the entire 2022 campaign. The 2019 seventh-round pick is still looking to make his regular season NFL debut.

    Jordan Akins: Joins Texans' practice squad

    The Texans signed Akins to their practice squad Wednesday.

    Akins spent the first four seasons of his career in Houston but signed with the Giants in April. He was held off the Giants' 53-man roster but will get a chance to carve out a role as part of the Texans' practice squad.

    Ravens' Charlie Kolar: Placed on injured reserve

    The Ravens placed Kolar (sports hernia) on injured reserve Wednesday, Clifton Brown of the Ravens' official site reports.

    Kolar underwent sports hernia surgery early in camp and will be unavailable to begin the regular season. However, the 23-year-old will be eligible to return after missing a minimum of four games, and he'll attempt to carve out a role behind Mark Andrews, Nick Boyle and Isaiah Likely once he's healthy.

    Tanner Hudson: Let go by Big Blue

    The Giants cut Hudson on Wednesday, Tom Rock of Newsday reports.

    Hudson was cut by the 49ers last week and quickly latched on with the Giants. He initially made the 53-man roster but was let go just one day later. Hudson suited up for just two games with the 49ers last year after making 20 appearances across the two previous seasons in Tampa Bay.
