Chigoziem Okonkwo TE | WAS
Titans' Chigoziem Okonkwo: Finds end zone
Okonkwo recorded one catch on two targets for six yards and a touchdown in Saturday's preseason win over Tampa Bay.
Okonkwo played 25 offensive snaps and 11 on special teams. He made the most of his two targets, catching a short touchdown in the middle of the end zone to tally his first score as a Titan. Okonkwo will likely serve as offensive depth in his rookie season, but he could put in plenty of work on special teams.

Pharaoh Brown TE | ARI
Texans' Pharaoh Brown: Back on field Monday
Brown (hamstring) participated during the Texans' practice Monday, Deepi Sidhu of the team's official site reports.
Brown has been sidelined since missing practice last Wednesday due to a hamstring injury, though the issue apparently proved minor given his return less than a week later. The 6-foot-6 tight end, who recorded a career-high 23 catches for 171 yards over 15 games during his second season with Houston last year, figures to see an expanded role while playing behind presumptive starter Brevin Jordan in 2022.

Kyle Pitts TE | ATL
Falcons' Kyle Pitts: In line to play Monday
Coach Arthur Smith said any Falcon who is healthy is slated to play in Monday's preseason game at the Jets, a group that includes Pitts, Michael Rothstein of ESPN.com reports.
Smith relayed the news on Monday Night Countdown on ESPN. This will mark Pitts' second appearance of exhibition season, after he went without a target on 10 offensive snaps preseason Week 1 at Detroit. With Drake London (knee) and possibly Bryan Edwards (shoulder) sidelined Monday, Pitts and Cordarrelle Patterson represent the biggest names that will be at Marcus Mariota's disposal.

Hunter Henry TE | NE
Patriots' Hunter Henry: Back on the field
Henry (undisclosed) returned to practice Monday, Mike Dussault of the Patriots' official site reports.
Henry -- who finished the 2021 campaign with 50 catches (on 75 targets) for 603 yards and a career-high nine TDs in 17 games -- once again is in line to work in tandem with fellow tight end Jonnu Smith this coming season. While that's something that can cap Henry's target volume when both are available, the 2016 second-rounder's nose for the end zone should allow him to retain fantasy utility in most formats, so long as he can avoid missing time with injuries.

Dominique Dafney TE | CAR
Dominique Dafney: Let go from IR
Dafney (knee) was waived from the Packers' injured reserve with an injury settlement Monday, Aaron Wilson of ProFootballNetwork.com reports.
Dafney reverted to Green Bay's injured reserve last Wednesday after missing some time this preseason with a knee injury. The 25-year-old, who caught two passes for 34 yards over 10 games with the Packers last year, will now be free to join a new team heading into the regular season.

Scotty Washington TE | BAL
Scotty Washington: Let go by Cincy
Washington was waived by the Bengals on Monday.
Washington re-signed with Cincinnati in February after spending the first two seasons of his professional career on the team's practice squad. The 25-year-old will now look to make his NFL debut elsewhere during the 2022 campaign.

Donald Parham Jr. TE | PIT
Chargers' Donald Parham: Out another week
Parham (hamstring) will miss another week, Daniel Popper of The Athletic reports.
Parham won't practice this week and will sit out a third straight preseason game when the Chargers face the Saints on Friday. Early reports suggested he'd miss about a week after injuring his hamstring Aug. 6, but he's now missing a third consecutive week of practice. If this lingers into the regular season, Gerald Everett and Tre' McKitty could pick up a few more TE snaps, while likely No. 3 receiver Joshua Palmer (concussion) could play a bit more as well.

Robert Tonyan TE | PIT
Packers' Robert Tonyan: Not cleared for team drills
Tonyan (knee) hasn't been cleared for team drills yet, Tom Silverstein of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reports.
Tonyan thus figures to be out for Thursday's preseason finale against Kansas City, with his status for Week 1 at Minnesota in serious question. He could be a big part of Green Bay's passing game this year, but not necessarily early in the season.
-
Dawson Knox TE | BUF
Bills' Dawson Knox: Set for return
Knox is expected to return from his personal leave and rejoin the team Tuesday, Chris Brown of the Bills' official site reports.
Knox has been with his family following the tragic passing of his brother. Coach Sean McDermott has stated that the Bills will follow a timetable that is most comfortable for Knox, taking things one day at a time once he returns.

Logan Thomas TE | SF
Commanders' Logan Thomas: Activated from PUP
Thomas was activated from the PUP list Monday morning, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.
The 31-year-old tight end now is eligible to practice and figures to be eased in over the next few weeks. It's still unclear if he'll be ready for Week 1 against Jacksonville, coming back from December surgery to fix an ACL tear that reportedly was accompanied by meniscus and MCL damage. The Commanders are awfully banged up at tight end even behind Thomas, with converted college QB Armani Rogers getting most of the first-team snaps this preseason in the absence of Thomas, John Bates (calf) and Cole Turner (hamstring). It was Bates who filled in as the starter last year after Thomas and Ricky Seals-Jones (now with the Giants) suffered injuries.
