Parham is dealing with a hamstring injury that likely will force him to miss approximately a week of practice, Jeff Miller of the Los Angeles Times reports.

Parham went down with an apparent leg injury during Saturday's practice, and coach Brandon Staley clarified Sunday that the tight end is dealing with a hamstring issue. The Chargers have their first preseason game Saturday, Aug. 13 against the Rams, and it certainly seems possible that Parham will be kept off the field. If the 24-year-old ultimately is sidelined, Tre' McKitty (undisclosed) and Hunter Kampmoyer could see increased looks versus the reigning Super Bowl champs.

Bellinger has been getting the clear majority of first-team work at tight end during camp, Dan Duggan of The Athletic reports.

Bellinger spent some time on the PUP list in late July, but he's since recovered from a quadriceps issue and may have worked his way into the lead role at tight end for New York to begin his rookie season. Ricky Seals-Jones initially was thought to be the slight favorite to top the depth chart at the position, but he's missed the entire past week of practice with an undisclosed issue. Should Bellinger secure the No. 1 TE role, he'd be an interesting target in fantasy given the team's potential offensive growth in head coach Brian Daboll's new system.

Gilliam signed a two-year, $5.2 million extension with the Bills on Sunday, Alaina Getzenberg of ESPN.com reports.

While Gilliam's statistical production doesn't warrant fantasy consideration, he still offers quality value to Buffalo's offense and special-teams units. Across his first two seasons with the Bills, the undrafted fullback out of Toledo has totaled 230 snaps on offense and 499 on special teams across 30 appearances.

Deguara led Packers tight ends in first-team reps during Green Bay's Family Night event Friday, according to Justis Mosqueda of acmepackingcompany.com.

Deguara lined up as a tight end on only five plays Friday night, but be it in the backfield or in the slot, he was on the field for 10 others. When it was all said and done, only two Packers skill players -- and no one listed as a tight end -- racked up more snaps. Deguara started getting more involved later in his second season, and unless fellow tight end Robert Tonyan (knee) makes rapid progress in the weeks ahead, Deguara seems poised to be the Packers' top option at his position Week 1.

Parham injured his left leg during Saturday's practice, Daniel Popper of The Athletic reports.

It's unclear how serious the injury might be, but Parham ultimately never returned to Saturday's practice and was spotted with the back of his upper left leg heavily wrapped. Expect an update from the Chargers on the tight end's status in the coming days.

Turner (hamstring) will not participate in Saturday's practice, Ben Standig of The Athletic reports.

The 2022 fifth-round pick evidently suffered a hamstring injury during Friday's practice. While the injury isn't expected to be serious, Turner had been benefitting from the absence of expected starter Logan Thomas (knee), who continues to rehab from a torn ACL suffered back in December. Any missed practice time likely will give opportunities to the likes of Sammis Reyes, Curtis Hodges and Armani Rogers, who are all competing with Turner for one of the final spots on the 53-man roster.

Andrews and a handful of other Ravens veterans will not play in the team's preseason opener Thursday, Jonas Shaffer of The Baltimore Sun reports.

Head coach John Harbaugh made sure to stress the decision was simply a precautionary measure. Andrews did get his foot stepped on during Saturday's practice and subsequently didn't participate in any of the ensuing drills, but given there was no mention of the possible injury post practice, it seems to be a non issue. After the Ravens traded away Marquise Brown this offseason, Andrews is expected to be the team's leading target by a significant margin and currently is near the top of the fantasy tight end hierarchy.

Ogletree is moving up the depth chart, earning a good amount of starting reps in recent training camp practices, Kevin Bowen of 107.5 The Fan Indianapolis reports.

Ogletree is seen having a strong camp so far while Jelani Woods and Kylen Granson have struggled at times. Ogletree is a sixth-round 2022 draft pick and operates in a run-first offense, so it's hard to get too excited after a few positive practice reports. However, Mo Alie-Cox isn't an established starting tight end and others at the position don't have much experience, so Ogletree's progress this preseason is worth watching.

Sample sported a brace on his leg and was walking with a crutch Friday after being carted off the field due to a knee injury in Thursday's practice, Kelsey Conway of The Cincinnati Enquirer reports. Ben Baby of ESPN adds that coach Zac Taylor expects Sample to miss a couple weeks as a result of the injury.

Sample's left leg injury has been specified as a knee injury. Taylor's prognosis rules Sample out for the Aug. 12 preseason opener, but it's possible Sample could be healthy enough to play in the second preseason game against the Giants on Aug. 21.

Trautman feels more athletic and healthier than he did at this time last season and wants to be a bigger part of the Saints' passing attack in 2022, Mike Triplett of ESPN reports.

Trautman spent most of 2021 atop the Saints' tight end depth chart but didn't do much with the opportunity, totaling just 263 yards and two touchdowns. With a healthy Michael Thomas and rookie first-round pick Chris Olave expected to draw more defensive attention on the outside, Trautman should have more space to get open inside and expects to help the team control the ball by moving the chains.
