Geoff Swaim TE | CLE
Titans' Geoff Swaim: Cleared for Week 12
Swaim (concussion) is listed as active Week 12 against New England.
Swaim returned as a full participant in practice Friday, setting the stage for him to gain clearance in Week 12. The tight end hasn't typically been a major part of the Tennessee game plan this season, though Swaim has hauled in exactly four receptions in each of the past three weeks with the receiving corps badly shorthanded. He could be in to see a few more targets than usual this week with A.J. Brown (chest), Julio Jones (hamstring) and Marcus Johnson (hamstring) all on currently residing on injured reserve.

Jonnu Smith TE | PIT
Patriots' Jonnu Smith: Looking good for Week 12
Smith (shoulder) remains questionable for Sunday's game against the Titans, but the Patriots are expected to make him active for the contest, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.
Smith is one four New England skill-position players listed as questionable for Week 12, but he, fellow tight end Hunter Henry (neck) and running backs Damien Harris (neck) and Rhamondre Stevenson (knee) are all likely to be available. When both tight ends have played this season, Smith has typically played second fiddle to Henry both in terms of snaps and involvement in the passing attack. Through 10 outings, Smith has tallied 22 receptions for 210 yards and one touchdown across 36 targets.

Hunter Henry TE | NE
Patriots' Hunter Henry: On track to play Sunday
Henry (neck) remains questionable but is expected to play Sunday against the Titans, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.
Fellow tight end Jonnu Smith (shoulder) also heads into the contest listed as questionable, but if both are available, they'll continue to work in a timeshare versus the Titans. Confirmation on Henry's availability will arrive 90 minutes prior to Sunday's 1 p.m. ET kickoff, when New England releases its inactive list.

Ricky Seals-Jones TE | IND
Football Team's Ricky Seals-Jones: Likely out Monday
Seals-Jones (hip) is doubtful for Monday's game against the Seahawks, Nicki Jhabvala of The Washington Post reports.
The 26-year-old continues to sit out practice with the hip injury and is likely to be sidelined for the second straight game. Logan Thomas (hamstring) is expected to be activated from injured reserve ahead of Monday's contest, so Seals-Jones' time as Washington's top tight end is likely over, regardless of whether or not he suits up against Seattle.

Logan Thomas TE | SF
Football Team's Logan Thomas: Expected back Monday
Thomas (hamstring) is expected to be activated from injured reserve ahead of Monday's game against the Seahawks, Nicki Jhabvala of The Washington Post reports.
Thomas has apparently looked good at practice since being designated to return from injured reserve Wednesday, and he's expected to be back on the field for Week 12. The 30-year-old will have a limited snap count if he suits up, which could limit his fantasy appeal coming off the six-game absence. However, he'd still clearly be the team's best pass-catching option at tight end, especially with Ricky Seals-Jones (hip) listed as doubtful.

Juwan Johnson TE | NO
Saints' Juwan Johnson: No targets in Trautman's absence
Johnson was not targeted during Thursday's 31-6 loss to the Bills.
While the lack of opportunities in the passing game is a disappointment, Johnson at least led Saints tight ends in snaps (24) in the first game without Adam Trautman (knee). However, that only equated to 43 percent of the available offensive snaps. Unless he starts seeing more playing time, Johnson will not be a trustworthy fantasy option.

Jonnu Smith TE | PIT
Patriots' Jonnu Smith: Questionable for Week 12
Smith (shoulder) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Titans after practicing in a limited fashion this week.
As is fellow tight end Hunter Henry (neck), with the Patriots having listed a total of 10 players as questionable for the contest. Fortunately, the duo's Week 12 status will be solidified prior to the first wave of games Sunday, with New England and Tennessee kicking off at 1:00 p.m. ET. While working in a timeshare with Henry, Smith has logged a 22-210-1 stat line through 10 outings. In that context, he profiles as a hit-or-miss fantasy option when both are in uniform.

Hunter Henry TE | NE
Patriots' Hunter Henry: Listed as questionable versus Titans
Henry (neck) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Titans after practicing in a limited fashion this past week.
The same applies to fellow tight end Jonnu Smith (shoulder), with the Patriots having listed a total of 10 players as questionable for the contest. Fortunately, the duo's Week 12 status will be clarified prior to the first wave of games Sunday, with New England and Tennessee kicking off at 1:00 p.m. ET. Though Henry's been working in a timeshare with Smith, he's been more productive from a fantasy perspective, recording a 33-378-7 stat line in 11 games compared to Smith's 22-210-1 totals through 10 contests.

Geoff Swaim TE | CLE
Titans' Geoff Swaim: Questionable after full practice
Swaim (concussion) was a full practice participant Friday and is listed as questionable for Sunday's game in New England, Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site reports.
Swaim was a full participant Wednesday and Friday, sandwiched around non-participation Thursday. That's unusual, but not necessarily bad, and he'll now need clearance from a team physician and independent neurological consultant in order to play this Sunday. The Titans can use all the help they can get with their WR group devastated by injuries, and Swaim should see plenty of snaps and at least a few targets if he avoids the inactive list.
