Smith (knee) is inactive Monday against the Buccaneers, Dan Salomone of the Giants' official site reports.

Smith was able to log limited practices Friday and Saturday, but his knee issue will keep him on the sidelines Monday. The 24-year-old has played a limited role in the offense and hasn't seen a target since Week 3. With Evan Engram and Kyle Rudolph seeing the vast majority of the work, Chris Myarick may see the snaps Smith misses out on.

Trautman (knee) was diagnosed Tuesday with a sprained MCL and is expected to miss 4-to-6 weeks, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.

The Saints haven't provided confirmation of Trautman's injury, but the tight end is now set to miss time beginning with Thursday's game against the Bills, Nick Vannett, Garrett Griffin and Juwan Johnson are slated to handle the team's tight end duties in the coming weeks.

Myarick was elevated from the Giants' practice squad to the active roster for Monday's game against the Buccaneers, Michael Elsen of the Giants' official site reports.

Myarick was also elevated to the active roster for Week 2 and didn't receive a target on seven offensive snaps. He could serve as New York's No. 3 tight end if Kaden Smith (knee), who is listed as questionable, is unable to suit up Monday.

The Saints listed Trautman as a non-participant on Monday's estimated injury report due to a knee issue.

Trautman wasn't known to have been dealing with an injury during Sunday's 40-29 loss to the Eagles, and it wasn't evident in his production either, as he turned in a 5-58-1 receiving line on eight targets. The tight end has taken on a heightened role in the passing game since Trevor Siemian came on in relief of injured starting quarterback Jameis Winston (knee) in Week 8, drawing no fewer than six targets in any of the Saints' last four games. Because New Orleans is facing a quick turnaround for Week 12 with a Thanksgiving Day matchup with the Bills, Trautman's listing on the injury report may just be an indication that the Saints plan to give him some extra maintenance. The Saints' Tuesday and Wednesday injury reports will provide a better idea whether or not Trautman is trending toward playing Thursday.

Hill and the Saints agreed Monday on a four-year contract extension that includes $22.5 million guaranteed, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.

If he's not cut before the deal expires, Hill will remain on the Saints' books through his age-35 season in 2025 and earn anywhere from $40 to $95 million, depending on what position he plays. If he continues to serve in his current hybrid role on offense while also contributing on special teams, he'll earn around $10 million annually, while he would reach the upper range of the extension if he eventually emerges as the team's starting quarterback at any point in the next four seasons. Given that he was beaten out by Jameis Winston for the starting role in the preseason and has backed up journeyman Trevor Siemian in the last three games following Winston's season-ending injury, Hill seems more likely to remain in his current gadget role. Even with Siemian turning the ball over twice in the Saints' Week 11 loss to the Eagles and completing just 55 percent of his passes, Hill didn't see any work on offense.

Lewis was not targeted in Sunday's 34-31 loss to the Vikings.

Lewis led Packers tight ends in snaps in the first two games the team played after losing Robert Tonyan to a season-ending knee injury Week 8, but he finished second in that department Sunday, spending 17 plays on the field compared to Josiah Deguara's 27. Lewis will continue filling a regular role thanks to his blocking skills, but don't be surprised if he plays second fiddle to Deguara moving forward.

Thomas (hamstring) is expected to be designated for a return from injured reserve during Week 12 prep, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.

Thomas hasn't yet been fully cleared, but his 21-day window to resume practicing is expected to open this week. The 30-year-old has been on IR since Oct. 6, and in early November he was spotted doing some work on a side field. With Ricky Seals-Jones (leg) injured and having missed Week 11, it would be a notable boon for Washington if Thomas is able to return in time to face the Seahawks on Nov. 29.

Deguara was targeted twice and caught two passes for 37 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 34-31 loss to the Vikings.

Deguara only got a couple opportunities to make a play Sunday, but he capitalized on the biggest one, hauling in a 25-yard pass into the end zone to bring the Packers within six points late in the second quarter. He has just 10 receptions this season, but the 2020 third-rounder looks like a player on the rise, as he has both caught two passes and seen his snap-count percentage increase in four straight games. His 27 snaps Sunday led Packers tight ends and were 10 more than Marcedes Lewis, the player who finished second on that list. Deguara should continue getting chances to contribute, as Robert Tonyan (knee), the Packers' top tight end, will not return this season.

Dissly caught one pass (three targets) for 16 yards in Sunday's 23-13 loss to the Cardinals.

Dissly has recorded 13 receptions for 156 yards and a touchdown through 10 games. He finished with 25 of 49 snaps Sunday while Gerald Everett logged 42. That has been the trend for the last few weeks, though neither tight end has shown enough consistency to be a weekly fantasy option.

Thomas caught his only target for seven yards in Sunday's 27-21 loss to Washington.

Thomas has now hauled in just one pass in three straight games. In comparison, rookie Tommy Tremble caught two balls Sunday, going for 35 yards. Given his low involvement, Thomas holds minimal fantasy value.
