Jonnu Smith TE | PIT
Patriots' Jonnu Smith: Suffers shoulder injury
Smith exited Sunday's game against the Jets after suffering a shoulder injury, Mike Reiss of ESPN.com reports.
Prior to leaving the contest, Smith caught both of his targets for 52 yards and carried once for five yards. In his absence, added looks in the passing game will be available for fellow tight end Hunter Henry.

Hunter Long TE | JAC
Dolphins' Hunter Long: Healthy scratch
Long (coach's decision) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Falcons.
Long played in Week 6 against the Jaguars, but he had only one target and didn't record a single catch. He's made three appearances this season and has played just 29 snaps, so him being inactive shouldn't affect many fantasy rosters.

Evan Engram TE | DEN
Giants' Evan Engram: Suiting up Week 7
Engram (calf) is active for Sunday's game against the Panthers, Dan Salomone of the Giants' official site reports.
Engram has been hindered by a calf injury all season, but after sitting out Weeks 1 and 2, he's suited up for each of the last four contests. His production has been less than inspiring -- 14 catches (on 21 targets) for 127 yards and no TDs -- but he should be a key part of the game plan in a skill-position group without Saquon Barkley (ankle), Kenny Golladay (knee), Sterling Shepard (hamstring) and Kadarius Toney (ankle). Engram's key competition for looks will come in the form of Darius Slayton (hamstring), Dante Pettis, John Ross (hamstring) and fellow tight end Kyle Rudolph.

Darren Waller TE | CAR
Raiders' Darren Waller: Game-time call for Week 7
Waller, who was added to the Raiders' injury report Saturday and is listed as questionable with an ankle injury, is viewed as a game-time decision for Sunday's contest against the Eagles, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.
The tight end strained his inner ankle and heel during Friday's practice, and his Week7 status now hinges on how he feels during pre-game warmups. If Waller is out or only able to play a limited amount of snaps Sunday, Foster Moreau would be the next man up to see added opportunities at tight end. Given that Las Vegas and Philadelphia kick off at 4:05 p.m. ET on Sunday, those considering Waller in fantasy lineups will ideally have an alternate option in place should he end up missing the contest.

Evan Engram TE | DEN
Giants' Evan Engram: Expected to play Sunday
Engram (calf), who is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Panthers, is expected to play, barring a setback in pregame warmups, Jordan Raanan of ESPN.com reports.
After missing Thursday's practice, Engram returned to the field Friday as a limited participant. While Engram's ability to conclude the week as a practice participant bodes well for his chances of being available Week 7, fantasy managers will still want to make sure he avoids the inactive list ahead of Sunday's 1 p.m. ET kickoff.

Nick Bowers TE | MIA
Raiders' Nick Bowers: Placed on IR
The Raiders placed Bowers (neck) on injured reserve Saturday.
Bowers didn't practice at all this week and had previously been ruled out for Week 7, but he will now be sidelined for at least three weeks with his move to IR. The 25-year-old was replaced on the active roster by Matt Bushman, who will likely slide into Bowers' special teams duties for the foreseeable future.
-
Jody Fortson TE | KC
Chiefs' Jody Fortson: Lands on IR
The Chiefs placed Fortson (Achilles) on injured reserve Saturday.
As expected, Fortson has landed on IR after an MRI confirmed that he suffered a season-ending Achilles injury during the Chiefs' Week 6 win. The reserve tight end recorded five catches for 47 yards and two touchdowns across six games during the 2021 campaign. Noah Gray and Blake Bell will likely see more opportunities behind Travis Kelce with Fortson out for the year.
-
Matt Bushman TE | KC
Raiders' Matt Bushman: Joins active roster
Bushman was elevated to the Raiders' active roster from the practice squad Saturday.
With Nick Bowers (neck) on injured reserve, Bushman will get his first promotion to the Raiders' active roster. Bowers operated primarily on special teams, so Bushman will likely have to contribute there before he is able to crack the Raiders' offensive rotations.
-
Tanner Hudson TE | CIN
49ers' Tanner Hudson: Joins active roster
Hudson was elevated to the active roster Saturday, Matt Maiocco of NBC Sports Bay Area reports.
Hudson will be active for the second straight game with George Kittle (calf) on injured reserve. During Week 5, the 26-year-old played just one offensive snap, so he likely won't be a part of the 49ers' offensive game plan Sunday.

Taysom Hill QB | NO
Saints' Taysom Hill: Not playing Monday
Hill (concussion) has been ruled out ahead of Monday's contest against the Seahawks, John Boyle of the Seahawks' official site reports.
Hill failed to practice all week, failing to clear concussion protocol ahead of the prime-time affair. Jameis Winston was already clearly operating as the team's starting quarterback, but red-zone options such as Alvin Kamara, Marquez Callaway and Juwan Johnson could all see a boost with the multi-talented Hill unable to siphon away touches.
