Gesicki caught five of 10 targets for 47 yards during Sunday's 56-26 loss to the Bills.

Gesicki drew his third-highest target total of the season during Sunday's blowout divisional loss, but he wasn't able to do much with his volume on a day when Tua Tagovailoa struggled mightily. The 25-year-old tight end will benefit from a full offseason to build up additional chemistry with Tagovailoa, as Gesicki is no doubt primed to return as one of Miami's pivotal offensive weapons in 2021. Through 15 appearances in 2020, Gesicki notched career-high marks in catches (53), yards (703) and touchdowns (six) while drawing 85 targets.

Fumagalli caught two of three targets for 15 yards and a touchdown during Sunday's 32-31 loss to Las Vegas.

Fumagalli was responsible for Denver's first touchdown late in the first quarter, slipping out into the back of the end zone off of play action for a one-yard score, his first of the season. He struggled with injuries during his first go-round in Denver but provided some nice performances with the Broncos thin at tight end down the stretch. He offers an interesting reserve option for 2021 behind Noah Fant and Albert Okwuegbunam.

The Vikings signed Dillon (ankle) to a reserve/future contract Monday, Chris Tomasson of the St. Paul Pioneer Press reports.

Dillon spent the duration of the 2020 season on the Vikings' practice squad. The 23-year-old tight end was elevated to the active roster for three games. Dillon will vie for a depth role next season.

The Panthers signed Thompson to a one-year contract extension Monday, Will Bryan of the team's official site reports.

Thompson played in 15 games for the Panthers in 2020. The 27-year-old mostly contributed as a blocker, as he caught just one pass -- a seven-yard touchdown.

Ricci failed to make the active roster in Carolina after posting a 51-642-8 line in his senior season at Western Michigan. The 24-year-old will run it back in 2021 with hopes of securing a depth role.

Fant said Monday that he never got '100 percent' healthy in 2020 after injuring his ankle against the Jets in Week 4, Zac Stevens of TheDNVR.com reports.

Fant only officially missed one game due to his ankle injury, but as evidenced by the fact that he was never able to surpass the 81 receiving yards he logged Week 1, it appears that the 23-year-old tight end never got back to full form. Still, Fant's 62 catches (93 targets) for 673 yards and three scores through 15 games paint the picture of a successful sophomore campaign, especially considering the context of Denver's offensive woes and how slowly young tight ends usually develop. Given that Fant managed to avoid the Broncos' injury report entirely to close out the year, there's no reason to be concerned that his ankle issue will linger into offseason workouts.

Trautman caught his only target for five yards in the Saints' 33-7 win over the Panthers on Sunday.

Trautman ends his rookie season with 15 receptions for 171 yards and a score. With Jared Cook set to be a free agent in 2021 and Trautman boasting a third-round pedigree, he has a path to meaningful production next season.

Hill rushed seven times for 41 yards and a touchdown and caught his only target for five yards in the Saints' 33-7 win over the Panthers on Sunday.

As expected, Hill saw some additional work out of the backfield with both Alvin Kamara and Latavius Murray out after being placed on the COVID-19 list. Hill added to his career-best rushing touchdown total and scored on the ground for the eighth time in 2020 after accumulating just three rushing touchdowns across his first three seasons in the league. Hill finishes the regular season with the best statistical performance of his career, and he'll likely compete for the starting job in New Orleans in 2021 if Drew Brees retires.

The Bengals signed Washington to a reserve/future contract Monday.

Washington didn't play a game for the Bengals this year as an undrafted rookie. In his final season at Wake Forest, Washington posted a 35-607-7 line. His best avenue to a roster spot in 2021 is through special teams.

Schultz caught seven of 10 targets for 70 yards in Sunday's loss to the Giants.

The third-year tight end had his highest yardage total since Week 4 while tying his season high in targets during the Cowboys' final outing of 2020. Schultz came into the season with low expectations, but a season-ending knee injury to Blake Jarwin in Week 1 thrust him into a starting role, and he never looked back. Schultz caught multiple passes in 14 of his 15 starts, finishing the year with a 63-615-4 line on 89 targets after managing only 13 grabs through his first 27 NFL games. Jarwin is expected to be fully recovered in time for training camp next season, but Schultz played well enough in his absence to earn a substantial role in 2021, even if he isn't the clear-cut starter.
