Seattle signed Everett to a one-year contract Wednesday, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.

The Seahawks have had plenty of opportunities to evaluate Everett over the last four years, given that he spent those seasons with a division rival over in Los Angeles. Everett was never quite able to establish himself as a consistent fantasy option with the Rams while sharing reps with Tyler Higbee, though he did flash potential -- including a career game against Seattle back in 2019, when he recorded seven catches for 136 yards on 11 targets. Everett should have an easier path to No. 1 reps at his new landing spot, though Will Dissly is around to offer competition.

The Jaguars traded Oliver (foot) to the Ravens on Wednesday in exchange for a conditional draft pick, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.

Oliver spent the 2020 season on injured reserve with a foot injury, but he'll presumably be healthy for the 2021 campaign. The 2019 third-round pick played just four games during his rookie season, recording three receptions for 15 yards. He'll handle a depth role at tight end behind Mark Andrews and Nick Boyle (knee) in Baltimore.

Engram's $6.01 million salary for 2021 became fully guaranteed Wednesday, Zack Rosenblatt of The Newark Star-Ledger reports.

Engram will be working under a fifth-year option, which was guaranteed for injury only until the start of the league year at 4 p.m. ET on Wednesday. He's still one of the fastest tight ends in the league, but between injuries, drops and poor blocking, Engram hasn't lived up to his first-round billing. The Giants could eventually give tight end Kaden Smith more snaps if Engram's 2020 woes carry over to 2021.

Firkser and the Titans agreed Wednesday on a one-year contract, Paul Kuharsky of PaulKuharsky.com reports.

The two sides have opted to avoid the restricted free agent process, instead locking Firkser in with the Titans for 2021. He can become an unrestricted free agent next offseason, and he could be looking at a nice payday if Jonnu Smith's departure for New England leaves Firkser as the primary pass-catching tight end in Tennessee. The Titans' other veteran options at the position are blocking specialists MyCole Pruitt and Geoff Swaim, but the team still has plenty of time to add competition for Smith's vacated snaps and targets. Firkser has done well with limited receiving chances through three NFL seasons, catching 72 of 97 targets (74.2 percent) for 816 yards (11.3 YPR, 8.4 YPT) and three touchdowns in 43 games. There's some fourth-year breakout appeal for Firkser now that Smith and Corey Davis are out of the picture.

Brown signed a one-year, $2.2 million deal with the Texans on Tuesday, Aaron Wilson of the Houston Chronicle reports.

The 26-year-old had two career catches entering the 2020 campaign, but he carved out a solid role in Houston and caught 14 passes for 163 yards and two touchdowns in 13 games. Brown is a solid depth tight end but is unlikely to be much of a fantasy option with Jordan Akins and Darren Fells under contract for 2021.

Alie-Cox received a second-round tender from the Colts on Tuesday, Mike Garafolo of NFL Network reports.

The 27-year-old is a restricted free agent, and the Colts clearly want to retain him for 2021. Alie-Cox caught 31 passes for 394 yards and two touchdowns in 15 games last season. Any interested team would need to give up a second-round pick in order to sign Alie-Cox to an offer sheet, so he's likely to remain in Indianapolis.

The Packers extended a second-round tender to Tonyan on Tuesday, Tom Silverstein of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reports.

Tonyan was a pleasant surprise for the Packers last season, hauling in 52 of 59 targets for 586 yards and 11 touchdowns. That was good for 9.9 YPT and a 21.1 percent touchdown rate, which may be unsustainable but highlights his importance to Green Bay's passing attack. Other teams still can give Tonyan an offer sheet, but it'll cost them a second-round pick if the Packers ultimately decide not to match it.

Coach Sean Payton believes the Saints are done adding quarterbacks after they re-signed Jameis Winston to compete with Hill (knee) for the starting job, Luke Johnson of The New Orleans Times-Picayune reports.

Payton did say the team will still make some calls, and it would be easy enough to make an argument for drafting a quarterback in April. Winston is signed to a one-year contract, while Hill's "four-year, $140 million" contract extension is all voidable after 2021 (it just helped the team push some cap hit to 2022). The camp battle between these two QBs will be one of the major fantasy-football stories of the summer, with Hill offering upside thanks to his running ability, while Winston already has a 5,000-yard season on his resume. The Saints have lost a lot of talent this offseason, but they still have Sean Payton, Alvin Kamara, Michael Thomas and one of the better O-lines in the league.

Manhertz is signing a two-year, $7.25 million contract with the Jaguars, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.

The deal includes $4.25 million guaranteed, a nice sum for a blocking specialist. Manhertz has 12 receptions on 1,531 offensive snaps in 70 NFL appearances.

In addition to Smith, the Patriots have also signed fellow tight end Hunter Henry, Mike Reiss of ESPN.com reports.

From a scheme standpoint, the duo of Smith and Henry points to the Patriots offense using plenty of two-TE sets this coming season. It's an approach that's worked for the team in the past. From a fantasy standpoint, both players should have productive outings, but the presence of another talented pass catcher like Henry figures to cut into Smith's weekly ceiling. In any case, New England's aggressive approach in free agency has resulted in a revamped passing attack filled with multiple options for QB Cam Newton.
