Waller could be in line for another significant target share in a Week 4 tilt against the Colts with wideouts J.J. Nelson (coach's decision) and Dwayne Harris (ankle) declared inactive for the contest.

It would be difficult for Waller to top the 14 targets he saw Week 3 against the Vikings, but the pair of absences in the wideout corps at least up the chances he reaches double-digit looks once again. Waller has arguably functioned as a 1-A receiver in the Raiders offense through the first three games anyhow, having brought in an impressive 26 of 29 targets for 267 yards. He'll also be drawing a favorable matchup Sunday, considering the Colts have allowed an 18-181-2 line to tight ends over their first three games.

Andrews (foot) is listed as active for Sunday's game against the Browns.

Andrews, who has been playing through his foot issue ever since Week 1, is thus in line to remain one of the top targets at Lamar Jackson's disposal Sunday, assuming no in-game setbacks. He's coming off a three-catch, 15-yard effort in Week 3, but prior to that, the tight end displayed good chemistry with his QB while logging back-to-back eight-catch outputs to start the season.

The Cardinals cut Daniels on Saturday.

The Cardinals need to roster an extra punter with Andy Lee (hip) questionable, so they promoted Ryan Winslow from the active roster and cut Daniels. He could re-sign with the team next week if Lee gets healthy.

Swaim is dealing with an illness and is a game-time decision for Sunday's game versus the Broncos, Phillip Heilman of The Athletic reports.

Swaim becoming ill just a day before the game will make it tough for him to play. The fifth-year pro hasn't had a major impact on offense yet with eight receptions for 39 scoreless yards, but the Jaguars' tight-end depth is already suspect with Josh Oliver (hamstring) out. If Swaim can't go, James O'Shaughnessy should be afforded a large workload while Seth DeValve rotates in.

Higbee (chest) is available for Sunday's game against Tampa Bay, Lindsey Thiry of ESPN.com reports.

Higbee upgraded to full practice participation Thursday and made it through Friday without any setbacks. He'll presumably jump back into a timeshare at tight end with Gerald Everett.

Andrews (foot) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Browns.

Andrews emerged from the season opener with a foot issue, which has impacted his practice reps in the interim. During Week 4 prep, he didn't take the field at all until returning in a limited fashion Friday. Afterward, he expressed confidence that he'll suit up this weekend. "I'm feeling good and I'm excited to play the Browns," he told Jamison Hensley of ESPN.com. Assuming he does so, Andrews again will be one of the top targets at Lamar Jackson's disposal.

Oliver (hamstring) is ruled out for Sunday's game against the Broncos, Hays Carlyon of 1010 AM WJXL reports.

Oliver continues to nurse a lingering hamstring injury, and he'll now miss a fourth consecutive contest. A timetable for the rookie third-round pick's recovery remains undisclosed.

Andrews (foot) is confident he will play in Sunday's game against Cleveland, Jamison Hensley of ESPN.com reports.

Andrews has been playing through the foot injury ever since Week 1, catching 11 passes for 127 yards and a TD over the past two weeks. He was held out of practice Wednesday and Thursday, returning Friday in an unknown capacity. Another update should be available when the Ravens release their final injury report.

Kroft (ankle) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Patriots, Chris Brown of the Bills' official site reports.

This was inevitable after Kroft missed an entire week of practices. Dawson Knox will maintain the starting role for another week, while Kroft will set his sights on trying to practice ahead of the Bills' Week 5 matchup vs. the Titans.

Andrews suited up for the media-viewing portion of Friday's practice, which is more than he did at the Ravens' first two practice sessions of the week. However, he was not spotted doing any running, so his status for Week 4 will remain uncertain until the Ravens' final injury report of the week is released.
