Dray, who was not targeted in the Week 17 loss to Pittsburgh, finished the season with a total of six catches for 61 yards.

Dray saw 17 or more offensive snaps in every game this season for Cleveland, but was used primarily as a blocking tight end and on special teams. He provides substantial real-life value for an organization, but won't be a factor in fantasy any time soon.

Hewitt (knee) sat out practice again Wednesday, Local 12 in Cincinnati reports.

Hewitt sat out last week against the Ravens, and with Tyler Eifert at full strength again he's unlikely to make an impact. He ended the season with just eight catches for 99 yards, with no touchdowns.

Kelce caught a single 10-yard pass off of two targets in Sunday's win over Oakland.

Sunday was just Kelce's second game all season with fewer than three catches and his 10 yards were a season low. For the season, Kelce ranked tied for seventh among tight ends in receptions, sixth in yards and ninth in touchdowns. Houston and its third-ranked pass defense represents a challenge for Kansas City in the Wild Card Weekend opener, but Kelce put together his best game of the season in the teams' Week 1 matchup, snagging six catches for 106 yards and two scores.

Wright hauled in a nine-yard touchdown on his lone target of the Lions' win over the Bears.

Wright opened the scoring early in the first quarter, working out of right slot and slipping behind the coverage. It was Wright's first catch since Week 7 and he had seen just one target over the eight games in between. Wright is a restricted free agent and, given how seldomly he was used, it would not be a surprise if the Lions let him walk. Wright recorded 80 catches and 11 touchdowns combined in 2013 and 2014, and should find a home quickly as a flex tight end if he does not return to Detroit.

Moeaki saved his best game for the final game of the season, catching two balls for 47 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's loss to the Saints.

Heading into the game, Moeaki had only caught one ball for 11 yards in 11 games with the Falcons. He was signed after Jacob Tamme suffered a concussion, but Tamme returned to the lineup and Moaeki was basically used as a blocker when he saw game action. He'll be an unrestricted free agent this offseason, and he may look for a new home as Tamme is still under contract for another year.

Ertz caught all nine of his targets for a career-high 152 receiving yards in Sunday's win over the Giants.

The third-year pro was dominant on Sunday, as he led the team in targets, yards and receptions for the second straight week. Ertz finished the season on a high, as he caught 35 passes and averaged 112.5 yards over the last four games, which easily represents the best stretch of his career. Ertz appears to be trending up heading into year four, although it remains to be seen how he will be affected by all of the changes likely to occur in Philadelphia during the offseason.

Supernaw (groin) is active Sunday against the Colts.

After popping up on the injury report Saturday, he'll see time on the field behind Delanie Walker and Anthony Fasano. On the season, Supernaw has only been on the field for 65 snaps, and he's caught three passes for 32 yards.

Supernaw (groin) was added to the injury report Saturday as questionable for Sunday's game against Indianapolis, ESPN.com's Paul Kuharsky reports.

Supernaw isn't normally involved with the Tennessee passing game, so even if he's unable to play, his absence shouldn't affect the box score to much of an extent.

Allen (calf) has been placed on IR by the Colts.

In a corresponding move, the Colts promoted fellow tight end Erik Swoope to their 53-man roster, while Allen's disappointing 2015 campaign concludes with a modest total of 16 catches for 109 yards and one TD in 13 games.

Hamm was released by the Redskins on Tuesday.

Hamm, a 2014 UDFA, was only active for one game this season. The former college wideout has some upside as a receiving threat, and he could get another look with Washington in 2016.
