Pharaoh Brown TE | ARI
Seahawks' Pharaoh Brown: Limited in practice
Brown (foot) was a limited participant in the Seahawks' practice Wednesday, Bob Condotta of The Seattle Times reports.
Brown popped up on the injury report Wednesday after recording just one reception on two targets while playing 25 snaps on offense in Monday's loss to Detroit. With Noah Fant (toe) also limited in practice Wednesday, the statuses of the top two tight ends on Seattle's depth chart will warrant monitoring leading up this Sunday's game against the Giants.

Noah Fant TE | NO
Seahawks' Noah Fant: Limited again Wednesday
Fant (toe) was a limited participant at Wednesday's walkthrough, Bob Condotta of The Seattle Times reports.
Fant has endured a cap on his reps for at least one practice each week this season due to a toe issue, so his listing on the first Week 5 injury report comes as no surprise. He's been able to play through it, but the results (11-111-0 receiving line on 15 targets) have been minimal in an offense that boasts the NFL's leading passer (Geno Smith) through four weeks. In any case, Fant has two more sessions this week to put his injury behind him for Sunday's visit from the Giants.

Luke Musgrave TE | GB
Packers' Luke Musgrave: Tending to ankle issue
Musgrave didn't practice Wednesday due to an ankle injury.
Musgrave logged a pair of limited sessions last week due to a quadricep injury before getting back to full participation Friday, which cleared him for Week 4 action. This time around, he skipped all drills to begin the week, suggesting that the current health concern is more serious. It's unclear if Musgrave may be in danger of sitting out Sunday at the Rams, but the next two days of practice likely will be key to determining his availability.

Trey McBride TE | ARI
Cardinals' Trey McBride: Officially limited Wednesday
McBride (concussion) was a limited participant at practice Wednesday, Zach Gershman of the Cardinals' official site reports.
Head coach Jonathan Gannon told Josh Weinfuss of ESPN.com earlier Wednesday that McBride was in line to practice and added that the tight end would be coming out of the protocol for head injuries. Considering McBride operated with practice limitations, he's still embedded in the protocol, but Gershman noted that the 24-year-old wasn't wearing a yellow non-contact jersey, indicating he at least can take hits. McBride will need to gain clearance from an independent neurologist in order to play Sunday at San Francisco, even if he's able to log a full practice by week's end.

Josh Oliver TE | MIN
Vikings' Josh Oliver: Limited to start week
Oliver (wrist) was a limited participant in Wednesday's practice session.
Oliver picked up a wrist injury in Week 3, though he was able to play through it in Week 4 against the Packers, during which he caught two passes for 10 yards and a touchdown. His limited participation Wednesday is likely chalked up to injury maintenance, and barring a setback, Oliver should suit up for Sunday's game against the Jets in London. He's caught four passes (on five targets) for 37 yards and one touchdown through the first four games of the regular season.
-
Tanner Hudson TE | CIN
Bengals' Tanner Hudson: Practices in full Wednesday
Hudson (knee) was a full participant in Wednesday's practice session.
Hudson has been sidelined since Week 1 due to a knee injury, but it appears the 29-year-old will be good to go for Sunday's game against the Ravens. He played 22 snaps (nine on offense, 13 on special teams) and caught two passes (on three targets) for 18 yards in Week 1. It's unclear how Hudson will fit into the offense, especially with backups Erick All and Drew Sample both seeing more snaps than starter Mike Gesicki in Week 4 against the Panthers.

Ko Kieft TE | TB
Buccaneers' Ko Kieft: Ready for Thursday night
Kieft (ankle) has no injury designation ahead of Thursday night's matchup against the Falcons, Brianna Dix of the Buccaneers' official site reports.
Kieft was able to log a full practice Wednesday after estimating back-to-back limited sessions to open the Buccaneers' week of practice. The third-year pro is expected to serve as a depth piece in the team's tight end room while primarily playing on special teams during Tampa Bay's Week 5 divisional matchup.

Jack Westover FB | NE
Jack Westover: Finds new opportunity
Westover (undisclosed) signed with the Patriots' practice squad Wednesday.
Westover spent training camp with the Seahawks after joining the team as a UDFA out of Washington. However, an undisclosed injury led to him being waived with an injury settlement. Now healthy, he'll work to make the most of his new opportunity in New England.

Evan Engram TE | DEN
Jaguars' Evan Engram: Returns to limited practice
Engram (hamstring) was a limited participant at practice Wednesday, Demetrius Harvey of The Florida Times-Union reports.
Engram, who last saw game action Week 1, was unable to practice last week, so his involvement in Wednesday's session offers hope that he could play Sunday against the Colts. The tight end has two more chances to increase his practice participation ahead of the contest, though he'll presumably need to put in a full session by Friday in order to avoid a Week 5 injury designation.
