  • Adam Trautman TE | DEN

Broncos' Adam Trautman: One catch in win

Trautman caught one of two targets for nine yards in Sunday's 16-9 win over the Chargers.

Trautman led all Denver tight ends with a 49 percent offensive snap share Sunday, yet he was unable to have much of an impact in the contest. The veteran has recorded just 21 catches for 183 yards and three touchdowns this season, despite his status as the Broncos' No. 1 tight end.

  • Elijah Higgins TE | ARI

Cardinals' Elijah Higgins: Hauls in both targets in Week 17

Higgins secured both of his targets for 21 yards during Sunday's 35-31 victory in Philadelphia.

After the Cardinals claimed Higgins off waivers Aug. 30, the sixth-round rookie didn't make his pro debut until Week 7 but has been a regular in the offense ever since. He's recorded a catch in six consecutive games on his way to a 11-131-1 line on 15 targets during that span. Trey McBride is the unquestioned top tight end in Arizona, but Higgins continues to make a case to serve as the team's No. 2 in Sunday's season finale versus the Seahawks.

  • Johnny Lumpkin: Joins Denver's practice squad

The Broncos signed Lumpkin to the practice squad Tuesday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.

Lumpkin started the regular season on the Colts' practice squad before being cut by the team Sept. 12. The move provides additional tight end depth after Denver placed Greg Dulcich (foot) on injured reserve Monday.

  • Eric Tomlinson TE | LAC

    Eric Tomlinson: Joins practice squad

Tomlinson signed with the Colts' practice squad Tuesday.

Tomlinson was most recently with the Ravens' practice squad before getting cut in mid-November. He will now look to get acclimated with the Colts' playbook.

  • Cole Fotheringham: Going to practice squad IL

Las Vegas placed Fotheringham (hamstring) on its practice squad injured list Tuesday.

With the Raiders mathematically eliminated from playoff contention, the transaction will end Fotheringham's season. Over two games this year, he logged 21 total offensive snaps, turning his only target into a catch for six yards.

  • Noah Gray TE | KC

Chiefs' Noah Gray: Nabs three passes

Gray gathered in three of four targets for 17 yards during Sunday's 25-17 win against the Bengals.

Gray continues to see work alongside Travis Kelce at tight end in two-tight end sets, but he hasn't reeled in more than three passes in a game this year. He has just two touchdowns on the ledger. He hasn't compiled more than 38 receiving yards in a game this year, leaving him well off the fantasy radar in leagues besides ones potentially holding him in deep dynasty formats, where he could gain value should Kelce elect to retire after the 2023 campaign. That said, Gray could see slightly heightened value in Week 18 if the Chiefs, who are locked into the No. 3 seed in the AFC, elect to rest Kelce and some of the other veterans.

  • Charlie Kolar TE | LAC

Ravens' Charlie Kolar: Notches first NFL touchdown

Kolar caught his lone target for a 19-yard touchdown in Sunday's blowout win over the Dolphins.

Kolar's 28 snaps on offense marked a season-high and he also scored the first touchdown of his NFL career. In the five games since Mark Andrews was lost for the season, Kolar has caught all three of his targets for 51 yards and a score on 19 routes. Isaiah Likely has established himself as the clear top tight end in Andrews' absence, and Kolar's playing time uptick Sunday was mostly attributable to the lopsided margin on the scoreboard. Kolar may be busy again in Week 18 against the Steelers if the Ravens opt to rest their starters, but he's unlikely to be a major factor once the playoffs get underway.

  • E.J. Jenkins TE | PHI

    E.J. Jenkins: Gets new opportunity

Jenkins signed with the Raiders' practice squad Tuesday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.

Jenkins went undrafted in 2023 out of Georgia Tech. After initially signing with the Jets, he was unable to make their 53-man roster out of training camp and eventually joined the Eagles' practice squad in November, where he was ultimately waived just a couple weeks later. He'll work to make the most of his limited opportunity in Las Vegas during the team's final week of practice before their season comes to an end.

  • Panthers' Stephen Sullivan: No catches Sunday

Sullivan didn't catch either of his two targets in Sunday's 26-0 loss to the Jaguars.

Sullivan's goose egg came after a decent, three-catch outing in Week 16. Despite making the stat sheet in most games during the second half of the season, Sullivan's stock remains restricted heading into Sunday's finale versus the Buccaneers.

  • Tommy Tremble TE | CAR

Panthers' Tommy Tremble: Makes one grab

Tremble caught one of three targets for six yards in Sunday's 26-0 loss to the Jaguars.

Tremble's production marked a decline from consecutive games with 30-plus receiving yards. While his output Sunday was more representative of his usual standard this season, Tremble will nonetheless strive to make a bigger impact in Week 18's finale versus the Buccaneers.
