  • Evan Engram TE | DEN

Jaguars' Evan Engram: Generates 14 targets in loss

Engram corralled 10 of 14 targets for 95 yards in Sunday's 30-12 loss to Tampa Bay.

Engram generated a season-high mark of 14 targets as the Jaguars played catch-up for nearly the entirety of Sunday's loss. The athletic tight end's strong season continues with a season receiving line of 98/824/3 through 15 games. Engram reached double-digit targets with 95 receiving yards for the second time in three weeks. Jacksonville did lose quarterback Trevor Lawrence (shoulder) to an injury unrelated to the high-ankle sprain he was already playing through, so Engram could be receiving passes from backup C.J. Beathard against the Panthers next Sunday.

  • Kylen Granson TE | TEN

Colts' Kylen Granson: Team-high yardage total in loss

Granson brought in five of seven targets for 62 yards in the Colts' 29-10 loss to the Falcons on Sunday.

Granson led the Colts in receiving yards while checking in second in receptions and tying for the runner-up spot in targets as well. The tight end's surprisingly productive day seemed to be largely the byproduct of the absence of pass-catching back Zack Moss (arm) and top receiver Michael Pittman (concussion), although the matchup against a Falcons defense that's given up plenty of production to his position all season didn't hurt his chances. Granson's reception and target tallies were also season highs, but whether he can come close to replicating it in a Week 17 home matchup against the Raiders is highly speculative considering how erratic the Colts' usage of their tight ends has been.

  • Dalton Schultz TE | HOU

Texans' Dalton Schultz: Leading receiver in Week 16 loss

Schultz caught eight of 11 targets for 61 yards in Sunday's 36-22 loss to the Browns.

Much of the tight end's production came late after the Texans had fallen behind 36-7 and quarterback Davis Mills put together a couple of garbage-time scoring drives against Cleveland's backup defenders. Schultz wound up leading Houston in catches, receiving yards and targets, but he could be even more productive in Week 17 against the Titans if C.J. Stroud is able to clear the league's concussion protocol in time to suit up.

  • David Njoku TE | CLE

Browns' David Njoku: Gets into end zone again

Njoku caught six of nine targets for 44 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 36-22 win over the Texans.

While the tight end's performance was overshadowed by a record-setting day from Amari Cooper, Njoku still got into the end zone for the third straight game, as he was on the other end of a 21-yard strike from Joe Flacco in the second quarter. Njoku's chemistry with his new QB is undeniable, and over his three-game TD streak he's posted a 22-239-4 line on 31 targets. He'll look to keep rolling in Week 17 against the Jets.

  • Cole Kmet TE | CHI

Bears' Cole Kmet: Leaves with knee injury

Kmet injured his knee in Sunday's game against the Cardinals and is questionable to return.

Kmet racked up four receptions and 107 yards in the first half of Sunday's contest, but he also picked up an injury somewhere along the way, and it remains to be seen if he will return to the game.

  • Raiders' Cole Fotheringham: Joins active roster

The Raiders elevated Fotheringham to the active roster Sunday.

This is the first time Fotheringham has been elevated to the active roster since joining the Raiders' practice squad Aug. 30. The undrafted rookie tight end out of Utah has a chance to make his NFL debut Monday against the Chiefs.

  • Tyler Conklin TE | DET

Jets' Tyler Conklin: Four grabs in Week 16 win

Conklin caught four of seven targets for 36 yards in Sunday's 30-28 win over the Commanders.

The veteran tight end finished third on the Jets in catches, targets and receiving yards, but his production and usage paled in comparison to Breece Hall (12-96-0 on 16 targets) and Garrett Wilson (9-76-0 on 15 targets.) Conklin has found a steady role in the offense no matter who's been under center for New York, hauling in three or four passes in five straight games on between five and nine targets. However, he's still looking for his first touchdown of 2023 heading into a Week 17 clash with the Browns.

  • Kyle Pitts TE | ATL

Falcons' Kyle Pitts: Finds end zone in win

Pitts brought in three of four targets for 49 yards and a touchdown in the Falcons' 29-10 win over the Colts on Sunday.

The talented but often underused tight end was able to put the Falcons on the board for the first time on the afternoon with a 24-yard scoring grab in the first quarter, his second touchdown in the last three games. Pitts' three-catch tally was also his third straight, and he could have a chance at more productive outings over the last two games of the season with Taylor Heinicke now at quarterback in place of the inconsistent Desmond Ridder.

  • Logan Thomas TE | SF

Commanders' Logan Thomas: Finds end zone against Jets

Thomas caught five of six targets for 36 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 30-28 loss to the Jets.

The tight end caught the only TD pass of the day for a Washington quarterback, connecting with Jacoby Brissett on a 15-yard strike late in the third quarter after Sam Howell had been benched once again. It was Thomas' fourth touchdown of the season but his first since late October, and he could be a more appealing fantasy option in Week 17 against the 49ers if Commanders coach Ron Rivera makes the call to give the start to Brissett.

  • Tucker Kraft TE | GB

Packers' Tucker Kraft: Another productive appearance

Kraft was targeted six times and caught four passes for 60 yards in Sunday's 33-30 victory over the Panthers.

It was not a huge afternoon for Kraft, but he did record four receptions and at least 57 yards for the third straight game. His role will change when fellow tight end Luke Musgrave (abdomen) returns, but it's unclear if that will occur in Week 17, as the Packers are being cautious with Musgrave as he works his way back from a lacerated kidney. Either way, Kraft will have his work cut out for him next week, as he and the Packers will square off against a Vikings team that just shut down Sam LaPorta and ceded just one touchdown to opposing tight ends over its last 10 games.
