Downs (toe) isn't practicing Wednesday, Nate Atkins of The Indianapolis Star reports.

Downs and Michael Pittman (back) have missed some practice time due to their respective injuries in recent weeks, and both watched rom the sideline Wednesday. In Week 7, Downs logged limited practices Thursday and Friday after a missed session Wednesday, then proceeded to suit up for the Colts' 16-10 win over the Dolphins. While Downs' participation will be worth monitoring ahead of Sunday's trip to Houston, Anthony Richardson's inaccuracy under center seems to be a bigger threat than the toe injury to Downs' fantasy outlook.

Meyers (ankle) will practice Wednesday, Levi Edwards of the Raiders' official site reports.

Meyers didn't practice last week before sitting out a second straight game in Sunday's 20-15 los to the Rams. The wideout's anticipated participation in Wednesday's session is a step in the right direction, but he'll probably need to practice fully by Friday on order to approach this weekend's game against the Chiefs without an injury designation.

The Buccaneers placed Godwin (ankle) on injured reserve Wednesday, Scott Smith of the team's official site reports.

Head coach Todd Bowles confirmed Tuesday that Godwin is expected to miss the remainder of the 2024 campaign due to a left ankle dislocation suffered late in Monday's loss to Baltimore. Ian Rapoport of NFL Network relays that Godwin underwent successful surgery Wednesday, and there's a possibility that the veteran wideout could return to the field if Tampa Bay makes a deep playoff push. With Godwin sidelined and Mike Evans (hamstring) expected to miss at least three games, quarterback Baker Mayfield will now have to turn to Jalen McMillan, Trey Palmer and Sterling Shepard as the top options in his wide receiver room, beginning with Sunday's matchup with Atlanta. Godwin, meanwhile, will turn 29 in February and is scheduled to become an unrestricted free agent in March.

Head coach Dan Campbell stated Wednesday that Robinson will take on a heavy load against the Titans on Sunday, Kyle Meinke of MLive.com reports.

Robinson was signed to the Lions' active roster Sept. 26, but he has only appeared in two games, seeing limited snaps and a single target. However, with Jameson Williams expected to be serving the first of a two-game suspension for violating the NFL's policy against performance-enhancing substances, there will be plenty of snaps up for grabs at wide receiver.

Jackson played one of the Titans' 73 snaps on offense and returned two kickoffs for 55 yards and two punts for eight yards in Sunday's 34-10 loss to the Bills.

A rookie sixth-round receiver out of Tulane, Jackson has played just three snaps on offense through Tennessee's first six games, with the 24-year-old instead making most of his impact thus far as the Titans' return man. Though special teams will likely be where Jackson continues to see most of his playing time for the rest of the season, he could at least move up a spot on the depth chart at receiver after Tennessee traded DeAndre Hopkins to Kansas City on Wednesday. The Titans are left with Calvin Ridley, Tyler Boyd, Nick Westbrook-Ikhine and Jackson as the lone healthy options at receiver on the 53-man roster, though Tennessee could sign another wideout or elevate a wideout or two from the practice squad ahead of Sunday's game against the Lions.

Dowell (knee) will remain on the reserve/PUP list for Week 8, Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site reports.

Dowell suffered a ruptured ACL in January and has been on the PUP list since the Titans opened training camp in July. It's not clear how much longer he'll still be on the sidelines, but once he's designated to return, he'll still have a 21-day window to practice with the team before being added to the active roster.

The Titans agreed to trade Hopkins (lower leg) to the Chiefs on Wednesday in exchange for a 2025 fifth-round draft pick, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.

Per Rapoport, the Titans will absorb $2.5 million of Hopkins' salary as part of the deal, and the fifth-round pick will become a fourth-round choice if Kansas City makes the Super Bowl and if the wideout plays 60 percent of the team's snaps. Hopkins was reported to be dealing with some lower leg soreness coming out of Tennessee's Week 7 loss to the Bills, but that's presumably a minor concern. If that's the case, Hopkins could debut with Kansas City as soon as Sunday against the Raiders. The addition of Hopkins could provide a major lift to a wideout corps that's been hit hard by injuries this season, and once the 32-year-old is up to speed with his new team's offense, he'll have an opportunity to emerge as one of quarterback Patrick Mahomes' top pass-catching options.

Jones played 10 of the Jaguars' 61 snaps on offense and didn't draw a target in Sunday's 32-16 win over the Patriots.

Jones has suited up for each of Jacksonville's first seven contests, but the receiver hasn't exceeded 14 snaps in any contest and has yet to be targeted in the passing game. The Jaguars value Jones mostly for his contributions on special teams rather than offense.

The Panthers opened the 21-day practice window for Thielen (hamstring) on Wednesday, Darin Gantt of the team's official site reports.

Thielen can be activated from injured reserve at any time within the three-week window, making him eligible to play as early as Sunday's game in Denver. The veteran wideout has sat out Carolina's last four contests due to a right hamstring strain. Once fully cleared, Thielen should reclaim a regular role in three-receiver sets alongside Diontae Johnson and Xavier Legette.

Moore played 33 of the Chiefs' 70 snaps on offense and failed to haul in his lone target in Sunday's 28-18 win over the 49ers. He also returned a kickoff for 28 yards.

Moore's 47 percent snap share was his highest of the season, but he was unable to connect with quarterback Patrick Mahomes and remains without a reception through the Chiefs' first six games. Though Hollywood Brown (shoulder) and Rashee Rice (knee) are out for the regular season, and JuJu Smith-Schuster (hamstring) is set to miss Sunday's game in Las Vegas, Moore is unlikely to see his role dramatically increase in Week 8. The Chiefs are in advanced talks with the Titans in a trade to acquire DeAndre Hopkins, whose arrival would push Moore down another spot on the depth chart.
