Williams is being evaluated for a head injury following the 23-20 loss to the Bills on Monday, Zack Rosenblatt of The Athletic reports.

Williams was targeted on the Jets' final offensive possession, but he slipped on the turf and failed to bring in an Aaron Rodgers pass that ended up intercepted. He looked shaken up following the play, and he's now getting checked for a concussion. The pass catcher went catchless on three targets prior to sustaining the head injury.

Lazard caught six of seven targets for 114 yards and a touchdown in Monday's 23-20 loss to the Bills.

Lazard was on the receiving end of a play that will likely end up on Aaron Rodgers' career highlight reel -- a 52-yard Hail Mary to close out the first half. The 28-year-old wide receiver has struggled with drops since joining the Jets last season but was sure-handed Monday, and he added another difficult catch for a 25-yard gain in the fourth quarter. Lazard continues to work well ahead of Mike Williams as the Jets' No. 2 option at receiver behind Garrett Wilson. Heading into a Week 7 trip to Pittsburgh, Lazard has racked up 354 receiving yards and five touchdowns in six games, already surpassing last season's meager totals of 311 yards and one touchdown in 14 games.

Wilson caught eight of 10 targets for 107 yards and a touchdown in Monday's 23-20 loss to the Bills.

Wilson put the Jets up 10-7 with a five-yard touchdown catch in the first quarter, but that turned out to be New York's last lead of the game. He has exceeded 100 receiving yards in consecutive games after averaging 47.8 receiving yards in Weeks 1-4, so Wilson's trending up ahead of a Week 7 trip to Pittsburgh for Sunday Night Football. Wilson also has scored a touchdown in three of the last four games as he continues to improve his chemistry with Aaron Rodgers.

Shepard brought in three of four targets for 23 yards and rushed four times for 31 yards in the Buccaneers' 51-27 win over the Saints on Sunday.

The veteran wideout remained in the No. 3 wideout role despite the return of Jalen McMillan from a two-game absence due to a hamstring injury. While Shepard's production wasn't anything to write home about fantasy-wise, it's notable the veteran logged a 75 percent snap share (58 snaps), his largest workload yet. However, Shepard could see his participation rate take a hit to a degree in a Week 7 home matchup against the Ravens next Monday night with McMillan potentially returning to a larger role and Trey Palmer (concussion) also potentially set to garner active status.

McMillan failed to secure his only target and returned three punts for 12 yards in the Buccaneers' 51-27 loss to the Saints on Sunday.

In his return from a two-game absence, McMillan played on only 18 percent of the offense's snaps while seeing veteran Sterling Shepard (75 percent snap share) take over the No. 3 role. The significant disparity in opportunity for the two players was likely at least partly the byproduct of McMillan being eased back into action, meaning the rookie could see a notable uptick in playing time in a Week 7 Monday night showdown against the Ravens on Oct. 21.

Brown caught his lone target for 11 yards in Sunday's 30-23 loss to the Ravens.

Brown dropped to a 32.0 percent snap share, fifth most among Washington's wide receivers, after handling 55.0 percent the week before with Noah Brown inactive due to a groin injury. The Commanders rotate WRs more than most teams, but Brown would probably need multiple injuries in front of him to see more than 2-3 targets per game. Next up is a Week 7 home game against Carolina.

Miller reverted to Tampa Bay's practice squad Monday, per the NFL's transaction log.

Miller was elevated off the practice squad ahead of Sunday's Week 6 win over New Orleans and logged 32 of the the team's 77 offensive snaps in the contest. The wideout caught his only target for a 39-yard gain on a drive that ended with a Tampa Bay touchdown. Miller's elevation was his first of the campaign, so he can be elevated twice more before the Buccaneers would need to sign him to the 53-man roster in order for him to suit up.

Wilkerson reverted to the Raiders' practice squad Monday.

With Davante Adams (hamstring) and Jakobi Meyers (ankle) both out Week 6 against Pittsburgh, Wilkerson was brought up from the practice squad and played on 27 of the Raiders' 63 offensive snaps. He caught just two passes (on three targets) for 18 yards but accounted for one of the team's two touchdowns with a nine-yard score. The elevation was Wilkerson's first of the campaign, and he could be called upon again Week 7 against the Rams if Adams and/or Meyers misses another contest.

Hodgins reverted to the Giants' practice squad Monday.

Hodgins caught his lone target for five yards in Sunday's loss to the Bengals while playing 19 percent of the offensive snaps, ranking as a distant fourth behind Darius Slayton, Wan'Dale Robinson and Jalin Hyatt.

Bachman reverted to the Raiders' practice squad Monday.

Bachman was elevated for the third straight game Week 6 and logged 27 of Las Vegas' 63 offensive snaps in a loss against Pittsburgh. The wideout finished with his first three catches of the campaign (on three targets) for 31 yards. A player can be elevated from the practice squad only three times in a campaign, so the Raiders will need to sign Bachman to the 53-man roster if they want him to play again Week 7 versus the Rams. The likelihood of that happening could depend on whether Davante Adams (hamstring) and/or Jakobi Meyers (ankle) are able to return to game action.
