Burton failed to record a single target in Monday's 38-33 loss to the Commanders.

Operating as the Bengals' No. 4 receiver, Burton only played three of Cincinnati's 62 offensive snaps Monday with Tee Higgins returning from injury. The rookie wideout was not targeted in the contest and will likely continue to find it difficult to see much playing time behind Higgins, Ja'Marr Chase and Andrei Iosivas going forward. Burton should not be trusted for fantasy purposes in a Week 4 matchup against the Panthers.

Iosivas secured five of seven targets for 52 yards and a touchdown in Monday's 38-33 loss to the Commanders.

Iosivas played a healthy 77 percent of the Bengals' offensive snaps Monday while also matching Ja'Marr Chase with a team-high seven targets in the contest. The 24-year-old Iosivas remained involved in the Bengals offense even with the return of Tee Higgins (hamstring), who had missed the first two games of the season before debuting Monday. Iosivas seems to be locked in as the Bengals' No. 3 receiver, but his weekly fantasy utility looks as though it may be heavily dependent on finding the end zone. He's averaging a modest 3.3 receptions and 28.3 yards over the first three games, but he's recorded three touchdowns.

Samuel reeled in all three of his targets for 22 yards in Monday's 47-10 win over the Jaguars. He also carried once for no gain.

Samuel continued his quiet start to the 2024 campaign while quarterbacks Josh Allen and Mitchell Trubisky spread targets around to 10 different players Monday. The veteran wideout played just 17 offensive snaps in the contest, and unless his playing time picks up dramatically in the weeks to come, Samuel will remain largely off the fantasy radar.

Hollins secured one of his two targets for 16 yards in Monday's 47-10 win over the Jaguars.

Hollins continued to see limited opportunities Monday, as the veteran wideout has now caught just three passes on five targets for 41 yards through three games. The 31-year-old has not been a priority option in the passing game despite playing at least 60 percent of the offensive snaps in every contest, as the Bills seem to value him mainly as a blocker and downfield decoy that diverts attention from other pass catchers.

Palmer failed to bring in his only target in the Buccaneers' 26-7 loss to the Broncos on Sunday.

Palmer played on just 12 snaps from scrimmage overall (21 percent) and added another five on special teams. The second-year wideout saw 20 snaps on offense in the season-opening win over the Commanders, but he's only combined for one more than that over the last two games. Palmer remains a fantasy afterthought for the time being in a No. 4 receiver role that hasn't facilitated many opportunities thus far.

Davis rushed once for eight yards in Sunday's 20-10 loss to the Steelers.

Through three weeks, Davis has not been targeted in the passing game and has rushed three total times so far this season. Even with teammate Joshua Palmer (elbow/calf) sidelined Sunday, the 24-year-old wideout played just nine offensive snaps in the contest. Davis' minimal usage in the Chargers' offense will keep him far off the fantasy radar heading into a matchup against the Chiefs in Week 4.

Fehoko caught one of his three targets for 17 yards in Sunday's 20-10 loss to the Steelers.

Fehoko played 33 of the Chargers' 46 offensive snaps Sunday with Joshua Palmer (elbow/calf) sidelined for the contest. Despite seeing his highest snap share of the early season, the 26-year-old wideout was unable to get things going while the entire offense struggled against a formidable Steelers defense. Going forward, Fehoko doesn't hold much fantasy value, especially when Palmer can make his return to the lineup. The Chargers host the Chiefs in Week 4.

Mingo is expected to take on a regular role in three-receiver sets after the Panthers placed Adam Thielen (hamstring) on injured reserve Tuesday, Alex Zietlow of The Charlotte Observer reports.

In the Panthers' Week 3 win over the Raiders, Mingo played 49 of the team's 74 offensive snaps (66 percent) and logged a 3-18-0 receiving line on four targets. While Thielen left the game in the second quarter with a hamstring injury, Mingo didn't benefit from a major spike in playing time in the second half, as rookie Xavier Legette was instead the preferred No. 2 wideout alongside top target Diontae Johnson when the Panthers fielded two receivers and two tight ends. Mingo may not be in store for a notable uptick in his snap count if that trend holds, but his route participation and opportunities to earn targets could still increase to some degree while Thielen is out of the picture.

Legette is expected to see a boost in snaps and targets while Adam Thielen (hamstring) is on injured reserve, Alex Zietlow of The Charlotte Observer reports.

The rookie finished a Week 3 win over the Raiders with two catches for 42 yards on three targets while logging 44 of the Panthers' 74 offensive snaps, but his playing time really took off once Thielen exited the game in the second quarter due to a hamstring injury. Legette's snap share rose all the way to 76 percent in the second half, tops among Carolina receivers. Though Diontae Johnson will be locked in as the clear No. 1 option in the passing attack while Thielen is out and could see his target share increase, a more proficient offense helmed by Andy Dalton could leave room for Legette to carve out enough weekly volume to emerge as a usable option in deeper fantasy leagues.

The Giants estimated Slayton (thumb) as a limited participant on Tuesday's practice report, Dan Salomone of the team's official site reports.

New York held a walk-through session Tuesday, but Slayton would have been operating under some restrictions if the Giants had held a traditional practice. Slayton may need to upgrade to full participation on Wednesday's practice report to avoid taking a designation into Thursday's game against the Cowboys.
