The Saints have agreed to terms with Morgan, Mike Triplett of NewOrleans.Football reports.

Over the course of 51 regular-season games (all with the Bengals) Morgan has caught just five passes for 29 yards. This coming season, the 27-year-old, who was born in New Orleans, will provide the Saints with some needed depth at wideout and on special teams.

Moore is one of three Browns wide receivers entering a contract year, along with Amari Cooper and recent acquisition Jerry Jeudy, Nate Ulrich of the Akron Beacon Journal reports.

The Browns traded for Moore last offseason and installed him in a significant role, but his 903 snaps and 104 targets led to just 640 yards and two touchdowns. While poor QB play was a part of that, Cooper and TE David Njoku produced much better efficiency stats in the same offense and are now joined by Jeudy as another threat to take a significant chunk of the targets. Moore may have missed his breakout opportunity, and it isn't entirely out of the question that David Bell or Cedric Tillman could push him for a spot in three-wide formations.

Burks profiles as the Titans' No. 3 receiver following the signing of Calvin Ridley, according to Mike Moraitis of Titans Wire.

Assuming the Titans keep DeAndre Hopkins, there's really no room for Burks to sit any higher than third on the depth chart, even though he was a first-round pick just two years ago. The 225-pound WR missed six games in each of his first two NFL seasons while battling a variety of injuries, and he dropped from 444 yards as a rookie to 221 in his second season. From a real-life standpoint, Burks might actually be better off in a low-pressure role as the No. 3 receiver behind two established starters, but the tough competition for snaps and targets equates to a lower fantasy ceiling / lesser breakout odds all the same. The worst-case scenario would entail Burks losing the No. 3 role and sliding even further down Tennessee's depth chart.

Irwin has agreed to a one-year deal to remain with the Bengals, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.

The report notes that Irwin's deal with the Bengals is worth $2 million. With the 28-year-old back in the fold and Tyler Boyd a free agent, Irwin should have a chance to compete with Andrei Iosivas and Charlie Jones for WR snaps behind behind Ja'Marr Chase and Tee Higgins (assuming he remains with Cincinnati) this coming season. In 16 regular-season games in 2023, Irwin caught 25 of his 32 targets for 316 yards and a TD.

Jeudy and the Browns have agreed to a contract restructure to create more than $10 million in 2024 cap space, Field Yates of ESPN reports.

The agreement presumably adds void years, given that Jeudy is scheduled to play on the fifth-year option of his rookie contract and there's been no report of an extension since the Broncos traded him to the Browns. He'll likely be the No. 2 receiver in Cleveland, slotting in behind Amari Cooper and ahead of Elijah Moore. It's unclear how Jeudy's snaps will be divided between the perimeter and slot, as it could be argued that he and Moore both are at their best working inside.

Brown (heel) is slated to sign a one-year contract worth up to $11 million with the Chiefs, Dianna Russini of The Athletic reports.

Brown is coming off two underwhelming seasons with the Cardinals, though he was plagued by injuries in both campaigns. He'll now join the prolific Chiefs offense and should become a top-three option for Patrick Mahomes behind TE Travis Kelce and WR Rashee Rice. Brown -- who will presumably be past the heel injury that slowed him late last season by the time he takes the field for Kansas City -- may find it difficult to replicate his breakout 2021 campaign during which he commanded 146 targets, but he could see a potential boost to his statistical output due to his new surroundings.

Allen (heel) was traded from the Chargers to the Bears in exchange for a fourth-round pick Thursday, Jay Glazer of Fox Sports reports.

Allen has been a key figure in the Chargers offense for the last 11 seasons, but salary cap problems and a new coaching staff and front office have caused the team to move on. Despite entering his age-32 season, Allen has shown few signs of decline, as he racked up 150 targets across only 13 games in 2023. He turned that into 1,243 yards and seven touchdowns while also tallying a career-best 19 receptions of at least 20 yards. Allen will face some questions on his new team, however, as DJ Moore is the established top pass catcher in the offense, meaning Allen could lose out on some of his prolific target volume. While the Bears are expected to draft Caleb Williams with the top overall pick, it's also still unclear who will be under center in Week 1.

Moore signed a one-year contract with the Cardinals on Thursday, Mike Garafolo of NFL Network reports.

Moore has been a possession receiver for the majority of his career, but he flashed big-play ability during the Titans in 2023. Despite making only 22 catches, he had nine receptions of at least 20 yards and three of more than 40 yards. The Cardinals lack clarity in their wide receiver corps, and while they're likely to add to the group in either free agency or through the draft, Moore steps into a situation that currently should afford him plenty of opportunity to produce.

Wilson signed a two-year contract with the Saints on Thursday, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.

Wilson played the last two seasons in Miami but was something of an afterthought in the offense while playing behind Tyreek Hill and Jaylen Waddle. He could potentially see an increased role with the Saints, who have a returning wide receiver corps of only Chris Olave, Rashid Shaheed and A.T. Perry. Wilson will likely fight for playing time throughout training camp, but he has a realistic chance to surpass his previous high of 521 offensive snaps in a season in the upcoming campaign.

The Vikings are set to sign Sherfield to a one-year deal, Ben Goessling of the Minneapolis Star Tribune reports.

Per Goessling, Sherfield's deal is for $1.79 million and includes a $400,000 signing bonus. In 17 regular-season games with the Bills in 2023, Sherfield caught 11 of his 22 targets for 86 yards and one touchdown. With the Vikings, the 28-year-old figures to compete with Brandon Powell for wideout snaps and targets behind Justin Jefferson and Jordan Addison.
