Pittman suffered a concussion during Saturday's contest against the Steelers and won't return, Joel A. Erickson of The Indianapolis Star reports.

This comes as no surprise after Pittman took a huge hit from Steelers safety Damontae Kazee in the middle of the second quarter that resulted in the latter's ejection from the game. Pittman now will be subject to the protocol for head injuries in order be cleared for action again, with the Colts' next game coming Sunday, Dec. 24 in Atlanta. As for the rest of Saturday's outing, Josh Downs, Alec Pierce, D.J. Montgomery and Ethan Fernea are the team's other active wideouts.

Pittman is under evaluation for a possible concussion during Saturday's game versus Pittsburgh, Dale Lolley of the Steelers' official site reports.

Pittman was on the receiving end of a massive hit from Steelers safety Damontae Kazee in the middle of the second quarter and remained on the turf for a spell before making his way to the locker room. If he's diagnosed with a concussion, Pittman will be subject to the protocol for head injuries in order to be cleared for future game action. With Pittman sidelined, Josh Downs, Alec Pierce, D.J. Montgomery and Ethan Fernea are Indianapolis' other active wide receivers.

Boyd caught two passes for 53 yards on five targets in the 27-24 overtime win against the Vikings on Saturday.

Boyd was mostly a non-factor -- indeed, he went into overtime with one catch for nine yards on four targets -- but he arguably made up for that with his 44-yard reception in overtime. Boyd's big play put the Bengals in range for the game-winning field goal -- a timely contribution given that Ja'Marr Chase (shoulder) left the game in the second half. If Chase were to miss any time with the injury, Boyd would likely see an increased target share as a result. The Bengals go to Pittsburgh for Week 16.

Higgins caught four passes for 61 yards and two touchdowns on eight targets in the 27-24 overtime victory against the Vikings on Saturday.

Higgins scored both touchdowns in the second half, both during regulation. One occurred before Ja'Marr Chase left with a shoulder injury, the other after. Perhaps Higgins' second touchdown was influenced partially by Chase's absence, but it qualifies as a bounce-back game for Higgins either way. He also nearly had a 40-yard reception toward the end of the first half that was overturned on review. If Chase were to miss time, it would likely give Higgins an increased target share when the Bengals play at Pittsburgh in Week 16.

Chase didn't return to Saturday's 27-24 overtime win over the Vikings after exiting with a right shoulder injury.

Prior to leaving the contest, Chase caught all four of his targets for 64 yards. The star wideout will now look to potentially return to action Dec. 23 against the Steelers. If, however, Chase is limited or out in Week 16, Trenton Irwin, Andrei Iosivas and Charlie Jones could be in store for more snaps behind starting wideouts Tee Higgins and Tyler Boyd.

Chase was forced out of Saturday's game against the Vikings with a right shoulder injury.

Prior to his exit from the contest, Chase caught all four of his targets for 64 yards. In his absence, Trenton Irwin, Andrei Iosivasand Charlie Jones are available to log added WR snaps behind Tee Higgins and Tyler Boyd.

McKenzie is inactive for Saturday's game against the Steelers.

With McKenzie a healthy scratch Saturday, Michael Pittman, Josh Downs and Alec Pierce will lead the Colts' Week 15 WR corps, with D.J. Montgomery and Ethan Fernea in reserve. McKenzie, who last caught a pass in Week 10, has recorded an 11/82/0 receiving line on 14 targets through 13 contests this season.

Erickson caught one of his two targets for 13 yards and a touchdown in the 63-21 drubbing at the hands of the Raiders on Thursday.

For a fifth consecutive game, Erickson tallied just a single catch despite registering 13 targets combined over the past four games. The Chargers' passing attack could see some significant changes in the coming weeks with head coach Brandon Staley now gone, but it's hard to imagine the 31-year-old Erickson really benefitting with the team now essentially out of playoff contention.

Guyton caught both of his targets for 19 yards in the 63-21 loss to the Raiders on Thursday.

With the game out of reach very early into the contest, new starting quarterback Easton Stick spread the ball around plenty. Guyton's 31 offensive snaps were pretty typical, as was his lackluster usage. With head coach Brandon Staley gone and the Chargers essentially out of the playoff race, it wouldn't be surprising to see Guyton completely phased out for younger talent.

Johnston caught of his three targets for 23 yards and a touchdown in Thursday's 63-21 loss to the Raiders.

Despite Keenan Allen (heel) being out for the divisional matchup and an insurmountable deficit by the end of the first half that should have set the stage for more passing opportunities, the rookie didn't draw any additional looks. It's hard to know what Johnston's role will be moving forward, especially with head coach Brandon Staley since fired, but it's clear the downgrade at quarterback with Easton Stick limits any potential fantasy upside.
