The Cardinals waived Baccellia on Monday, Howard Balzer of GoPHNX.com reports.

Baccellia signed to the Cardinals' active roster Saturday with Greg Dortch (ankle) inactive for Sunday's game against the Ravens. Baccellia played eight snaps in the game and contributed with a 22-yard kick return. Balzer notes that it's likely that Baccellia will sign with Arizona's practice squad if he clears waivers.

The Raiders elevated Turner to the active roster Monday.

Turner joined the Raiders' practice squad on Oct. 16 after being let go by the team with an injury settlement during training camp. He played for Las Vegas last season and logged 95 snaps -- 74 on special teams and 21 on offense -- in nine games.

Jefferson caught three of five targets for 24 yards during Sunday's 28-23 loss to the Titans.

Drake London (groin) leaving in the third quarter allowed Jefferson to handle his most usage since joining the Falcons. It also appears Jefferson is eating away at Mack Hollins' playing time, as the latter played a season-low 14 offensive snaps. If London is sidelined moving forward, Jefferson could emerge as Atlanta's top wide receiver, but expectations should be tempered, given pass catchers like London and Kyle Pitts have struggled to be consistent fantasy producers in this offense.

The Giants released Olszewski on Monday, Field Yates of ESPN reports.

Olszewski is free to be re-signed at any time, and per Dan Duggan of The Athletic, the transaction is probably just a clerical one by the Giants. He will likely be returning punts again for Big Blue in Week 9 at Las Vegas.

Hollins caught two of three targets for 27 yards during Sunday's 28-23 loss to the Titans.

Hollins played at least 65 percent of the team's offensive snaps in each of the first four weeks, including a season-high 79 percent against the Jaguars in Week 4. However, his playing time has dropped since, culminating in a season-low 14 offensive snaps versus Tennessee. The wideout actually played more on special teams (25 snaps) than he did on offense Sunday. This is especially concerning given Drake London (groin) left the game in the third quarter and never returned. Hollins doesn't need to be on fantasy radars in standard leagues until he proves otherwise.

Hodge caught all three of his targets for 75 yards during Sunday's 28-23 loss to the Titans.

All three of Hodge's targets came in the second half with Taylor Heinicke at the helm. The wideout's first catch was good for a first down on a third-and-13, and his second was a 52-yard strike that set up Atlanta's first touchdown. Hodge caught just five of his six targets for 64 yards across seven games with Desmond Ridder at quarterback, but he appears to have better chemistry with the backup. If Drake London (groin) is sidelined moving forward and Heinicke takes over as the starter, Hodge could see an uptick in volume, but his fantasy value probably remains limited in Atlanta's stagnant offense.

Palmer secured three of six targets for 22 yards in the Buccaneers' 24-18 loss to the Bills on Thursday night.

Palmer logged a robust and season-high 55 snaps in the loss, but he was only able to match his season high in receptions with the additional opportunity. However, the speedy rookie has encouragingly logged 15 targets and averaged 42 snaps per game over the last three contests, supporting the notion Palmer's role has grown into that of a legitimate No. 3 receiver.

St. Brown (illness), who remains listed as questionable ahead of Monday's game against the Raiders, plans to play, Jeremy Fowler of ESPN.com reports.

The Lions didn't include St. Brown on their Week 8 injury report until he was added Sunday after apparently falling ill at some point over the weekend. Though it's unclear how close to 100 percent St. Brown is as Monday's 8:15 p.m. ET kickoff approaches, he's apparently feeling well enough to give it a go. Given that the Lions chose to sign a running back (Devine Ozigbo) and elevate an offensive lineman (Michael Niese) from the practice squad rather than make a move to bring up a receiver ahead of Monday's game, the team is seemingly optimistic St. Brown will be able to handle his usual high-volume role in the passing attack. In the Lions' last two games alone, St. Brown has drawn a whopping 34 targets and has turned in a 25-226-1 receiving line.

Skowronek caught his only target for a 20-yard touchdown during Sunday's 43-20 loss to the Cowboys.

Despite playing just five snaps on offense in the blowout loss to the Cowboys, Skowronek was able to haul in his first NFL receiving touchdown after breaking free through the middle of the Cowboys' secondary. The catch was just Skowronek's third on the year, and despite the score, he's still just a depth piece behind Cooper Kupp, Puka Nacua and Tutu Atwell while making his impact felt primarily on special teams this season.

Nacua caught three of seven targets for 43 yards during Sunday's 43-20 loss to the Cowboys.

The rookie sensation's last four contests have been truly all-or-nothing performances. Weeks 5 and 7 saw Nacua go off with a 15-225-1 total receiving line, while Week 6 (4-26-0) and this week's matchup against the Cowboys were disappointments. Nacua wasn't the only star to be shut down, however, as Cooper Kupp also failed to impress with just four catches for 21 yards on a team-high 10 targets. Nacua's volume in the passing game helped keep him relevant after Kupp's return, but more worrying for fantasy managers is the single target Nacua saw from backup Brett Rypien after Matthew Stafford left with a thumb injury. Any missed time for Stafford would likely bring both Nacua and Kupp's ceiling down by a noticeable amount and make floor games like this far more likely. The Rams travel to another imposing pass defense in Green Bay in Week 9 before their Week 10 bye.
