Josh Palmer WR | BUF
Bills' Joshua Palmer: Inactive versus Pittsburgh
Palmer (ankle) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Steelers.
After logging a limited practice Wednesday, Palmer was a 'DNP' a day later before returning to limited session Friday and being deemed questionable for Sunday's contest. In his absence Sunday, Khalil Shakir, Brandin Cooks, Keon Coleman, Gabe Davis and Tyrell Shavers will handle Buffalo's Week 13 WR duties.

Parker Washington WR | JAC
Jaguars' Parker Washington: Won't return Sunday
Washington (hip) won't return to Sunday's game against the Titans.
Washington will thus finish Week 13 with one catch on three targets for 26 yards. The wideout's next chance to see game action will arrive Dec. 7 against the Colts. In his absence for the rest of Sunday's contest, Brian Thomas, Jakobi Meyers, Tim Patrick and Austin Trammell are the Jaguars' available WRs.

Jake Bobo WR | SEA
Seahawks' Jake Bobo: Inactive Sunday
Bobo (coach's decision) is inactive for Sunday's matchup with the Vikings.
Bobo is now a healthy scratch for the second time in three weeks. He remains buried on the team's wide receiver depth chart and behind Rashid Shaheed as Seattle's punt returner. Bobo has just two catches for 20 yards in 2025.

Adam Thielen WR | PIT
Vikings' Adam Thielen: Healthy scratch Week 13
Thielen (coach's decision) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Seahawks.
The veteran wide receiver's role in the offense has noticeably dipped since the Vikings' Week 6 bye, and Thielen will be an observer for Sunday's road game in Seattle. His absence means Tai Felton and Myles Price will be the rotational wideouts for the Vikings behind Justin Jefferson, Jordan Addison and Jalen Nailor. Thielen's next opportunity to play is Week 14 against the Commanders on Sunday, Dec. 7, though he's unlikely to play in that game unless there is an injury to the Vikings' wide receiver corps.

Parker Washington WR | JAC
Jaguars' Parker Washington: Exits Sunday's game
Washington was forced out of Sunday's game against the Titans with a hip injury.
Prior to exiting the contest, Washington caught one of his three targets for 26 yards. While he's sidelined, Brian Thomas, Jakobi Meyers, Tim Patrick and Austin Trammell are available to handle the Jaguars' WR duties.
-
Mason Kinsey WR | TEN
Titans' Mason Kinsey: Not playing Sunday
Kinsey (coach's decision) is inactive for Sunday's matchup with the Jaguars.
The wide receiver has been active for five games this season, and he's played mostly on special teams when he's been in there, though he did get some opportunities on offense the last two weeks with Chimere Dike (chest) and Elic Ayomanor (hamstring) nursing injuries. At the same time, Kinsey has never made more than two catches in a season in a pro career dating back to 2021.
-
Arian Smith WR | NYJ
Jets' Arian Smith: Not playing Week 13
Smith (coach's decision) is inactive for Sunday's game against Atlanta.
Smith is a healthy scratch for the first time this season. He consistently logged significant offensive snap counts earlier in the season but has seen his playing time wane since New York traded for wideouts John Metchie and Adonai Mitchell. Given Smith's lack of production this season (six catches on 10 targets for 47 yards over 331 offensive snaps spanning 11 games), he may be getting phased out of New York's plans for game days.
-
Hunter Renfrow WR | CAR
Panthers' Hunter Renfrow: Another week as healthy scratch
Renfrow (coach's decision) is inactive for Sunday's Week 13 contest against the Rams, Darin Gantt of the Panthers' official site reports.
Renfrow appears to be the odd man out in Carolina's WR room, as he's now been a healthy scratch seven straight weeks. The rest of the Panthers' wideout corps is healthy (aside from David Moore [elbow], who is on IR), so Renfrow may continue to sit on game days unless an injury occurs to a player further up the pecking order.
-
Jordan Watkins WR | SF
49ers' Jordan Watkins: Healthy scratch Sunday
Watkins (coach's decision) is inactive for Sunday's matchup with the Browns, Briana Jeannel of the 49ers' official site reports.
The wide receiver and punt returner will be a healthy scratch for the third consecutive week. That stretch has coincided with the return of Ricky Pearsall in Week 11. Watkins also remains behind Skyy Moore on the team's punt returner depth chart.

Dyami Brown WR | JAC
Jaguars' Dyami Brown: Surprise scratch
Brown (coach's decision) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Titans.
Brown has faded from relevance in the Jacksonville offense, recording one or fewer targets in three straight games. However, in a surprising move, Brown is now the odd man out with Brian Thomas active for the first time since Week 9. Austin Trammell will serve as the Jaguars' fifth wide receiver.
