Indianapolis signed Cleveland to its practice squad Tuesday.

Cleveland was waived by Philadelphia with an injury settlement prior to Week 1, but he's now healthy and has found another opportunity with the Colts. He is still waiting to make his 2023 debut.

Jones (knee) was a non-participant in Tuesday's practice.

Jones will have another chance to log some practice reps Wednesday, but at this stage, he appears to be trending toward another missed game Thursday against the Saints. The wideout previously sat out Weeks 3 and 4 with a knee injury before aggravating the issue in his Week 5 return.

Raymond caught three of three targets for 23 yards during Sunday's 20-6 win over the Buccaneers.

With Amon-Ra St. Brown back in commission, Raymond saw his fewest offensive snaps of the season while tying his smallest offensive snap share, too. However, he remained secure in his role as the punt returner, returning three punts for 33 yards, and he now sits 11th in the league with a 9.7-yard punt return average.

Jones caught his only target for five yards during Sunday's 20-6 win over Tampa Bay.

After seeing nearly 60 percent of the snaps last week, Jones fell below 30 percent with Amon-Ra St. Brown back in action. With second-year wideout Jameson Williams' role set to expand as the season unfolds, Jones' playing time could dwindle even further.

Olave (toe) was a limited participant in Tuesday's walkthrough practice, Katherine Terrell of ESPN.com reports.

The Saints are proceeding carefully with Olave while he manages a toe injury on a short week, but so long as he's able to take some practice reps again Wednesday, he should be in good shape to play Thursday against the Jaguars. Olave is coming off a strong showing in a Week 6 loss to the Texans, logging a season-high 87 percent snap share en route to seven catches for 96 yards on 10 targets.

The Eagles signed Jones to their practice squad Tuesday, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.

The 34-year-old free agent was seemingly waiting for a favorable landing spot to open up, and he appears to have found one in Philadelphia. With Quez Watkins (hamstring) landing on injured reserve, Jones could settle in as the Eagles' No. 3 receiver behind A.J. Brown and DeVonta Smith once he's up to speed with the team's playbook. The Eagles are the fourth stop in four years for Jones, who hauled in 24 of 42 targets for 299 yards and two touchdowns while adding another 45 yards on five carries over 10 games with Tampa Bay in 2022. If he impresses in his first week of practice, he could be elevated to the 53-man roster ahead of Sunday's game against the Dolphins.

Douglas (concussion) took part in the Patriots' unofficial practice session Tuesday, Mike Reiss of ESPN.com reports.

New England won't release its first Week 7 practice report until Wednesday, but Douglas' involvement in Tuesday's session suggests that he's made at least some progress through the NFL's concussion protocol. While Douglas and JuJu Smith-Schuster sat out the Patriots' Week 6 loss to the Raiders while recovering from their head injuries, Tyquan Thornton filled in as the team's No. 3 receiver behind DeVante Parker and Kendrick Bourne.

Crowder played all three of his snaps on special teams in Sunday's 24-16 win over Atlanta.

After recording his first two catches of the season in the Commanders' Week 5 loss to the Bears, Crowder was phased out on offense Sunday while all of Terry McLaurin, Jahan Dotson, Curtis Samuel, Dyami Brown and Byron Pringle played ahead of him at receiver. Crowder should continue to dress on most game days due to his duties as the Commanders' top punt returner.

Brown failed to reel in his lone target across 11 snaps on offense in Sunday's 24-16 win over Atlanta.

Brown's 11 snaps tied his lowest total of the season. As the No. 4 receiver on the Washington depth chart, Brown will have a limited role on offense so long as all of Terry McLaurin, Jahan Dotson and Curtis Samuel are healthy.

Dowell played 15 total snaps -- 14 on special teams and one on offense -- in Sunday's 24-16 loss to the Ravens in London.

Inactive for each of the first three games of his career, Dowell has now dressed in three straight contests, but he has yet to carve out much of a role on offense. The rookie seventh-round pick has played just 16 offensive snaps over the last three weeks, drawing just one target during that span. Dowell could find himself back on the inactive list coming out of the Titans' Week 7 bye if Treylon Burks is able to play after missing each of the past three contests with a knee injury.
