Goodwin played five snaps and was not targeted in Sunday's 27-3 win over the Titans. He had one carry for one yard.

Goodwin went untargeted for the first time this season, but he went without a catch for a third consecutive week. The 10-year veteran also saw a season-low snap count. It's clear Goodwin is not going to be a high-volume target unless there's an injury above him on the depth chart. When he has been targeted -- four times through the first two games -- it's been on deep balls, but Donovan Peoples-Jones is also fighting for a field-stretching role in the Browns' passing game.

Peoples-Jones caught three of four targets for 49 yards in Sunday's 27-3 win over Tennessee. He also returned two punts for 11 yards.

He had his best game of the season, but he remains well behind Amari Cooper (eight targets) and Elijah Moore (nine) in the pecking order at wideout. Peoples-Jones had the Browns' second-longest play of the game, a 29-yard reception in the third quarter -- his first of more than 20 yards in 2023 -- on the drive that produced the team's second touchdown of the game. He also had a 12-yard grab on a third-and-five during that same drive. Peoples-Jones has caught five of 10 targets for 68 yards over the first three weeks.

Robinson caught all four of his targets for 24 yards in Sunday's 23-18 win over the Raiders.

Robinson doubled his production from a week ago, but it still resulted in an unsavory fantasy line. The 30-year-old has struggled to fit in with a developing Pittsburgh offense, even with Diontae Johnson (hamstring) getting hurt in Week 1. Since Johnson landed on IR, Robinson has seen roughly equal snap counts to second-year wideout Calvin Austin, but the latter has been more productive and scored a 72-yard touchdown in Sunday's win. Robinson should be considered a low-end fantasy play against Houston in Week 4.

Meyers (concussion) turned 12 targets into seven receptions for 85 yards in Sunday's 23-18 loss to the Steelers.

Meyers returned from a one-game absence after clearing the league's concussion protocol, resuming his role as the Raiders' No. 2 wideout. His 12 targets finished only behind teammate Davante Adams, who racked up a whopping 13-172-2 receiving line on 20 targets. Meyers still finished with a strong fantasy line in his own right, and he has now recorded double-digit targets in both of his active games since joining Las Vegas this past offseason. With his health back in order and a significant role on offense, Meyers is shaping up to be a strong fantasy asset this season, which continues with a Week 4 matchup against the 0-3 Chargers next Sunday.

Pickens hauled in four of his six targets for 75 yards in Sunday's 23-18 win over the Raiders.

Pickens was unable to recreate his highlight-reel score from last week's victory, but he still provided managers with a solid fantasy line while finishing as Pittsburgh's leading receiver Sunday. The 22-year-old should continue to see as many targets as he can handle while Diontae Johnson (hamstring) mends on injured reserve, making Pickens a strong play against Houston next Sunday.

Adams (head) corralled 13 of his game-high 19 targets for 172 yards and two touchdowns in Sunday's 23-18 loss to the Steelers.

Adams was in prime form for a nationally televised matchup against a defense coming off a dominant performance in Week 2. The 30-year-old's impressive play confirmed reports of good health after he was knocked out of last week's tilt with concerns of a head injury. Adams' valiant effort wasn't enough to lift the Raiders past a 16-point deficit in the fourth quarter, but he certainly helped fantasy managers with a monster point total to close out Sunday's action. The star wideout could be looking at another big game against the Chargers' league-worst pass defense next Sunday.

Moore caught four of six targets for eight yards and carried the ball three times for 54 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 28-16 win over the Cowboys.

The speedy wideout caught the Dallas defense napping when he dashed for a 45-yard TD in the second quarter, the first rushing touchdown of his NFL career. Moore doubled his catch total on the season as well, albeit without contributing much yardage through the air, and while his versatile usage is intriguing from a fantasy perspective, he'll need to begin seeing more volume to be a reliable option outside of best-ball formats. Moore faces a daunting matchup in Week 4 against an elite 49ers defense that's used to seeing the likes of Deebo Samuel line up in the backfield during practice.

Wilson caught both his targets for 86 yards in Sunday's 28-16 win over the Cowboys.

The 2023 third-round pick torched the Dallas defense for a 69-yard reception in the fourth quarter to help set up Arizona's final TD of the afternoon. Wilson has just seven catches through his first three NFL games, but he's already proving to be a big-play threat as two of them have gone for more than 20 yards. The rookie faces a tough test in Week 4 against the stingy 49ers.

Brown caught five of seven targets for 61 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 28-16 win over the Cowboys.

The fifth-year wideout led the Cardinals in catches and got into the end zone for the second straight game, hauling in a two-yard strike from Joshua Dobbs in the fourth quarter. Brown scored only three TDs in 12 games last season, so his early production is an encouraging sign that a breakout campaign could be on its way. However, he could have a hard time maintaining his momentum in Week 4 against another tough defense in the 49ers.

Mooney failed to catch his lone target in the Bears' 41-10 loss to the Chiefs on Sunday.

After leaving last week's game with a bruised knee, Mooney was seventh on the team with one target. Unless his role increases and the Bears' passing attack improves, Mooney may not have the upside he showed earlier in his career.
