Jordan Watkins WR | SF
49ers' Jordan Watkins: Healthy scratch Sunday
Watkins (coach's decision) is inactive for Sunday's matchup with the Browns, Briana Jeannel of the 49ers' official site reports.
The wide receiver and punt returner will be a healthy scratch for the third consecutive week. That stretch has coincided with the return of Ricky Pearsall in Week 11. Watkins also remains behind Skyy Moore on the team's punt returner depth chart.

Dyami Brown WR | WAS
Jaguars' Dyami Brown: Surprise scratch
Brown (coach's decision) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Titans.
Brown has faded from relevance in the Jacksonville offense, recording one or fewer targets in three straight games. However, in a surprising move, Brown is now the odd man out with Brian Thomas active for the first time since Week 9. Austin Trammell will serve as the Jaguars' fifth wide receiver.

Jamari Thrash WR | CLE
Browns' Jamari Thrash: Inactive despite injury clearance
Thrash (coach's decision) is inactive for Sunday's Week 13 battle against San Francisco.
Thrash's inactive status last week was attributed to a foot injury, and he continued to deal with the issue in practice this week. However, he wasn't given an injury designation for Sunday's matchup, suggesting that he's past the issue. However, Thrash isn't going to suit up against the 49ers, marking the second time he's been a healthy scratch over the past three weeks. It appears the second-year wideout is the odd man out in the Browns WR pecking order despite logging at least a 40 percent offensive snap share in every game from Week 4 to Week 8.

Khadarel Hodge WR | ATL
Falcons' KhaDarel Hodge: Healthy scratch for Week 13
Hodge (coach's decision) is a healthy inactive for Sunday's game against the Jets, Tori McElhaney of the Falcons' official site reports.
Though top wideout Drake London (knee) will miss a second straight game, Hodge won't be among Atlanta's five active receivers for Week 13. Hodge had suited up for each of the Falcons' last seven games but held a minimal role on offense, playing single-digit snaps in six of those contests while accruing a 3-31-0 receiving line on nine targets.
-
Allen Lazard WR | NYJ
Jets' Allen Lazard: Set to face Atlanta
Lazard (neck) is active for Sunday's game against the Falcons.
Lazard popped up on the injury report Saturday after practicing without issue earlier in the week. He'll be active for the second consecutive week, though he has yet to see more than three targets in any game this season.
-
Braxton Berrios WR | HOU
Texans' Braxton Berrios: Remaining healthy scratch
Berrios (coach's decision) is inactive for Sunday's Week 13 clash against the Colts.
This is the third straight week that Berrios is inactive as a healthy scratch. He's gotten some work both as a wideout and kick/punt returner when active this season, but rookie Jaylin Noel has been serving in the same role while offering more upside.

Michael Wilson WR | ARI
Cardinals' Michael Wilson: Getting Harrison back in WR mix
Wilson will have additional competition for WR reps during Sunday's game in Tampa Bay with Marvin Harrison (appendix) active and back in the lineup.
Wilson has been a monster for fantasy purposes during Harrison's two-game absence after the latter underwent an appendectomy, putting together a 25-303-0 line on 33 targets during that stretch. Prior to his run as the Cardinals' No. 1 WR, Wilson had a 22-231-1 line on 38 targets in the first nine contests of the campaign, so the presence of Harrison likely means he'll settle somewhere between those workloads Sunday. Having said that, the Buccaneers defense has been giving up chunk plays to wide receivers over the last two weeks, conceding 16.2 yards per catch, 9.8 yards per target and three TD receptions, so Wilson still is a good bet to produce, especially if Harrison isn't operating at 100 percent.

Elic Ayomanor WR | TEN
Titans' Elic Ayomanor: Facing Jags as expected
Ayomanor (hamstring) is active for Sunday's game against the Jaguars, Turron Davenport of ESPN.com reports.
Ayomanor turned in limited practice sessions throughout the week and is now set to return from a one-game absence. He's seen at least six targets in each of his last three games, though Chimere Dike and Gunnar Helm have started to emerge in the Tennessee offense. Overall, Ayomanor has topped 50 yards only twice this season.

Chris Olave WR | NO
Saints' Chris Olave: Suiting up Sunday
Olave (back) is listed as active Sunday at Miami.
Olave exited Wednesday's practice early due to a back injury, going down as a limited participant in the process. He was held out of drills entirely Thursday, but a capped session Friday led to a questionable designation for Week 13 action. Nick Underhill of NewOrleans.Football reported Saturday evening that Olave, who battled back spasms during the week, was slated to suit up for Sunday's game, which now has been confirmed. In three starts with rookie QB Tyler Shough under center, Olave has accrued a 17-231-1 line on 25 targets, making him an easy plug-and-play option for fantasy purposes.

Marvin Harrison Jr. WR | ARI
Cardinals' Marvin Harrison: Back in action Sunday
Harrison (appendix) is active for Sunday's game at Tampa Bay.
In the wake of a Week 12 loss to the Jaguars, coach Jonathan Gannon said last Monday that Harrison didn't have a timeline for a return to action after missing the past two contests due to appendicitis, per Bo Brack of GoPHNX.com. Harrison then mixed into drills Wednesday and maintained limited activity through Friday before the Cardinals tagged him as questionable to play Sunday. Adam Schefter of ESPN reported Saturday evening that Harrison was in line to suit up this weekend, which now will come to pass. Considering he may not be running at full capacity, though, Harrison may take a back seat to TE Trey McBride and fellow WR Michael Wilson in terms of targets from QB Jacoby Brissett.
