  • Bears' Luther Burden: Posts 46 yards in Week 12 win

Burden caught three of five targets for 46 yards in Sunday's 31-28 win over the Steelers.

Burden continues to work ahead of Olamide Zaccheaus as Chicago's WR3 behind Rome Odunze and DJ Moore, and Burden's five targets tied fellow rookie Colston Loveland for third on the team against Pittsburgh. However, as long as Odunze and Moore are healthy, it's difficult to get behind Burden as a fantasy starter when he's competing with the likes of Loveland, Cole Kmet, D'Andre Swift and Zaccheaus for opportunities. Burden has looked great on his limited chances this season and will square off with the Eagles this upcoming Friday.

  • DK Metcalf WR | PIT

Steelers' DK Metcalf: Plays through ankle issue

Metcalf recorded five receptions on eight targets for 22 yards in Sunday's 31-28 loss to the Bears. He added two rushes for 12 yards and a touchdown.

Metcalf led the Steelers in targets but had a quiet game with Aaron Rodgers (wrist) sidelined and Mason Rudolph under center. His longest catch of the day went for only eight yards, and his lone deep target was picked off. Metcalf saved his performance with a six-yard touchdown run late in the first quarter-- his first score since Week 8. Metcalf also battled an ankle injury for much of the second and third quarters. While he didn't miss a significant amount of time in the loss, his practice status will be worth monitoring ahead of Pittsburgh's Week 13 matchup against the Bills.

  • Xavier Gipson WR | NYG

Eagles' Xavier Gipson: Questionable to return Week 12

Gipson (shoulder) is questionable to return to Sunday's game against the Cowboys.

Gipson sustained the injury late in the fourth quarter, when he fumbled the ball on a punt return. Will Shipley and Jahan Dotson would be in line for return duties on kickoffs and punts if Gipson is not cleared to return.

  • Xavier Smith WR | LAR

Rams' Xavier Smith: Inactive against Tampa Bay

Smith (concussion) is inactive for Sunday night's game versus Tampa Bay.

Smith was concussed last Sunday against the Seahawks and will miss this one against the Bucs, allowing Jordan Whittington and Konata Mumpfield opportunities to play more snaps behind Puka Nacua and Davante Adams. Across 10 games this season, Smith has a 7-85-0 receiving line on 10 targets.

  • Jordan Addison WR | MIN

Vikings' Jordan Addison: Complete non-factor in loss

Addison failed to bring in his only target in the Vikings' 23-6 loss to the Packers on Sunday.

Addison's opportunities were part of the collateral damage of J.J. McCarthy's utterly forgettable afternoon, as he threw for just 87 yards and two interceptions. The speedy wideout was essentially ignored in the passing game, logging his lowest target total of the season. While it may be accurate to say there's nowhere to go but up for Addison in a Week 13 road battle against the Seahawks, the matchup is less than appealing on paper.

  • Chris Godwin WR | TB

Buccaneers' Chris Godwin: Returns to action Sunday

Godwin (fibula) is listed as active Sunday at the Rams, Scott Smith of the Buccaneers' official site reports.

Godwin had a delayed start to the season due to his recovery from last season's dislocated left ankle, and after playing Weeks 4 and 5, he's since been sidelined due to a fibula injury. He finally capped Week 12 prep with back-to-back full practices, after which the Buccaneers cleared him to return to action. On Saturday evening, Jeremy Fowler of ESPN.com reported that Godwin was set to operate with restrictions on his workload Sunday, so he'll likely play second fiddle, at least, to rookie first-round pick Emeka Egbuka in Tampa Bay's receiving corps. In his two appearances this season, Godwin wasn't efficient with his 14 targets, gathering in just six of them for 52 yards and no touchdowns.

  • Romeo Doubs WR | GB

Packers' Romeo Doubs: Limited to two catches in win

Doubs secured two of three targets for 23 yards and returned two punts for 21 yards in the Packers' 23-6 win over the Vikings on Sunday.

Doubs' numbers certainly were disappointing from a fantasy perspective, but they were generated within the confines of a modest 14-completion, 139-yard passing day for Jordan Love. The veteran wideout has just 81 combined receiving yards over his last three contests overall, but a Thanksgiving Day showdown with the Lions at Ford Field figures to be a game in which the entire Packers air attack sees increased usage.

  • Chiefs' Xavier Worthy: More involved in OT win

Worthy caught four of eight targets for 59 yards in Sunday's 23-20 overtime win over the Colts.

The reception and yardage totals were his best showing since Week 8, while the target volume was Worthy's highest since Week 5. The second-year speedster has gone five straight games without getting into the end zone, managing just an 18-195-0 line on 31 targets over that span, but Worthy will get a chance to break out against a shaky secondary in Week 13 during a Thanksgiving tilt against the Cowboys.

  • Rashee Rice WR | KC

Chiefs' Rashee Rice: Busts out in OT win

Rice caught eight of 12 targets for 141 yards in Sunday's 23-20 overtime win over the Colts. He added a two-point conversion on a pass from Patrick Mahomes.

The dozen targets were a season high for Rice, who turned that elevated volume into the first 100-yard receiving game by a Kansas City wideout this season. Rice has put together a 34-394-3 line on 47 targets through five games since making his belated season debut, adding a fourth score on the ground, and he'll take plenty of momentum into a Thanksgiving clash with the Cowboys in Week 13.

  • Jets' Adonai Mitchell: Catches just two of seven targets

Mitchell caught two of seven targets for 42 yards in Sunday's 23-10 loss to the Ravens.

Mitchell has caught three of 13 targets in two appearances for the Jets. The 2024 second-round pick of the Colts is getting more opportunities with his new team after being included alongside two first-round draft picks in the trade that sent Sauce Gardner to Indianapolis, but Mitchell has struggled to convert his chances into production so far. Mitchell should continue to see significant playing time in Week 13 against the Falcons, as the Jets will remain without top wideout Garrett Wilson (knee), who is on injured reserve until at least Week 15.
