The Ravens signed Black to their practice squad Tuesday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.

Black is now in line to serve as an additional depth option to Baltimore's wide receiver corps following Tuesday's transaction. The 6-foot-3 pass catcher snagged just one catch for 10 yards in his lone game appearance a season ago.

Adams was listed as limited on Tuesday's practice estimate due to an illness, Paul Gutierrez of ESPN.com reports.

Adams is coming off a huge performance this past Sunday against the 49ers in which he put up seven catches (on 11 targets) for 153 yards and two touchdowns. Now with an illness in tow, he may operate with a cap on his reps both Wednesday and Thursday to ensure he's as healthy as possible ahead of Saturday's scheduled 4:30 p.m. ET kickoff.

Sills signed with the Giants' practice squad Tuesday, Jordan Raanan of ESPN.com reports.

Sills was waived by the Giants on Saturday, but he'll now return to the team's practice squad. He's appeared in nine games for the Giants this season, making 11 catches on 17 targets for 106 yards. Although, most of that work took place early in the season, as the 26-year-old was a healthy scratch for six of the team's last seven contests.

Robinson caught one pass for nine yards on three targets Sunday against the Steelers.

Robinson's usage has dropped off in recent weeks with two catches for 15 yards and a score on four targets over his last two games. He was previously trending upwards with at least five receptions in back-to-back games. Baltimore's passing game has sputtered in Lamar Jackson's absence with an average of 117.8 passing yards in Tyler Huntley's starts. The Ravens travel to Cincinnati for the regular season finale in Week 18.

Carter caught two of his three targets for 14 yards in Sunday's 31-10 trouncing of the Rams.

The Chargers were in thorough control of the outcome by the third quarter, so it was a little surprising to see Carter not get a bit more opportunities in junk time. He's been one of the more reliable returners in the league this season, as he's tallied at least 20 punt return yards in each of the last six contests.

Palmer did not catch his only target in the 31-10 win over the Rams on Sunday.

While Palmer did play a healthy amount of snaps (36), the nature of Sunday's blowout meant the third wideout took a relative back seat with most of the Chargers' regulars sitting by the fourth quarter. The second-year wideout has seen his production dip dramatically with the return of Keenan Allen and Mike Williams, to the point he's not at all a lock for fantasy lineups next week despite the Chargers having plenty to play for in terms of playoff seeding.

Moore (hand) was a non-participant at Tuesday's practice.

Moore was forced out of Sunday's win versus the Broncos with a hand injury, which is keeping him off the practice field two days later. The Chiefs have begun prep for a Week 18 road matchup with the Raiders, giving the rookie second-round pick just two more chances for on-field work ahead of Saturday's scheduled 4:30 p.m. ET kickoff.

Watkins failed to pull in his lone target in Sunday's 20-10 loss to the Saints.

In a difficult game for the Eagles' offense, top wideouts DeVonta Smith and A.J. Brown still got their share of action, combining for 13 of the team's 18 catches and 212 of the team's 274 receiving yards. That left little for the rest of the team's receiving options like Watkins, who's now gone without a catch five times this season.

Johnson reverted to the Seahawks' practice squad Monday, per the NFL's official transaction log.

Johnson saw two targets in Sunday's win over the Jets, but he failed to cash in on either opportunity. He saw 26 snaps on offensive, which was the fourth most of the team's receiver corps, while Tyler Lockett dealt with a leg injury that limited him to just 23.

Martin reverted to the 49ers' practice squad Monday, per the NFL's official transaction log.

Martin only appeared on special teams during Sunday's win over the Raiders. This marked the 25-year-old's second game with the team this season, but he's only seen one snap on offense. He may receive another opportunity to suit up Sunday against the Cardinals, if Deebo Samuel (knee) remains out.
