Watson (ankle) was a full participant in Tuesday's practice.

As expected, the ankle issue that resulted in Watson being labeled as a limited participant on Monday's estimated practice report doesn't look to be anything that will prevent him from playing in Thursday's game against the Titans. The rookie wideout will be looking to build on his breakthrough performance in the Packers' overtime win over the Cowboys last weekend, when he hauled in four of eight targets for 107 yards and three touchdowns.

The Texans signed Bachman to their practice squad Tuesday, Aaron Wilson of ProFootballNetwork.com reports.

Bachman was last let go by the Giants prior to the start of the 2022 season, but he's since joined Houston's practice squad Tuesday where he'll serve as an emergency depth option at wide receiver. The 26-year-old posted a monster preseason performance for the Giants back on Aug. 21, where he caught 11 passes for 122 yards and two scores in a 25-22 win over the Bengals.

Humphrey was cut from the Patriots' practice squad Tuesday.

Humphrey played in each of New England's first six games this season, recording two catches on four targets for 20 yards. The 24-year-old was previously let go by the Patriots this season and subsequently brought back, which could happen again. If not, Humphrey will work to earn an opportunity elsewhere.

The Packers designated Cobb (ankle) for return from injured reserve Tuesday, Field Yates of ESPN reports.

The transaction confirms that Cobb was cleared to participate in Green Bay's practice Tuesday, though the extent of his activity isn't known after he sat out each of the team's last four games with a right ankle sprain. According to Tom Silverstein of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, Packers head coach Matt LaFleur said Monday that Cobb is being treated as day-to-day and could be an option to return to the 53-man roster to play in Week 11, even though Green Bay faces a quick turnaround for a Thursday night matchup with the Titans. The Packers will presumably wait and see how Cobb checks out following their practice Wednesday before deciding whether to add him to the roster by Thursday's 4 p.m. EST deadline. If cleared to play, Cobb should immediately step back into his role as the primary slot receiver.

The Broncos waived Cleveland on Tuesday, Aric DiLalla of the team's official site reports.

Cleveland was let go from Denver on Tuesday, after he appeared in six games for the team this season and corralled just two receptions for 28 yards in that span. The third-year receiver began his career with the Broncos back in 2020, but he'll now search for playing opportunities elsewhere.

Cole was held without a catch on two targets in Sunday's 25-20 loss to the Colts.

Cole was limited by a minor knee injury before returning to full participation in practice this past Thursday, but he managed to play north of 40 offensive snaps Sunday for the first time since Week 4, occupying the slot with Hunter Renfrow (oblique) on injured reserve. Cole's additional playing time didn't translate to production, however, while Davante Adams and Mack Hollins combined to see 20 targets from quarterback Derek Carr. Cole likely retains a similar role again Week 11 in Denver, but he's still low on the pecking order in the Raiders' aerial attack.

Moore was targeted once and recorded a six-yard reception across his 15 snaps on offense in Sunday's 27-17 loss to the Jaguars.

The absence of Mecole Hardman (abdomen) and the early exit of JuJu Smith-Schuster (concussion) didn't yield more playing time for Moore, whose 24 percent offensive snap share matched his mark from the Week 9 win over the Titans. Rather than Moore, it was Justin Watson (45 snaps) and Kadarius Toney (28 snaps) who saw the biggest spikes in playing time among the Kansas City wideouts. In addition to losing reps at receiver to Toney, Moore also yielded punt-return duties to the trade-deadline pickup after a string of miscues on special teams in recent weeks.

Watson turned his lone target into a 12-yard reception in Sunday's 27-17 win over the Jaguars.

With Mecole Hardman (abdomen) inactive for the Week 10 contest and with JuJu Smith-Schuster (concussion) exiting early, Watson played a season-high 45 snaps on offense (73 percent share). That snap count actually handily outpaced Kadarius Toney (28, 45 percent) for third among Kansas City wideouts, but Toney (four receptions for 57 yards and a touchdown, two carries for 33 yards) was far more involved than Watson. Given how Toney was able to capitalize on his touches, it wouldn't be surprising if his snap count surpassed Watson's in Week 11 against the Chargers, regardless of the statuses of Hardman and Smith-Schuster.

The 49ers signed Newsome to their practice squad Tuesday.

Newsome was cut from the Chiefs' practice squad Nov. 3 after being waived by the Bears, who drafted the wideout in the sixth round of the 2021 Draft. The second-year wideout caught two passes over three games during his rookie campaign but has yet to appear in a contest during the 2022 season.

Robinson is expected to settle in as the Rams' new No. 1 receiver beginning with Sunday's game in New Orleans after head coach Sean McVay said Tuesday that Cooper Kupp (ankle) would undergo surgery and head to injured reserve, Sarah Barshop of ESPN.com reports.

Through the first nine games of the season, Kupp has been the lifeblood of an otherwise unimpressive offense, accounting for an NFL-high 35.7 percent of his team's receptions. Though the Rams won't turn to any one player to absorb Kupp's 10.8 targets per game and a more run-heavy approach could be in the offing, pass catchers such as Robinson, tight end Tyler Higbee and wideouts Van Jefferson and Ben Skowronek could all notice at least slight upticks in their volume for as long as Kupp is sidelined. Robinson has struggled to establish a rapport with quarterback Matthew Stafford (concussion) during his first season in Los Angeles, but the veteran receiver's production had at least been trending up in recent weeks. Over his last four games, Robinson has turned in a 17-185-1 receiving line on 24 targets.
