Renfrow (hip) is listed as active for Sunday's game against the Texans.

After missing practice Thursday, Renfrow returned to a limited session Friday, and he'll give it a go Sunday. With top tight end Darren Waller (hamstring) out, the Raiders' slot man is a candidate to see a solid share of looks in the passing game versus Houston, assuming no setbacks with his hip issue. In three games to date, Renfrow has logged 14 catches (on 20 targets) for 105 yards, and assuming he can avoid further injuries in the coming weeks, the 26-year-old should garner enough target volume to yield PPR utility.

St. Brown sustained a concussion during Sunday's game at Dallas.

Per Dave Birkett of the Detroit Free Press, St. Brown appeared to stumble toward the sideline after taking a hit on the Lions' second possession of the contest. The nearest referee sent St. Brown to the sideline, and after a visit to the blue medical tent, the wide receiver went to the locker room without a helmet, at which point a concussion was confirmed. St. Brown -- who won't return to Sunday's game -- thus will be subject to the protocol for head injuries before he'll be able to return to action.

Allen (hamstring) will be limited if he does suit up Sunday against Seattle, according to Jay Glazer of FOX Sports.

Allen remains a true game-time decision for the Week 7 matchup, but with the bye week approaching, the Chargers seemingly don't have him in line for a full workload even if he does suit up. Should Allen end up getting declared active roughly 90 minutes prior to the 4:25 EST kickoff, he'll likely be a high-risk fantasy start.

Bourne (toe) isn't expected to play Monday night against the Bears, Michael Giardi of NFL Network reports.

With Nelson Agholor (hamstring) also iffy for the contest, rookie Tyquan Thornton is a candidate to log added Week 7 WR snaps if Bourne and/or Agholor are out or limited versus Chicago.

Schwartz (coach's decision) is inactive Week 7 against Baltimore.

Schwartz will be a healthy scratch after suiting up each of the past three weeks, though considering he hasn't recorded a catch since Week 1, his absence shouldn't cause any issues for the offense. Rookie Michael Woods was active for the first time last week and even caught one of his two targets, so it's possible he has surpassed Schwartz on the depth chart.

Wallace is inactive for Sunday's game against the Browns.

With Rashod Bateman (foot) back in action Sunday, Wallace is the odd man out in the Ravens' Week 7 wideout corps. Also in the mix at the position versus Cleveland are Devin Duvernay, Demarcus Robinson and James Proche.

Morgan (hamstring) is officially inactive for Sunday's contest against Atlanta, Jay Morrison of The Athletic reports.

Morgan came into the weekend listed as doubtful after missing practice both Thursday and Friday, and he's now officially been ruled out. The wideout will attempt to get healthy in time for a Week 8 Monday night matchup in Cleveland.

Jones (hamstring) is officially active for Sunday's game against the Giants.

Jones sat out last week with the hamstring injury but will return to action Sunday after being listed as questionable. The 32-year-old hasn't been consistently featured in Jacksonville's aerial attack this season, though he caught seven of 11 targets for 104 yards during his last game Week 5 versus the Texans.

Philips (hamstring) is out for Sunday's matchup against the Colts, Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site reports.

Philips picked up the hamstring injury during the Titans' week of practice and could log only a limited session Friday. He'll be held out of his second game this season, as he also missed Week 3 due to a shoulder issue. Cody Hollister could see an increased role, though the Titans' pass volume will likely be too low for Hollister to see many targets.

Shenault (hamstring) is listed as active Sunday against the Buccaneers, Darin Gantt of the Panthers' official site reports.

Since landing in Carolina from Jacksonville in late August, Shenault didn't play with his new team until Week 3 and missed the last two games due to a strained right hamstring, but after following an LP/LP/FP practice regimen during Week 7 prep, he's again available to the offense. While DJ Moore will be the top wide receiver for current starting quarterback PJ Walker, Shenault will be in the mix for targets with the likes of Shi Smith, Terrace Marshall and Rashard Higgins.
