  • Seahawks' Marquise Goodwin: Sidelined against Saints

Goodwin (knee/back) is inactive Week 5 against the Saints.

Goodwin has quietly seen 42 percent of snaps or greater in each of the first four games for the Seahawks, but the No. 3 receiver role has translated to just four catches for 53 yards on the year. He'll now miss his first game as a Seahawk due to multiple injuries that popped up in practice this week. Second-year wideout Dee Eskridge would seemingly be the most likely candidate to see extra playing time in Goodwin's stead.

  • Jakobi Meyers WR | JAC

Patriots' Jakobi Meyers: Suits up Sunday

Meyers (knee) is listed as active for Sunday's game against the Lions.

Meyers is back in the mix after missing two straight games, though he'll be catching passes from rookie Bailey Zappe in Week 5, with Mac Jones (ankle) inactive. While coming back from an injury and the Patriots potentially leaning on the run Sunday, Meyers looks like a hit-or-miss fantasy option in his return to action.

  • Josh Reynolds WR | NYJ

Lions' Josh Reynolds: Active in Week 5

Reynolds (ankle) is active for Sunday's game at New England.

For a second consecutive contest, Reynolds will play through an ankle issue after managing a pair of limited practices. He'll welcome back Amon-Ra St. Brown (ankle) for the first time since Week 3, while running back D'Andre Swift (shoulder/ankle) and DJ Chark (ankle) again are sitting out. Reynolds thus is set to serve as the Lions' No. 2 WR, and if St. Brown is at all inhibited, the former may be in line for a significant workload following a combined 13-177-1 line on 18 targets the last two outings.

  • Russell Gage WR | SF

Buccaneers' Russell Gage: Playing Sunday, per usual

Gage (back) is listed as active Sunday against the Falcons, Scott Smith of the Buccaneers' official site reports.

Gage has played through a lingering hamstring issue all season, but a back concern was the reason the Buccaneers added him to the injury report Saturday, leaving his status in question for Week 5. He'll nonetheless be available to the offense Sunday, and he'll join Mike Evans and Chris Godwin in a receiving corps that'll be without Julio Jones (knee) for the third time on the campaign. Through four contests, Gage has averaged 5.3 catches for 38 yards per game while scoring one touchdown.

  • Jaylen Waddle WR | DEN

Dolphins' Jaylen Waddle: In uniform Sunday

Waddle (groin) is listed as active for Sunday's game against the Jets.

The same goes for Tyreek Hill (quadriceps), which sets the stage for Miami's top two wideouts to catch passes in Week 5 from Teddy Bridgewater, with Tua Tagovailoa (concussion/back/ankle) inactive. Barring any in-game setbacks, the duo should see enough volume Sunday to maintain fantasy utility. Through four games to date, Waddle -- who was limited at practice Thursday and Friday -- has recorded 35 targets en route to catching 21 passes for 381 yards and three TDs.

  • Tyreek Hill WR | MIA

Dolphins' Tyreek Hill: Suits up Sunday

Hill (quad) is listed as active for Sunday's game against the Jets.

As is Jaylen Waddle (groin), which sets the stage for Miami's top two wideouts to catch passes Sunday from Teddy Bridgewater, with Tua Tagovailoa (concussion/back/ankle) sidelined. Barring any in-game setbacks, Hill -- who was limited at practice Thursday and Friday -- should continue to see enough Week 5 volume to maintain fantasy utility. Though his first four games with Miami, Hill has logged a 31/477/2 stat line on 43 targets.

  • Bills' Isaiah McKenzie: Won't play Week 5

McKenzie (concussion) is inactive Week 5 against the Steelers.

While McKenzie did shed his red non-contact jersey Friday in what was his second consecutive limited practice session, it appears the receiver has yet to be cleared by the league's official concussion protocol. That leaves Stefon Diggs and Gabe Davis to work as the primary receivers in Buffalo, with rookie Khalil Shakir potentially in line to serve as the No. 3.

  • Lions' Amon-Ra St. Brown: Back in action Sunday

St. Brown (ankle) is listed as active Sunday at New England.

After failing to practice and not playing Week 4 against the Seahawks, St. Brown didn't get back on the field until Friday, when he had a cap on his reps. He made an early departure from that session to focus on rehab before the Lions tabbed him as questionable for Week 5. The decision to make St. Brown available (or not) came down to a game-time call, and the team has opted for the former with its top wide receiver. While St. Brown may not be 100 percent, he averaged 11 targets per game and scored three TDs in his three appearances this season, so he should see regular looks from quarterback Jared Goff in an offense that's down running back D'Andre Swift (shoulder/ankle) and wide receiver DJ Chark (ankle).

  • Odell Beckham: Looking to return in mid-November

Beckham (knee) is aiming to be ready to play in mid-November and hopes to sign with a team shortly before he receives full medical clearance, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.

According to Rapoport, Beckham has been cleared for all non-contact work since undergoing surgery Feb. 22 to repair the "clean" ACL tear in his left knee, which is said to be in better condition following the procedure than it was prior to his brief tenure with the Rams last season following his acquisition from the Browns. Since Beckham is about a month away from his target date for being fully cleared for game action, Rapoport suggests that a signing isn't imminent for the wideout. Once the Nov. 1 trade deadline has passed and his mid-November projected return date draws nearer, however, Beckham is expected to land with a playoff contender. The Rams, Buccaneers, Packers, Chiefs and Bills have all been discussed as potential suitors.

  • Lions' Amon-Ra St. Brown: Trending toward playing Sunday

St. Brown (ankle), who is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Patriots, is expected to play, Tom Pelissero of NFL Network reports.

Just a few hours before Pelissero's report came out, Adam Schefter of ESPN relayed that St. Brown was viewed as more of a true game-time decision, so fantasy managers planning on deploying the wideout will still want to check back in on his status 90 minutes prior to Sunday's 1 p.m. ET kickoff, when Detroit releases its inactive list. After sitting out the Week 4 shootout loss to the Seahawks on account of the right ankle sprain, St. Brown managed only one limited practice this week. Though St. Brown likely wouldn't be on much of a restricted snap count if he's active Sunday, he could struggle to match the excellent production he turned in over the first three weeks of the season in his first game coming off the ankle injury.
