Covey reverted to the Eagles' practice squad Tuesday, per the NFL's official transaction log.

Covey has been called up to the active roster for both of the team's first two games. The rookie has operated as the team's punt returner, totaling 14 yards on three returns in the Eagles' 24-7 win over the Vikings on Monday. Covey can be elevated one more time before he'll need to be signed to the active roster.

The NFL will alert Evans, who's appealing a one-game suspension, of its decision Wednesday, Jordan Schultz of TheScore.com reports.

Evans was suspended one game for his involvement in Sunday's altercation with Marshon Lattimore, but he appealed his one-game suspension Tuesday. Unfortunately for fantasy managers, the decision won't come until Wednesday, meaning you may have to submit free-agent claims without knowing Evans' status for Week 3. Tampa Bay might also be without Chris Godwin (hamstring) and Julio Jones (knee), so Russell Gage, Breshad Perriman and Scotty Miller could all be in store for increased roles against the Packers on Sunday. The Buccaneers also signed Cole Beasley to their practice squad Tuesday and could promote him to the active roster if Evans, Godwin and/or Jones are sidelined.

Philips recorded one reception on one target for five yards in Monday's 41-7 loss to the Bills.

Philips was among the Titans' most targeted pass catchers in Week 1, but he was an afterthought in Monday's blowout loss. He also muffed a punt midway through the third quarter, which led directly to a Bills touchdown. Philips was removed from his role as punt returner thereafter, but it remains to be seen if there will be playing time repercussions for his mistake moving forward.

Pascal pulled in both of his targets Monday against the Vikings, finishes with 14 yards on two receptions.

Pascal doesn't appear to be a big part of the Eagles' plans at the moment. He's been fourth on the wideout depth chart in terms of snap count in both of the first two weeks, though he did at least jump up from 17 snaps Week 1 to 31 in Week 2. He's received just three targets on the year, but that does put him ahead of No. 3 receiver Quez Watkins, who's been targeted just twice.

Watkins caught two passes for 69 yards and a touchdown in Monday's win over the Vikings.

A play fake helped Watkins find himself with plenty of space behind the Minnesota secondary on the first play of the second quarter, and Jalen Hurts hit him in stride for a 53-yard touchdown. Despite the highlight play, Watkins didn't do a ton to increase his fantasy stock, as he was only targeted twice on the day after receiving zero targets in Week 1. Additionally, just one of the Eagles' eight touchdowns this season has come through the air, so it may be awhile before Watkins' next score.

Dallas waived Houston on Tuesday, Michael Gehlken of The Dallas Morning News reports.

The undrafted rookie out of Western Illinois earned a spot on the Cowboys' 53-man roster with an impressive offseason, but with Michael Gallup (knee) nearing a return, Houston was let go. Unless he's claimed by another team during the current waiver period, he'll become an unrestricted free agent, though he could find a spot on a practice squad.

The Cardinals waived Baccellia on Tuesday, Darren Urban of the team's official site reports.

Baccellia was signed to the Cardinals' active roster ahead of the season opener and made appearances in both of the first two games of the campaign. After not seeing a target across eight snaps during his NFL regular-season debut Week 1, he caught both of his targets for 12 yards across 16 snaps Week 2. If he clears waivers, it's possible Arizona elects to sign Baccellia to its practice squad.

Osborn had two receptions for 25 yards on two targets in Monday's loss at Philadelphia.

It's not a good sign for Osborn's role in the offense that he was targeted just twice in a game where the Vikings were forced to air it out after falling behind early (Kirk Cousins had 46 passing attempts). Adam Thielen and Justin Jefferson had 19 combined targets and Irv Smith had eight targets, so while Osborn was on the field for 47 of the offense's 61 snaps and ran 42 routes, he wasn't really in the game plan. Despite a new head coach in Minnesota, the No. 3 receiver continues to be an afterthought in the offense.

Evans will have his appeal of a one-game suspension heard Tuesday by jointly appointed NFL and NFLPA appeals officer James Thrash, Mike Garafolo of NFL Network reports.

An official decision on Evans' appeal should be announced later Tuesday or Wednesday, giving fantasy managers clarity on the wideout's status heading into Sunday's matchup with the Packers. Evans, who had been nursing a calf injury in advance of the Buccaneers' Week 2 win over the Saints, was ejected early in the fourth quarter of the contest when he came off the sideline to push New Orleans cornerback Marshon Lattimore. In addition to Evans' potential absence Week 3, the Buccaneers could also be without Chris Godwin (hamstring) and Julio Jones (knee), both of whom sat out against the Saints. If none of the Bucs' top three wideouts are available against Green Bay, Russell Gage, Breshad Perriman and Scotty Miller could all be in store for added snaps and targets. Tampa Bay also signed veteran slot man Cole Beasley to its practice squad Tuesday and could promote him to the active roster if another body is needed at receiver Sunday.

Reagor had one reception for seven yards on two targets and one rushing attempt for 17 yards in Monday's loss at Philadelphia. He also returned two punts for an average of 2.5 yards.

Reagor played 10 snaps on offense after playing just special teams in the season opener. He's the Vikings' fourth wide receiver, so he's not likely to get much more of a workload without another wideout getting hurt. However, his usage shows the coaching staff may have more of a role in the offense in mind than first thought after his trade from the Eagles late in the preseason.
