  • James Proche WR | TEN

    Ravens' James Proche: Practices Tuesday

Proche (undisclosed) returned to practice Tuesday, Jonas Shaffer of the Baltimore Sun reports.

Proche has been dealing with a soft tissue injury, but he returned to practice after missing a couple weeks. With nearly two full weeks left before Baltimore's Sept. 11 season opener against the Jets, he has plenty of time to get back up to speed.

  • Daurice Fountain: Waived by Chiefs

Fountain was waived by the Chiefs on Tuesday, Herbie Teope of The Kansas City Star reports.

Fountain was a surprising cut Tuesday, failing to make the final roster after catching six passes for 87 yards in three games this preseason. The wide receiver is a likely candidate to return the Chiefs' practice squad if he clears waivers.

  • Kendall Hinton WR | DEN

Kendall Hinton: Let go by Denver

The Broncos waived Hinton on Tuesday, Zac Stevens of TheDNVR.com reports.

Hinton appeared in 16 games for the Broncos last season, catching 15 of 23 targets for 175 yards and a score. However, he finds himself among a wave of cuts ahead of Tuesday's 53-man roster deadline. Per Troy Renck of Denver 7 News, Hinton is a likely candidate to land on Denver's practice squad if he clears waivers.

  • Jacob Harris WR | TB

    Jacob Harris: Waived by LAR

The Rams waived Harris on Tuesday, Aaron Wilson of ProFootballNetwork.com reports.

Harris didn't play in the team's preseason opener due to a groin injury but caught five of eight targets for 27 yards during the final two exhibition games. However, the 6-foot-5 wideout finds himself among a wave of cuts ahead of Tuesday's 53-man roster deadline.

  • KeeSean Johnson: Fails to make Falcons

Johnson was cut by the Falcons on Tuesday, Mike Rothstein of ESPN reports.

Johnson was brought in during training camp after being waived by the 49ers, but he failed to win a roster spot in an underwhelming Atlanta receiving corps. Atlanta may opt to put him on the practice squad if Johnson passes through waivers unclaimed.

  • Alex Erickson WR | HOU

    Alex Erickson: Released by Commanders

Erickson was released by the Commanders on Tuesday, JP Finlay of NBC Sports Washington reports.

Erickson is the odd-man out at wide receiver after the Commanders cut down their roster Tuesday. The 29-year-old has a great amount of experience at both wide receiver and return specialist, making him a likely candidate to get picked up by another squad this season.

  • River Cracraft WR | WAS

    River Cracraft: Released by Miami

The Dolphins released Cracraft on Tuesday.

Cracraft signed with Miami in February, but he finds himself among a wave of cuts ahead of Tuesday's 53-man roster deadline. The Washington State product has appeared in 24 NFL contests across four seasons, catching seven of 11 targets for 85 yards. He'll have to look for a new NFL opportunity elsewhere.

  • Cody White WR | LV

    Cody White: Waived by Steelers

White was waived by the Steelers on Tuesday, Teresa Varley of the Steelers' official site reports.

White failed to make the final roster after spending 15 games with the Steelers in 2021. The wide receiver caught five passes for 33 yards last season and will likely return to the Steelers' practice squad if he goes unclaimed on waivers.

  • Willie Snead WR | MIA

    Willie Snead: Released by Niners

The 49ers released Snead on Tuesday, Tom Pelissero of NFL Network reports.

Snead signed with the 49ers at the beginning of August, but he won't make the team's initial 53-man roster. The veteran wideout appeared in nine games last year -- split between Carolina and Las Vegas -- and totaled four receptions for 38 yards across nine appearances. Snead has caught at least 30 passes in five of his seven NFL seasons and should garner interest from teams around the league in search of wideout depth.

  • Kaylon Geiger: Let go by Tampa Bay

The Buccaneers waived Geiger on Tuesday, Greg Auman of The Athletic reports.

Geiger signed with the Buccaneers as an undrafted free agent out of Texas Tech, where he caught 44 passes for 533 yards and a score during his final collegiate campaign. The 5-foot-10 wideout caught all four of his targets for 52 yards during the preseason opener but operated primarily on special teams during the final two exhibition contests. Per Auman, Geiger is a likely candidate to join Tampa Bay's practice squad if he clears waivers.
