Stanley Morgan WR | TEN
Stanley Morgan: Set to become free agent
Morgan won't be tendered by the Bengals, so he'll become a free agent when the new league year starts March 16, Doug Kyed of Pro Football Focus reports.
Morgan appeared in all 17 of the Bengals' regular season games, but he wasn't a factor during their playoff run due to a hamstring issue. Regardless, he operated mostly on special teams and caught just two of four targets for 11 yards during the 2021 campaign. It's unclear what type of market the 25-year-old wideout will garner in free agency.
-
Greg Ward WR | IND
Eagles' Greg Ward: Returning to Philadelphia
Ward agreed to a one-year deal with the Eagles on Tuesday, Zach Berman of The Athletic reports.
Ward finished the 2021 campaign with seven catches on 11 targets for 95 yards and three touchdowns across 17 games. The wideout aggravated a back injury during the Eagles' wild-card loss to the Buccaneers, but he's expected to be good to go for the 2022 campaign.

Kalif Raymond WR | CHI
Lions' Kalif Raymond: Sticking with Detroit
Raymond is re-signing with the Lions, Mike Garafolo of NFL Network reports.
Raymond is a 27-year-old journeyman who made 14 starts for Detroit last season and finished with career highs across the board (48-576-4 on 71 targets). He'll be back with the Lions, but there's significant danger of slipping down the depth chart, especially after the team reached an agreement earlier Tuesday with former Jags wideout D.J. Chark. Prior to that, the Lions signed Josh Reynolds to a two-year extension, giving them another experienced option behind Chark and second-year receiver Amon-Ra St. Brown.
-
Russell Gage WR | SF
Buccaneers' Russell Gage: Moving south to Tampa
The Buccaneers and Gage agreed to terms of a contract Tuesday on a three-year, $30 million contract, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.
Gage is coming off back-to-back productive seasons in Atlanta in which he totaled at least 66 catches and 770 yards and exactly four touchdowns per year. He'll kick off the upcoming campaign as the No. 2 wide receiver in Tampa Bay behind Mike Evans due to Chris Godwin's ongoing recovery from a Week 15 ACL tear. Considering Godwin may not be healthy for a good portion of the season, Gage should be on the receiving end of numerous passes per game from Tom Brady.
-
Olamide Zaccheaus WR | ATL
Falcons' Olamide Zaccheaus: Tendered by Atlanta
The Falcons tendered Zaccheaus at the right of first refusal level Tuesday, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.
The transaction sets Zaccheaus up for a $2.433 million salary in the 2022 season, unless any teams attempt to enter a bidding contest for his services. With Calvin Ridley (suspension) out for all of next season and Russell Gage on the move, Atlanta could scarce afford to part ways with a wideout already familiar with the offensive scheme. Zaccheaus, who has spent his entire NFL tenure with the Flacons since going undrafted out of Virginia back in 2019, logged a career-best 31-406-3 statline in 2021.

Allen Lazard WR | NYJ
Packers' Allen Lazard: Gets second-round tender
Lazard, a restricted free agent, is getting a second-round tender from the Packers, Mike Garafolo of NFL Network reports.
Lazard made some noise late last season and ultimately finished with career highs for catches (40), receiving yards (513) and touchdowns (eight), but there's no way any team will give up a second-round pick for the right to sign him. He thus figures to stay in Green Bay, while Marquez Valdes-Scantling faces an uncertain future as an unrestricted free agent. That doesn't mean Lazard will be handed the No. 2 receiver job, but it's well within the range of possible outcomes for his Week 1 role. Packers QB Aaron Rodgers is officially signed, while top wideout Davante Adams has four months to work out a multi-year contract before the July 15 deadline for franchise-tagged players.
-
DJ Chark WR | ATL
Lions' DJ Chark: Signing with Detroit for one season
Chark (ankle) is signing a one-year, $10 million contract with the Lions, Justin Rogers of The Detroit News reports.
Coming back from a season-ending ankle fracture suffered in Week 4 of 2021, the 25-year-old wideout reportedly will receive $10 million guaranteed with another $2 million available via incentives. Chark should be ready for training camp, or perhaps even the offseason program, at which point he'll profile as the top downfield threat for Lions QB Jared Goff. The team also has Amon-Ra St. Brown coming off a big rookie year where he did most of his damage in the slot, while perimeter receiver Josh Reynolds recently signed a two-year extension. Chark, a 2018 second-round pick, caught 147 passes for 2,042 yards and 15 TDs over his four years in Jacksonville, with about half that production coming in his second season (73-1,008-8 receiving line in 2019). He'll turn 26 in September and shouldn't have too much trouble earning snaps and targets in Detroit.
-
Zay Jones WR | HOU
Jaguars' Zay Jones: Moving on to Jacksonville
The Jaguars and Jones agreed to a three-year contract Monday, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.
This marks the second wide receiver to ink a deal with Jacksonville to open free agency after Christian Kirk landed a massive four-year deal earlier Monday. A second-round pick of the Bills back in 2017, Jones joins the third organization of his career, coming off a 47-546-1 line on 70 targets with the Raiders last season. He'll likely vie with Laviska Shenault for the No. 3 WR spot behind Kirk and Marvin Jones.
-
Matthew Slater WR | NE
Patriots' Matthew Slater: Remains with Patriots
Slater signed one-year, $2.62 million deal with the Patriots on Monday, Jim McBride of The Boston Globe reports.
Slater will return to New England for a 15th year as a pro in 2022. The 36-year-old earned second-team All-Pro honors for special teams last season, which is the fifth time in his career he's been named an All-Pro.
-
Cedrick Wilson Jr. WR | DET
Dolphins' Cedrick Wilson: Catches on with Miami
Wilson agreed Monday with the Dolphins on a three-year, $22.8 million contract, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.
Wilson becomes the second Dallas receiver to head elsewhere in the past three days, as the Cowboys previously dealt Amari Cooper to the Browns on Saturday. According to Rapoport, Wilson will get $12.75 million guaranteed in the deal, with the big salary increase he'll be receiving not leaving Dallas with the flexibility to retain both him and Michael Gallup, who re-signed with the team on a five-year, $62.5 million deal. Wilson, who turned in a 45-602-6 receiving line on 61 targets while starting in four of his 16 appearances in 2021, is expected to slot in as the No. 3 receiver on Miami's depth chart behind Jaylen Waddle and DeVante Parker. The Dolphins also have Will Fuller (finger) on the roster, though he's a free agent and isn't expected to return to Miami.
