Downs recorded six receptions on nine targets for 57 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 27-20 loss to the Steelers. He also lost a fumble.

Downs saw a season-high nine targets, though that came on 50 passing attempts from Daniel Jones. Most of his production also came with the Colts down three scores in the final quarter, logging 35 yards and his touchdown in the final 13 minutes of game time. While that context is important, Downs has managed to find the end zone in three straight matchups.

Pierce recorded six receptions on 13 targets for 115 yards in Sunday's 27-20 loss to the Steelers.

Pierce was the beneficiary of Daniel Jones taking to the air 50 times, as he racked up a career-high 13 targets. Pierce began the game well, recording three catches for 64 yards on the Colts' first offensive possession. While he slowed from there until garbage time -- he racked up 43 yards in the final six minutes of the game -- Pierce still managed his first 100-yard performance since Week 17 of the 2024 campaign. Pierce also has a consistent role in the Colts' offense, recording at least 50 receiving yards in each of his last three games.

Johnston recorded four receptions on five targets for 53 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 27-20 win over the Titans.

Johnston bounced back from a zero-target performance in Week 8, thanks primarily to 23- and 19-yard receptions -- the latter of which went for a touchdown. Most importantly, he seemed to regain his role in the Chargers' offense, matching Keenan Allen and Oronde Gadsden in targets. Overall, Johnston logged his highest yardage total since Week 4 and is likely to remain a volatile fantasy performer, though he has a touchdown in five of eight games this season

Rice brought in four of seven targets for 80 yards while taking two carries for six yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 28-21 loss to Buffalo.

Rice extended his scoring streak to three games since returning from suspension in Week 7. The 25-year-old used his legs to hit pay dirt this time around after hauling in three touchdown receptions over his previous two contests. While the Chiefs were unable to claim victory over an AFC rival Sunday, Rice continued establishing himself as QB Patrick Mahomes' favorite weapon by finishing two targets ahead of Travis Kelce (4-66-0). Fantasy managers will be forced to fill Rice's WR1 production with Kansas City on a bye in Week 10. The red-hot wideout will resume play against the Broncos on Nov. 16.

Cooks tallied two receptions (on three targets) for 16 yards during Sunday's 34-10 loss against the Rams.

Cooks once again operated as the Saints' WR3, finishing tied with RB1 Alvin Kamara for fourth on the team in targets behind Rashid Shaheed (nine), Chris Olave (four) and tight end Juwan Johnson (four). Through nine games, the 32-year-old wideout has now averaged 2.1 catches for 18.3 receiving yards per game. Cooks has also yet to eclipse 26 yards in a game this season. New Orleans will next play at Carolina in Week 10 on Sunday.

McCloud caught his only target for five yards Sunday in a Week 9 loss to the 49ers.

McCloud was elevated from the practice squad ahead of the contest and immediately worked as New York's No. 3 wideout. While the veteran out of Clemson logged a healthy offensive snap count, he saw just one target, which he caught for a five-yard gain. Meanwhile, Wan'Dale Robinson and Darius Slayton continued to work as Jaxson Dart's top two WR options, and the rookie QB otherwise threw just twice to other wideouts (once to McCloud and once to Gunner Olszewski). The Giants don't have much in the way of other WR options behind Robinson and Slayton, so it wouldn't be surprising if McCloud is elevated again in Week 10 to face the Bears.

Sherfield suffered a knee injury in Sunday's 18-15 win over the Texans, Zac Stevens of TheDNVR.com reports.

Sherfield exited the contest in the second half due to the injury, and he was originally deemed to be questionable to return. The exact nature of the wide receiver's injury is currently unclear, and he'll likely undergo additional testing in the near future.

Olszewski caught his only target for a 24-yard touchdown Sunday in a loss to San Francisco. He also returned three kicks for 80 yards.

Olszewski has worked almost exclusively as a special-teamer for the past three campaigns, but he got a little work on offense Sunday after Beaux Collins went down with a neck injury in the third quarter. Olszewski made the most of his opportunity, hauling in a 24-yard reception from Jaxson Dart with less than 90 seconds remaining in the game. The 49ers had essentially wrapped up the win by that point, but it was still a positive moment for Olszewski, who made his first regular-season reception since he caught one pass in 2023 and scored his first offensive touchdown since 2020. He doesn't figure to suddenly become a central part of New York's passing game, but given the very shaky state of the receiving corps behind Wan'Dale Robinson and Darius Slayton, Olszewski could get more looks on offense moving forward, especially if Collins needs to miss additional time.

Adams recorded five receptions on seven targets for 60 yards and two touchdowns in Sunday's 34-10 win over the Saints.

Adams made the most of his five receptions, turning in two catches of at least 20 yards while also finding the end zone twice. This marked his second consecutive game with multiple touchdowns and only the third time this season he's reached at least 60 receiving yards. While Adams has been reliant on finding the end zone to maintain his fantasy value, the Rams remain one of the more efficient passing offenses in the league with heavily concentrated targets. He could also be in for additional volume in Week 10 against the 49ers if Puka Nacua (chest) is forced to miss additional time.

McCaffrey (shoulder) won't return to Sunday's game against the Seahawks.

McCaffrey was injured while returning the opening kickoff. He was initially deemed questionable to return but got ruled out shortly thereafter. Deebo Samuel, Chris Moore, Jaylin Lane and Treylon Burks are the four other wide receivers dressed for Washington. Lane or Samuel will likely take over as the kickoff returner.
