  • Cole Beasley WR | NYG

Bills' Cole Beasley: Back at practice

Beasley (ribs) was listed as a limited practice participant Thursday, Chris Brown of the Bills' official site reports.

Beasley didn't practice Wednesday, but his return to a limited session Thursday suggests that his absence was more of a veteran rest scenario than an indication that he's suffered any setbacks with a rib issue that he played through last weekend versus the Jaguars. That said, he'll presumably need to practice fully Friday in order to head into Sunday's contest against the Jets minus a Week 10 injury designation.

  • Hunter Renfrow WR | CAR

Raiders' Hunter Renfrow: Logs full practice Thursday

Renfrow (ankle) practiced fully Thursday, Rachel Gossen of the Raiders' official site reports.

Renfrow was limited Wednesday, but his return to a full practice Thursday sets the stage for the Raiders' slot man to suit up Sunday against the 5-4 Chiefs. Through eight games, Renfrow has maintained PPR utility by averaging 5.6 catches (on 7.5 targets) for 56 yards per game to go along with three TDs. This weekend, he'll square off against a Kansas City defense that has allowed an average of 259.7 yards per game via the air to date.

  • A.J. Brown WR | NE

Titans' A.J. Brown: Returns to full practice

Brown (knee) practiced fully Thursday, Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site reports.

After being limited Wednesday, Brown returned to a full session Thursday, which sets the stage for him to be available for Sunday's game against the Saints. The wideout has been targeted 11 times in both of his last two outings, and barring any injury setbacks he's in line to remain a high-volume option in a Tennessee offense no longer paced by star running back Derrick Henry, who is currently on IR with a foot injury.

  • Keenan Allen WR | IND

Chargers' Keenan Allen: Returns to field Thursday

Allen (knee) returned to practice Thursday, Daniel Popper of The Athletic reports.

It remains to be seen how the Chargers list Allen's official participation level, but his return to the field Thursday, in any capacity, is a good sign after the wideout sat out Wednesday's practice.

  • Amari Cooper WR | LV

Cowboys' Amari Cooper: Another limited practice showing

Cooper (hamstring) was a limited participant in Thursday's practice, Jon Machota of The Athletic reports.

Cooper maintained limited activity for the second day in a row, and with the Cowboys having yet to suggest he's dealing with any sort of setback, the wideout is expected to be ready to go by the time Sunday's game against the Falcons arrives. Cooper and fellow starter CeeDee Lamb are expected to face more competition for targets Week 10, as Michael Gallup (calf) looks on pace to return from injured reserve to make his first appearance since the season opener.

  • Deebo Samuel WR | SF

49ers' Deebo Samuel: To be limited Thursday

Samuel (calf) will be limited at Thursday's practice, Cam Inman of The San Jose Mercury News reports.

Samuel put up a modest five catches (on nine targets) for 63 yards this past Sunday versus the Cardinals, at least for his standards this season. His calf issue may have been a hindrance, but more likely it was the presence of George Kittle, who was playing for the first time since Week 4 and had a 6-101-1 line on eight targets. Fellow wide receiver Brandon Aiyuk also busted out for 6-89-1 on eight targets, so Samuel suddenly has some competition for looks from QB Jimmy Garoppolo in the passing game. Samuel will attempt to rid himself of an injury designation in advance of Monday's contest against the Rams.

  • Rams' Odell Beckham: Finalizes deal with Rams

Beckham (shoulder) agreed to a one-year contract with the Rams on Thursday, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.

Though there were conflicting reports less than an hour earlier regarding Beckham's next destination, Los Angeles ended speculation about the wideout's future by officially announcing his signing minutes after Rapoport's report. The three-time Pro Bowler joins an explosive pass-catching corps that already features the NFL's leading receiver in Cooper Kupp (74 receptions for 1,019 yards and 10 touchdowns in nine games) and solid complementary options in wideouts Robert Woods and Van Jefferson and tight end Tyler Higbee. Prior to being waived by the Browns earlier this week, Beckham had been recovering from a sprained AC joint in his right shoulder, but his signing with the Rams implies that he's passed a physical. Beckham likely will join the Rams for practice Friday and is hopeful to make his team debut Monday in San Francisco, per Jordan Schultz of ESPN, but head coach Sean McVay hasn't yet confirmed that he'll be available.

  • DeVonta Smith WR | PHI

Eagles' DeVonta Smith: Full practice Thursday

Smith (elbow) practiced in full Thursday.

After one session with a cap on his reps due to an elbow issue, Smith managed to log all individual and team work Thursday. With his health not in question, he's again poised to serve as the Eagles' No. 1 wide receiver Sunday against a Broncos defense that has allowed 162.8 total yards per game and nine touchdowns to the position in nine contests this season.

  • Odell Beckham: Down to two destinations

Beckham (shoulder) has whittled down his next team to the Rams or Packers, Kimberly Jones of NFL Network reports.

Since the Browns waived Beckham on Monday and he cleared waivers one day later, the rumor mill has been in motion, with up to eight teams -- including the Chiefs, Packers and Saints -- linked to the wide receiver. The Rams never were mentioned among them, but it appears a star-studded squad could be adding another All-Pro to the mix. His 2021 campaign has been characterized by a shoulder injury and lacking production -- he had a 17-232-0 line on 34 targets in six appearances for Cleveland -- but the upgrade from Baker Mayfield to Matthew Stafford or Aaron Rodgers could help revitalize Beckham.

  • Chase Claypool WR | BUF

Steelers' Chase Claypool: Doesn't practice Thursday

Claypool (toe) didn't participate in Thursday's practice session, Dale Lolley of DKPittsburghSports.com reports.

Although Claypool's recent MRI revealed that he avoided a season-ending toe injury, he's now missed two consecutive practice sessions to begin the week. If the 23-year-old is unable to suit up for Sunday's game against the Lions, James Washington and Ray-Ray McCloud would likely see additional work.
