Breshad Perriman WR | IND
Breshad Perriman: Joining Bucs' practice squad
Perriman cleared waivers Tuesday and will sign with the Buccaneers' practice squad, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.
The 28-year-old was waived by Chicago over the weekend after not seeing the field through eight games this season, and he will return to Tampa Bay, where he caught 36 passes for 645 yards and six touchdowns in 2019. Perriman will start out on the practice squad but is expected to make his way to the active roster relatively soon.

Josh Reynolds WR | NYJ
Josh Reynolds: Time in Nashville over
Reynolds was waived Tuesday, Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site reports.
Tennessee signed Reynolds to a one-year, $1.75 million deal this offseason in the hope he would become a reliable No. 3 option at wideout behind A.J. Brown and Julio Jones, but that plan never came to fruition. Before being a healthy scratch last week against his former Rams squad, the 26-year-old appeared in five games for the Titans and produced a 10-90-0 receiving line on 13 targets. With his playing-time outlook unlikely to improve, Reynolds requested his release earlier this week, per Mike Garafolo of NFL Network. He'll now be exposed to waivers, and with just $500,000 remaining on his contract for 2021, Reynolds could make sense as a potential claim for several wideout-needy teams.

Isaiah Zuber WR | LV
Isaiah Zuber: Joins Cleveland's practice squad
Zuber was signed to Cleveland's practice squad Tuesday.
Zuber spent time with the Patriots and 49ers this season, but he failed to solidify a spot on either team. With Odell Beckham's release, the Browns signed Ja'Marcus Bradley from their practice squad to their 53-man roster, which made room for Zuber on the practice squad.

Marquise Brown WR | PHI
Ravens' Marquise Brown: Appears ready for Thursday night
Brown (back) was listed as a full participant on Tuesday's estimated practice report.
Baltimore held a walk-through session Tuesday, but Brown's "full" listing implies that he wouldn't have had any limitations if the Ravens ran a traditional practice session. Brown's graduation from a limited listing Monday suggests that he's at no risk of missing a matchup with the Dolphins on Thursday, when he could be shadowed by star cornerback Xavien Howard for most of the evening. Brown cleared the century mark in receiving yardage for the third time in eight games in last week's overtime victory over the Vikings, producing a 9-116-0 line on 12 targets.

Odell Beckham Jr. WR | MIN
Odell Beckham: Becomes free agent
Beckham (shoulder) went unclaimed off waivers Tuesday and is now a free agent, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.
Cleveland officially waived Beckham on Monday, allowing any of the league's other 31 teams to take on the $7.25 million remaining on his contract for this season. That exorbitant price for an injury-prone receiver who has seen his productivity decline in recent years was apparently too steep, but Beckham should command plenty of interest around the league now that he's eligible to sign at a more team-friendly rate. Jordan Schultz of ESPN reported earlier Tuesday that the Packers were Beckham's preferred destination if he became a free agent, but it's unclear if Green Bay's interest is mutual.

Jacob Harris WR | TB
Rams' Jacob Harris: Placed on IR
Harris (knee) was placed on injured reserve Tuesday.
Coach Sean McVay said Monday that Harris will require season-ending surgery to repair a torn ACL and MCL. The 2021 fourth-round pick appeared in every game for the Rams this season, but he only played 15 offensive snaps and didn't record any catches, so his absence shouldn't affect Los Angeles' offensive rotations.

Josh Palmer WR | BUF
Chargers' Josh Palmer: Two catches in road win
Palmer caught both of his targets for 22 yards in Sunday's 27-24 win over the Eagles.
Palmer continues to have a small role in the Chargers' explosive offense, extending his streak of at least one catch to four games. The rookie wideout saw an uptick in playing time as he was on the field for 30 percent of the offensive snaps, a major increase from Week 8 where he was only on the field for 13 percent. Going forward, look for the 22-year-old to split the No. 3 wide receiver role with Jalen Guyton.
-
Jalen Guyton WR | LV
Chargers' Jalen Guyton: One catch in win
Guyton caught one of two of his targets for 19 yards in Sunday's win over the Eagles 27-24.
As the No. 3 wide receiver, Guyton has not been targeted much this season. It's a bit concerning that the speedy wide receiver saw his snap-share dip coincide with rookie Josh Palmer taking a small jump in playing time, but neither did much with the Chargers' trio of tight ends all putting together positive outings. It's possible Palmer's development as a prospect could result in a more even playing-time split over the coming weeks, but neither figures to see enough volume to be fantasy relevant.

Sterling Shepard WR | NYJ
Giants' Sterling Shepard: Not practicing
Shepard (quadriceps) wasn't present Tuesday for the Giants' informal practice session, Zack Rosenblatt of The Newark Star-Ledger reports.
The Giants are on bye Week 10, but the team is holding a light practice Tuesday for both rehabbing players and less-established members of the roster. Shepard's absence doesn't come as much of a surprise, given that he sat out two days earlier in the Giants' win over the Raiders after having not practiced in the week leading up to the contest. The Giants likely won't have a better sense of his availability for their next game Nov. 22 in Tampa Bay until next week.

Chase Claypool WR | BUF
Steelers' Chase Claypool: Getting toe examined
Steelers head coach Mike Tomlin said Claypool will undergo an MRI on Tuesday after suffering a toe injury in Monday's 29-27 win over the Bears, Teresa Varley of the Steelers' official site reports.
The second-year wideout wasn't on the field for the Steelers' final drive of the game but otherwise took on a full workload in the win, finishing the night with a 3-30-0 receiving line on five targets and carrying twice for 13 yards. The MRI should shed more light on the severity of Claypool's injury, but for now, his status for the Steelers' Week 10 game against the Lions is in question.
