  • Corey Davis WR | NYJ

Jets' Corey Davis: Week 9 status TBD

Davis (hip) noted Tuesday that he's feeling good at this stage but said "we'll see" when asked about his availability for Thursday night's game against the Colts, Rich Cimini of ESPN.com reports.

Davis indicated that he injured his hip taking a "bad step" during a one-on-one drill last week, which resulted in the wideout missing this past Sunday's win over the Bengals. Davis, who was listed as a non-participant on Monday's practice estimate, added that he's "taking it day-to-day" heading into Week 9, per Andy Vasquez of The Bergen Record.

  • Mack Hollins WR | NE

Dolphins' Mack Hollins: Silent in divisional loss

Hollins failed to secure his only target during Sunday's 26-11 loss to the Bills.

Hollins played just three offensive snaps with DeVante Parker back in the lineup, though he also handled 16 snaps on special teams. The 28-year-old stands to see a similarly limited amount of opportunities versus Houston in Week 9.

  • Dante Pettis WR | SF

Giants' Dante Pettis: Hurt on muffed punt

Pettis (shoulder) was forced out of Monday's 20-17 loss to the Chiefs, Dan Salomone of the Giants' official site reports.

Pettis was injured during the first half of Monday's loss while attempting to recover his own mishandled punt return. The severity of the 2018 second-round pick's injury remains undisclosed at this time. Heading into Week 8, Pettis had put together back-to-back games with five receptions.

  • Mecole Hardman WR | BUF

Chiefs' Mecole Hardman: Catches five passes

Hardman caught five of seven targets for 63 yards in Monday night's 20-17 win over the Giants.

Hardman trailed only Tyreek Hill in targets and receiving yards, with his long gain of 24 yards marking Kansas City's biggest offensive play of the night. The third-year wideout has now topped 60 yards in three of his last four outings, building some consistency in the passing game. He'll strive to keep his momentum going in a Week 9 showdown against the Packers.

  • Kadarius Toney WR | CLE

Giants' Kadarius Toney: Makes four catches

Toney caught four of five targets for 26 yards and completed a 19-yard pass in Monday night's 20-17 loss to the Chiefs.

Toney made his return from an ankle injury and began by finding fellow wideout Sterling Shepard on an end-around pass. Although he only made one reception himself in the first half, Toney got more involved with Shepard (quadriceps) being unavailable in the second. That is, until Toney was briefly examined for a reported hand issue, but the rookie was ultimately able to finish the contest. In doing so, he didn't manage any explosive plays, but given the Giants' offensive injuries, opportunity knocks for Toney should he remain available in Week 9 versus the Raiders.

  • Tyreek Hill WR | MIA

Chiefs' Tyreek Hill: Fuels narrow victory

Hill caught 12 of 18 targets for 94 yards and a touchdown in Monday night's 20-17 win over the Giants.

Hill was incorporated early and often, hauling in six passes during the first quarter, including a six-yard touchdown to cap Kansas City's second offensive drive. The speedster's long gain on the night was only 15 yards, but Hill still did ample damage through his bevy of looks underneath. In fact, he set new season highs in both receptions and targets, helping the Chiefs bounce back with a primetime victory. Next up for Hill is a matchup against a Packers defense without top cornerback Jaire Alexander (shoulder).

  • Jalen Guyton WR | LV

Chargers' Jalen Guyton: Hardly utilized in loss

Guyton caught one of his two targets for 18 yards in the 27-24 loss to the Patriots on Sunday.

Guyton now has one or fewer catches in four of the last five games after emerging as the No. 3 wide receiver to begin the season. Primarily a run blocker and speed decoy, Guyton will see plenty of playing time any given game, but it's hardly useful for fantasy purposes.

  • Giants' Sterling Shepard: Ruled out of Monday's game

Shepard won't return to Monday's game at Kansas City due to a quadriceps injury, per Lisa Salters of ESPN.

On the Giants' final drive of the first half, Shepard went down with a non-contract injury and stayed on the turf for a bit before making his way to the sideline, according to Pat Leonard of the New York Daily News. Shepard was favoring his left leg and attempted to stretch it out, but the team won't take any chances with the wide receiver after halftime. He's no stranger to lower-body injuries this season, having dealt with issues with both of his hamstrings and missing three games as a result. With just one contest before a Week 10 bye, New York could exercise additional caution with Shepard and hold him out Sunday against the Raiders to ensure he's good for the second half of the campaign. Ultimately, though, his activity level in practice this week will determine his availability.

  • Keith Kirkwood WR | BAL

Keith Kirkwood: Sent back to practice squad

Kirkwood reverted to the Panthers' practice squad Monday, per the NFL's official transaction log.

Kirkwood was called upon with Terrace Marshall (concussion) unable to play Sunday against the Falcons. Kirkwood played 47 percent of the Panthers' offensive snaps, filing in behind only DJ Moore and Robby Anderson at wide receiver. Despite the abundance of snaps, Kirkwood only had one target, which he was unable to corral. If Marshall can't go Week 9 against the Giants, Kirkwood will hope to be elevated to the active roster again.

  • Tutu Atwell WR | LAR

Rams' Tutu Atwell: Requires season-ending surgery

Atwell will undergo season-ending surgery on his shoulder and be placed on injured reserve, Jourdan Rodrigue of The Athletic reports.

The rookie second-round pick appeared set for a larger role with DeSean Jackson recently requesting a trade, but Atwell went down with a serious shoulder injury during Sunday's win over the Texans. Atwell should move to injured reserve within the next couple days and will finish his rookie campaign without a catch in eight games.
