Juwann Winfree WR | HOU
Juwann Winfree: Returns to practice squad
Winfree reverted to Green Bay's practice squad Monday, per the NFL's official transaction log.
Winfree earned himself two snaps on offense in Week 6 against the Bears. It marked the first time this year that he's found his way onto the field.

Penny Hart WR | ATL
Seahawks' Penny Hart: Catches lone target
Hart caught his lone target for 12 yards in Sunday's 23-20 overtime loss to the Steelers.
Hart handled just 11 of the 65 possible offensive snaps, landing fourth among Seahawks wide receivers. His role should be secure as long as Dee Eskridge (concussion) is on injured reserve. Through six games, he has recorded four catches (five targets) for 38 yards.

Van Jefferson WR | WAS
Rams' Van Jefferson: Quiet outing against Giants
Jefferson caught three of his four targets for 18 yards during Sunday's 38-11 win over New York.
There haven't been enough targets left over for Jefferson after Cooper Kupp, Robert Woods, Tyler Higbee and Darrell Henderson all receive their share, and It's unlikely Jefferson garners more looks in the immediate future, either. Additionally, deep-threat DeSean Jackson will continue in his role. It will probably take an injury to a fellow pass catcher for Jefferson to see an uptick in target volume, and he projects to remain an inconsistent fantasy asset in the meantime.

Tyrie Cleveland WR | IND
Tyrie Cleveland: Returns to practice squad
Cleveland reverted to the Broncos' practice squad Monday, per the NFL's official transaction log.
Cleveland was a gameday elevation for Sunday's loss to the Ravens, and he played 10 snaps on offense and 13 on special teams, recording one tackle. The 2020 seventh-round pick caught six passes for 63 yards as a rookie last year, but he is without a catch through two appearances in 2021.
-
Josh Reynolds WR | NYJ
Titans' Josh Reynolds: Healthy scratch for MNF
Reynold (coach's decision) is inactive for Monday's game against the Bills.
Reynolds caught his only target for eight yards during Week 5 and now is a healthy scratch versus Buffalo. Marcus Johnson and Nick Westbrook-Ikhine will operate as Tennessee's depth options at wide receiver.
-
A.J. Brown WR | NE
Titans' A.J. Brown: Suiting up Monday
Brown (illness) is listed as active Monday against the Bills.
Brown was added to the Titans' injury report Sunday as questionable for Week 6 with an illness. It won't be enough to keep him off the field, though, as he makes his fifth appearance in six games this season. Brown has only mustered a 10-130-1 receiving line on 25 targets this season, and he may have a tough time producing Monday versus a Buffalo defense that has surrendered a league-low 5.1 yards per target to wide receivers this season.

Michael Gallup WR | WAS
Cowboys' Michael Gallup: Could return to practice in Week 8
Coach Mike McCarthy relayed that he's "hopeful" Gallup (calf) will resume practicing in a limited fashion in advance of the Cowboys' Oct. 31 contest versus the Vikings, Michael Gehlken of The Dallas Morning News reports.
The Cowboys will be on bye Week 7, but it looks like Gallup could be designated to return from IR leading up to Week 8 action. With that in mind, the wideout is worth adding by fantasy managers with roster flexibility in leagues where he's been cut loose. Gallup has been sidelined since straining his left calf during Dallas' season opener against Tampa Bay.

Kadarius Toney WR | CLE
Giants' Kadarius Toney: More tests on tap
Giants head coach Joe Judge said Toney aggravated his existing ankle injury in Sunday's 38-11 loss to the Rams and will undergo further testing Monday, Jordan Raanan of ESPN.com reports.
Despite being limited in practice all of last week with the injury and taking a questionable designation into Sunday, Toney suited up against the Rams and was on his way to a productive day with three catches for 36 yards before being ruled out shortly after tweaking the ankle following his sixth snap of the contest. Toney's upcoming tests should shed more light on the extent of his injury, but even if he gets good news, it wouldn't be surprising if the Giants took a conservative approach with working him back into the mix. New York is set to host the Panthers in Week 7.

A.J. Brown WR | NE
Titans' A.J. Brown: Slated to play Monday
Brown (illness) is in line to be available for Monday night's game against the Bills, John Glennon of BroadwaySportsMedia.com reports.
Per Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site, the wideout was added to the team's Week 6 injury report Sunday and listed as questionable for Monday's contest due to an illness. Official confirmation of Brown's status will arrive upon the release of inactives prior to Tennessee's 8:15 p.m. ET kickoff, but it looks like the Titans will have both of of their top wideouts available versus Buffalo, with Julio Jones (hamstring) poised to return to action.

Deon Cain WR | BUF
Deon Cain: Signs with Philly
Cain was signed to the Eagles' practice squad Monday.
Cain had a workout with the Eagles in September and will now join the team's practice squad. The 2018 sixth-round pick has appeared in 15 games between the Colts and Steelers and has caught nine passes for 124 yards.
