David Moore WR | CAR
Broncos' David Moore: Heading to Denver
Moore was signed by the Broncos off the Raiders' practice squad Monday, Zac Stevens of TheDNVR.com reports.
After four seasons in Seattle, the 26-year-old found a new home in Carolina in the offseason, but the emergence of rookie Terrace Marshall caused the Panthers to include Moore among their final roster cuts. He quickly found employment with Las Vegas, and after waiting three weeks on the practice squad he's landed with a WR-needy team. Currently, Jerry Jeudy (ankle) is on injured reserve, and KJ Hamler is expected to join him after tearing his ACL on Sunday. Courtland Sutton and Tim Patrick will continue to gobble up most of the targets from Teddy Bridgewater, but Moore finds himself in a place to produce as a No. 3 wide receiver once he's up to speed on the playbook.

Scott Miller WR | CHI
Buccaneers' Scotty Miller: Set to miss time
The Buccaneers may place Miller on injured reserve due to a turf toe injury, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.
With Antonio Brown (illness) and Jaydon Mickens (abdomen) sidelined Sunday against the Rams, Miller was poised for an expanded workload, which came to pass. After combining for 20 snaps on offense in the first two games of the season, Miller bumped up to 32 (of 73) in Week 3, resulting in two catches (on three targets) for 11 yards. Now that Miller is set to miss multiple games, Tyler Johnson could receive more run in the short term depending on how soon Brown can get through COVID-19 protocols.

Trent Sherfield WR | BUF
49ers' Trent Sherfield: Spends majority of game on ST units
Sherfield saw 13 of his 15 snaps come on special teams Sunday. He did not receive a target in a 30-28 loss to the Packers.
Sherfield has seen his role reduced incrementally over the first three games of the season, which has coincided with starter Brandon Aiyuk's steady increase in playing time. The 25-year-old has performed well in his limited role (three receptions, 32 yards and a touchdown), so his reversion to fourth on the depth chart has more to do with the coaching staff restoring faith in Aiyuk as opposed to Sherfield doing anything to lose his minor role. For now, Sherfield won't carry any fantasy value into Week 4 against Seattle. However, he has shown he can produce over the course of the preseason/early regular season, so he could gain fantasy value if one of the starters goes down to injury at some point this season.

DeVante Parker WR | PHI
Dolphins' DeVante Parker: Quiet in overtime loss
Parker caught four of seven targets for 42 yards during Sunday's 31-28 overtime loss to the Raiders.
The 28-year-old finished a distant third in targets, as QB Jacoby Brissett targeted Jaylen Waddle and Mike Gesicki a combined 25 times, mostly in the short passing game. Parker had a strong debut with four catches for 81 yards, but he's struggled in the absence of Tua Tagovailoa (ribs) with 42 receiving yards in both of the past two contests. The season debut of Will Fuller (personal) also likely cut into Parker's workload in the passing game, and it will be difficult to trust either of those options while Brissett remains under center for Miami.

Devin Duvernay WR | ARI
Ravens' Devin Duvernay: First touchdown catch of 2021
Duvernay caught two of three targets for 22 yards and a touchdown Sunday against the Lions.
This marks two weeks in a row that Duvernay has found the end zone, though this time it was a touchdown reception where he got wide open on the Lions defense. Duvernay has five targets through three games, on which he has recorded three catches for 28 yards and a touchdown. He's playing the third-most receiver snaps behind Sammy Watkins and Marquise Brown. Rashod Bateman's looming return could further reduce Duvernay's role. Baltimore travels to Denver in Week 4.

Phillip Dorsett WR | LV
Phillip Dorsett: Let go by Jacksonville
The Jaguars released Dorsett from their practice squad Monday.
Dorsett played in his first NFL game Sunday since 2019 and failed to record a catch on just one target. He has been released from Jacksonville's practice squad in favor of kicker Matthew Wright, who will look to provide competition to a struggling Josh Lambo.

Miles Boykin WR | CHI
Ravens' Miles Boykin: Will practice this week
Coach John Harbaugh said Monday that Boykin (hamstring) will practice this week, Jamison Hensley of ESPN.com reports.
Boykin began the season on IR, so he's eligible to return this week if healthy. The 25-year-old appeared in 16 contests for the Ravens last year and caught 19 passes for 266 yards and four touchdowns. When active, he'll likely compete with James Proche and Devin Duvernay as the No. 3 wideout behind Sammy Watkins and Marquise Brown. Rookie first-round pick Rashod Bateman also is eligible to return off IR this week, but it's unclear how big of a role he'll have in his first season.
-
Rashod Bateman WR | BAL
Ravens' Rashod Bateman: Will practice this week
Coach John Harbaugh said Monday that Bateman (groin) will practice this week, Jamison Hensley of ESPN.com reports.
Bateman began the season on IR and would be eligible to return this week if he is healthy. The Ravens' receiving crops -- particularly Marquise Brown -- struggled mightily in Sunday's win over the Lions, so the rookie's activation could come at the perfect time for Baltimore. The first-round pick underwent surgery in the middle of August and was expected to miss around 6-to-8 weeks, which would put him back sometime between now and Week 6.

A.J. Brown WR | NE
Titans' A.J. Brown: Labeled week-to-week
Brown (hamstring) is considered week-to-week, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.
It sounds like Brown is a long shot to suit up against the Jets on Sunday after exiting early in Tennessee's Week 3 win over the Colts, though a clearer picture of his status should emerge once the Titans begin practicing. The team likely will take it easy with the third-year wideout this week considering Tennessee has more than enough other weapons to deal with a Jets team that has been outscored, 51-6, over its last two games.
-
Tyron Johnson WR | DAL
Jaguars' Tyron Johnson: Two snaps Week 3
Johnson wasn't targeted and played two offensive snaps during Sunday's 31-19 loss to the Cardinals.
Johnson barely saw the field Sunday, while fellow depth wideouts Phillip Dorsett and Jamal Agnew received one target combined on 13 total snaps. Neither of the three receivers will have much of a role in Jacksonville's offense while Marvin Jones, DJ Chark and Laviska Shenault remain healthy.
