  • Scott Miller WR | CHI

Buccaneers' Scotty Miller: Dealing with turf toe

Coach Bruce Arians said Monday that Miller is dealing with a pretty severe case of turf toe, Scott Smith of the Buccaneers' official site reports.

Miller caught two of his three targets for 11 yards during Sunday's 34-24 loss to the Rams. The 24-year-old was expected to play a bigger role in Week 3 with Antonio Brown on the COVID-19 list, and while he did see an uptick in snaps, Miller's production left fantasy owners wanting more. Brown is likely to return this week, so Miller may be relegated to his bench role even if he is able to shake his turf toe ahead of Week 4.

  • Randall Cobb WR | NYJ

Packers' Randall Cobb: Held without reception

Cobb was targeted once but did not catch a pass in Sunday's 30-28 victory over the 49ers.

Cobb racked up four receptions, 58 receiving yards and one yard on the ground over the Packers' first two games, but he could not add to that tally in Week 3. He did play a season-high 21 snaps Week 3, and he'll likely be the primary beneficiary should the hamstring injury fellow pass catcher Marquez Valdes-Scantling picked up Sunday limit him or keep him off the field in the Packers' Week 4 matchup with the Steelers.

  • Tee Higgins WR | CIN

Bengals' Tee Higgins: No practice on Monday's estimate

Higgins (shoulder) was listed as a non-participant on Monday's practice estimate, Ben Baby of ESPN.com reports.

Higgins will be reevaluated Tuesday after missing last week's win over the Steelers, but he'll be fighting an uphill battle as he tries to avoid a second consecutive absence on a short week. If the 2020 second-round pick is cleared to return, he'll face a Jacksonville secondary that will be without CJ Henderson, whom the Jaguars traded to Carolina on Monday.

  • Allen Lazard WR | NYJ

Packers' Allen Lazard: Limited to one long reception

Lazard was targeted once and caught one pass for 42 yards in Sunday's 30-28 victory over the 49ers.

Lazard's lone reception came early in the first quarter of Sunday's contest, but he did not see even one ball in his direction the rest of the way. He's tallied just three receptions and 58 yards through three weeks, so it's tough to trust him at the moment. However, he has played at least 64 percent of the offensive snaps in all three games, and he could get more involved Week 4 if fellow wideout Marquez Valdes-Scantling (hamstring) is limited or held out altogether.

  • Steelers' JuJu Smith-Schuster: Day-to-day after negative tests

Smith-Schuster (ribs) is considered day-to-day after X-rays on the injury that knocked him out against the Bengals in Week 3 came back negative, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.

Smith-Schuster's bruised ribs likely will impact his practice participation this week, but it sounds like he has a real chance to suit up Sunday in Green Bay without missing additional game action. With the Steelers at 1-2 and fellow wide receiver Diontae Johnson's (knee) Week 4 status uncertain, Smith-Schuster should tough it out on game day if his status comes down to pain management.

  • Falcons' Olamide Zaccheaus: Catches touchdown in win

Zaccheaus caught three of his six targets for 32 yards and one touchdown during Sunday's 17-14 win over the Giants.

Zaccheaus got the start in Week 3 with Russell Gage (ankle) ruled out for Sunday's contest. The 24-year-old wideout didn't disappoint as he hauled in his sixth career touchdown reception. The undrafted free agent had a solid season -- notching 72 catches for 786 yards and four touchdowns -- for the Falcons last year. His role was expected to grow during the 2021 campaign with Julio Jones departing to Tennessee, but until Week 3, that hadn't been the case. If Gage remains sidelined for Week 4, Zacchaeus could build off his solid performance against the Giants and solidify himself as a consistent option in Atlanta's passing attack.

  • Tee Higgins WR | CIN

Bengals' Tee Higgins: Slated for evaluation Tuesday

Higgins (shoulder) will be evaluated Tuesday to determine his status for Thursday's Week 4 matchup against the Jaguars, Adam H. Beasley of the Miami Herald reports.

Higgins was held out of Sunday's win over the Steelers due to a shoulder injury, and his status for Week 4 is in question with the Bengals facing a short week. The 22-year-old's status likely will come into focus based on his status in practice this week, but Ja'Marr Chase and Tyler Boyd will continue to lead Cincinnati's receiving corps if Higgins is forced to miss a second straight game.

  • Tim Jones WR | JAC

Tim Jones: Joins Jacksonville's practice squad

The Jaguars signed Jones to their practice squad Monday.

Jones, an undrafted free agent out of Southern Miss, spent the majority of training camp with the Jaguars' organization, but he was waived with an injury settlement before the initial 53-man roster deadline. It appears that the rookie is healthy and ready to make a case for a promotion to the active roster.

  • Nelson Agholor WR | BAL

Patriots' Nelson Agholor: Logs two catches in Week 3

Agholor caught two of his eight targets for 17 yards in Sunday's 28-13 loss to the Saints.

Agholor, who was on the field for 58 of a possible 72 snaps on offense in the contest, continues to see steady playing time, but he's posted back-to-back modest fantasy efforts after recording a 5-72-1 stat line in the Patriots' season opener. Through three games, Jakobi Meyers, who has recorded 19 catches for 176 yards, has paced the team's WR corps, with both Agholor and Kendrick Bourne (six catches on eight targets for 96 yards Sunday) currently profiling as hit-or-miss fantasy options.

  • Lions' KhaDarel Hodge: Catches one pass

Hodge caught one pass for nine yards during Sunday's 19-17 loss to the Ravens.

Hodge only saw five offensive snaps compared to 18 on special teams, where he operated as a gunner now that Bobby Price is taking on an expanded role defensively. Most of Hodge's value will continue to come on special teams and it's unlikely that will change unless more receivers join Tyrell Williams (concussion) on the injury report.
