Christian Watson WR | GB
Packers' Christian Watson: Activated from PUP list
The Packers activated Watson (knee) from the reserve/PUP list Saturday, but he remains questionable for Sunday's game against the Steelers.
Watson was limited in practice all week and drew the questionable tag for Week 8, but his activation from the PUP list Saturday is a positive sign for the 2022 second-rounder. He is in the final stages of his recovery from a torn right ACL that he sustained in Week 18 of the 2024 season against the Bears, but whether he plays Sunday may not be officially known until the Packers announce their list of inactive players approximately 90 minutes prior to the 8:20 p.m. ET kickoff. Watson's return would bolster Green Bay's wide receiver corps, which will be without Dontayvion Wicks (calf) for Week 8 while rookie first-rounder Matthew Golden (hip) is listed as questionable.

James Proche WR | TEN
Titans' James Proche: Joins active roster
Proche was elevated to the Titans' active roster Saturday, Jim Wyatt of the team's official site reports.
The veteran wideout is now in line to make his 2025 debut in the Week 8 matchup against the Colts. Proche's last in-game action came with the Browns in 2024, when he caught all three of his targets for 21 yards while also accumulating 172 kick-return yards across nine contests. Now with Tennessee's active roster, he could contribute both offensively and on special teams Sunday.

Josh Reynolds WR | NYJ
Jets' Josh Reynolds: Won't play Week 8
Reynolds (hip) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Bengals.
Reynolds popped up on Friday's injury report as a DNP due to a hip issue, and the injury is severe enough for him to not travel with the team to Cincinnati. With Reynolds and Garrett Wilson (knee) both ruled out for Week 8, the Jets' wide receiver corps will consist of rookie fourth-rounder Arian Smith, Allen Lazard, Tyler Johnson and Isaiah Williams. The Jets are on a bye for Week 9, so Reynolds will have additional time to recover ahead of Week 10 against the Browns on Sunday, Nov. 9.

Terry McLaurin WR | WAS
Commanders' Terry McLaurin: Officially cleared for Week 8
McLaurin (quadriceps) doesn't have a designation in advance of Monday's game against the Chiefs.
McLaurin's return in Week 8 will end a four-game absence due to a quadriceps injury that he sustained against the Raiders in Week 3. He and fellow wideout Deebo Samuel (heel) were full participants in practice all week, and their returns will boost a Commanders offense that will have Marcus Mariota serve as the starting quarterback in the absence of Jayden Daniels (hamstring). With McLaurin and Samuel back in the fold, there will be less targets to go around for the likes of Chris Moore, Jaylin Lane, Luke McCaffrey and Zach Ertz.

Deebo Samuel WR | WAS
Commanders' Deebo Samuel: Good to go for Week 8
Samuel (heel) doesn't have a designation ahead of Monday night's game against the Chiefs.
Samuel was able to play through a heel injury during the Commanders' Week 6 win over the Chargers, but it prevented him from playing against the Cowboys in Week 7. The seventh-year pro was able to string together a full week of practices, and he and fellow wideout Terry McLaurin (quadriceps) will both suit up against Kansas City on Monday. The returns of Samuel and McLaurin will give the Commanders a much-needed boost on offense with Marcus Mariota under center after Jayden Daniels (hamstring) was ruled out for Week 8.

Jalen Brooks WR | ARI
Jalen Brooks: Cut with injury settlement
The Cowboys cut Brooks (knee) from the practice squad with an injury settlement Friday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.
Brooks was placed on the practice-squad injured list Wednesday but will now be free to look for a new opportunity elsewhere after appearing in one game with Dallas this season.

Tyler Scott WR | LAR
Tyler Scott: Let go by Seattle
The Seahawks cut Scott from the practice squad Friday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.
Scott signed with the Seahawks' practice squad earlier this month but is being replaced by Tyrone Broden. Scott has yet to appear in a regular-season game this season.
-
Christian Kirk WR | SF
Texans' Christian Kirk: Won't play this week
Kirk (hamstring) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against San Francisco.
With Nico Collins (concussion) and Kirk both ruled out, the Texans are left with Xavier Hutchinson, Jayden Higgins, Jaylin Noel and Braxton Berrios as the favorites for playing time at wide receiver. Noel made a splash last week with four catches for 77 yards on seven targets in a 27-19 loss at Seattle, but that doesn't necessarily mean he'll be the main beneficiary in terms of playing time this week. Kirk, meanwhile, has now missed Weeks 1, 2, 7 and 8 with hamstring injuries.
-
Nico Collins WR | HOU
Texans' Nico Collins: Won't play Sunday
Collins (concussion) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the 49ers.
Meanwhile, Christian Kirk (hamstring) has also been deemed out for the contest. Per Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2, in the absence of Collins and Kirk, look for the Texans to lean heavily on TE Dalton Schultz, along with rookie wide receivers Jaylin Noel and Jayden Higgins as well as Xavier Hutchinson. Wilson adds that both of Houston's injured WRs -- who didn't practice this week -- have a chance to return to action Nov. 2 against the Broncos.
-
Tyrone Broden WR | SEA
Tyrone Broden: Back with Seattle
Broden signed with the Seahawks' practice squad Friday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.
Following the preseason, Broden inked with the Seahawks' practice squad but was let go earlier this month. He's now back with Seattle, taking the spot of Tyler Scott.
