Tee Higgins WR | CIN
Bengals' Tee Higgins: Healthy and working out
Higgins is no longer bothered by his hamstring injury from the end of last season, Geoff Hobson of Bengals.com reports.
He technically played all 16 games as a rookie, but he was eased into action with 15 snaps Week 1, while the hamstring injury limited him to three snaps in the season finale. Over the 14 games in between, Higgins averaged 4.8 catches for 64.9 yards on 7.6 targets, scoring six TDs and putting up solid efficiency stats (62.6 percent catch rate, 8.5 YPT) despite playing for a four-win team that scored 19.4 points per game (29th). With A.J. Green and his 104 targets from last season now out of the picture, Higgins should take on an even larger role in the Cincinnati offense. The 22-year-old wideout has been working out in Arizona and should be a full-go for any team offseason activities.

Adam Humphries WR | HOU
Football Team's Adam Humphries: Heading to nation's capital
Washington and Humphries (concussion) agreed to a contract Thursday.
Humphries has experience catching passes for new No. 1 quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick, who started 10 games for the Bucs back in 2017 and 2018. Those campaigns happen to coincide with Humphries' best statistically, as he combined for a 137-1,447-6 line on 188 targets in 32 games working with Fitzpatrick and Jameis Winston. Humphries fell off a bit that past two years with the Titans -- mostly due to injury and their run-heavy scheme -- hauling in 60 of 82 targets for 602 yards and four scores in 19 appearances. He'll work primarily out of the slot in Washington, working in tandem with Terry McLaurin and Curtis Samuel.

Demarcus Robinson WR | SF
Chiefs' Demarcus Robinson: Signs one-year deal
Robinson is signing a one-year contract to stay with the Chiefs, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.
The 2016 fourth-round pick played out his rookie contract in Kansas City and now gets a one-year deal for a second straight offseason. While he could see a few more targets if Sammy Watkins isn't re-signed, Robinson is unlikely to become a high-volume receiver in the Kansas City offense. His 466 receiving yards last season were a career high.

Adam Humphries WR | HOU
Adam Humphries: Discussing deal with Washington?
Humphries (concussion) is visiting with Washington on Thursday, Nicki Jhabvala of The Washington Post reports.
Humphries doesn't have any track record with coach Ron Rivera or OC Scott Turner, but the veteran slot receiver did play with QB Ryan Fitzpatrick in Tampa Bay for two seasons (2017-18). Those were the two best statistical seasons of Humphries' career, with a 76/816/5 receiving line in 2018 inspiring the Titans to give him a four-year, $36 million contract in the spring of 2019. Humphries caught 60 passes for 602 yards and four touchdowns in 19 games with Tennessee, missing four contests in 2019 and nine more in 2020. Lingering concussion symptoms were the major problem last season, but Humphries should still be a solid slot receiver if he stays healthy. He'll turn 28 in June and would be a clear favorite for Washington's No. 3 receiver job behind Terry McLaurin and Curtis Samuel.

Cam Sims WR | CAR
Football Team's Cam Sims: Signs RFA tender
Sims signed his restricted free agent tender Wednesday.
Sims waited a week before signing, ultimately unable to find a contract offer any better than the one-year, $2.13 million tender. The 2018 UDFA played only 56 offensive snaps in eight games through his first two seasons, before starting in 10 of his 16 appearances in 2020. Sims averaged 14.9 yards per catch and 9.9 per target last year, but he was targeted on only 12.2 percent of his routes, essentially making him an afterthought behind Terry McLaurin, Logan Thomas and J.D. McKissic. With Curtis Samuel now joining the team, Sims may find himself in a camp battle for the third or fourth spot on the wideout depth chart. Steven Sims, Kelvin Harmon (knee), Antonio Gandy-Golden and Isaiah Wright could also compete for those roles, and Washington still has time to add more talent this offseason.

Mack Hollins WR | NE
Dolphins' Mack Hollins: Returns to Dolphins
Hollins agreed Tuesday with the Dolphins on a one-year contract, Barry Jackson of the Miami Herald reports.
Hollins is coming off a 2020 campaign in which he caught 16 of his 25 targets for 176 yards and a touchdown in 16 games. The 2017 fourth-round pick is off the fantasy radar in most formats, but his return bolsters Miami's wide-receiver depth. The 27-year-old is also expected to fill an important role on special teams for Miami.

Kalif Raymond WR | CHI
Lions' Kalif Raymond: Signs with Lions
The Lions have signed Raymond to a one-year deal, Kyle Meinke of MLive.com reports.
Raymond, who logged nine catches for 187 yards in 15 games with the Titans last season, will provide the Lions with added wideout depth. More importantly, the speedster is expected to help fill the void created by the free-agent departure of All-Pro returner Jamal Agnew.

Isaiah McKenzie WR | MIA
Bills' Isaiah McKenzie: Speedster re-ups with Buffalo
McKenzie has re-signed with the Bills, Jay Skurski of The Buffalo News reports.
McKenzie is strictly a role player, but he's become an excellent chess piece in Brian Daboll's high-powered offense. McKenzie surprisingly had five receiving touchdowns last season after having only one in his previous four years of NFL action. He also added a passing touchdown and a return TD. The Bills are plenty set in terms of starting wideouts between Stefon Diggs, Cole Beasley and Emmanuel Sanders, but McKenzie will fulfill a similar role in 2021. With return specialist Andre Roberts off to Houston, McKenzie could see more time in the return game.
-
Chris Conley WR | SF
Texans' Chris Conley: Headed to Houston
Conley is signing a one-year deal with Houston, Aaron Wilson of the Houston Chronicle reports.
The Texans clearly have a type this offseason, targeting a slew of veterans who have experience as starters but arguably fit better as backups. Conley averaged 23.4 yards per game in four seasons with the Chiefs, followed by 40.2 yards per game in two seasons with the Jaguars. He'll likely land somewhere between third and fifth on the WR depth chart when the dust settles in Houston this summer.

Phillip Dorsett WR | LV
Jaguars' Phillip Dorsett: Proclaims full health
Dorsett (foot) said at his introductory press conference with the Jaguars on Monday that he's back to 100 percent health, John Shipley of SI.com reports.
Dorsett's foot injury kept him from suiting up for a single game with the Seahawks last season, but it looks like he's already received full clearance after undergoing November surgery. The veteran speedster can be considered on track for the tentative start of Jacksonville's offseason program, which would allow him ample time to build chemistry with whichever quarterback the Jaguars select at No. 1 overall in April's draft. Clemson's Trevor Lawrence widely is considered to be the likeliest candidate for that honor.
