Corey Davis WR | NYJ
Titans' Corey Davis: Hitting open market
Davis and TE Jonnu Smith are aware the Titans don't plan to re-sign them, Dianna Russini of ESPN reports.
This appears to be a more definitive version of a sentiment that's been building throughout the offseason. The Titans will build their offense around Derrick Henry and A.J. Brown, while Davis and Smith will search for new teams in free agency.

Isaiah Ford WR | CHI
Dolphins' Isaiah Ford: Set to hit market
Ford will become an unrestricted free agent, as the Dolphins aren't tendering him, Tom Pelissero of NFL Network reports.
Ford had some opportunities to step up with injuries ravaging Miami's receiving corps last season but didn't stand out when given the chance, finishing the season with 28 catches for 276 yards in 10 games. The 25-year-old receiver likely will get a training camp invite somewhere, but he's unlikely to earn much, if any, guaranteed money.

Vyncint Smith WR | IND
Jets' Vyncint Smith: Signs one-year deal
Smith signed a one-year contract with the Jets on Saturday, Ryan Dunleavy of the New York Post reports.
The Jets opted not to use a minimum-level tender on Smith, meaning this contract will come in under $2.1 million. The deal is said to be incentive-laden, which isn't surprising considering the 24-year-old recorded just one catch in an injury-plagued 2020 campaign.

Michael Thomas WR | NO
Saints' Michael Thomas: Inevitably restructures contract
Thomas (ankle) restructured his contract to create $8.7 million in cap space for the Saints, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.
This was inevitable considering the ever-lasting salary-cap hole the Saints continue to climb out of. Perhaps more importantly, Nick Underhill of NewOrleans.Football reports Thomas' cap hit will now exceed $24 million in each of the next three seasons, essentially locking in the star wide receiver with the team for the foreseeable future. It's also likely the Saints will have to continually revisit the contract in upcoming years similar to what the team did with quarterback Drew Brees throughout the later stages of his career.
-
Trent Sherfield WR | BUF
Trent Sherfield: Hitting the market
Sherfield wasn't tendered by the Cardinals as a restricted free agent, Tom Pelissero of NFL Network reports.
Sherfield was one of the team's core special-teams players, logging 221 snaps on those units during the 2020 season. The speedy receiver also caught five of his seven targets for 50 yards and will aim to take his talents elsewhere in the upcoming season.

Brandin Cooks WR | SF
Texans' Brandin Cooks: Agrees to new deal
Cooks and the Texans have agreed to a contract restructure that frees up $6.5 million in cap space for the team, Aaron Wilson of the Houston Chronicle reports.
Cooks previously was scheduled for a $12 million cap hit, which was more than reasonable after he rebounded from a subpar 2019 to record the his fifth 1,000-yard receiving season of his career in 2020. This restructure likely converts most of his 2021 base salary into a bonus, reducing this year's cap charge by pushing some of it to the final two seasons of Cooks' contract (2022, 2023) instead. The Texans apparently intend to keep the veteran wideout, though he might end up playing for a young, overmatched team with a new coach and a new quarterback (TBD). Cook's fantasy value for the upcoming season partially hinges on the Deshaun Watson situation.

Gabe Davis WR | BUF
Bills' Gabriel Davis: Less crowded path to playing time
Davis could be in store for an enhanced role in 2021 after the Bills released John Brown on Wednesday.
Davis did well in his rookie season, but in the nine regular-season games Brown played, the former was pushed down to the No. 4 spot on the receiver depth chart. The Bills need more help at other positions and don't have much cap space -- hence the Brown move -- so there's a chance the team is satisfied entering the 2021 season with Davis as the No. 3 receiver behind Stefon Diggs and Cole Beasley. If that happens, Davis will make for a decent fantasy option given his 35-599-7 rookie line in the Bills' newly found high-powered passing game.

N'Keal Harry TE | SEA
Patriots' N'Keal Harry: Discussed in trade talks
Teams have reached out to the Patriots to discuss acquiring Harry in a trade, Mike Garafolo of NFL Network reports.
Marquise Brown and Harry were the two wide receivers selected in the first round of the 2019 NFL Draft, coming off the board before the likes of A.J. Brown, DK Metcalf, Deebo Samuel, Diontae Johnson and Terry McLaurin. While perhaps a bust relative to his classmates, Harry hasn't exactly been put in the best position to thrive, learning a complicated offense while dealing with injuries and poor quarterback play. It isn't clear if the Patriots are inclined to give him another shot, but it sounds like there will be some interest if they decide to shop him.

Ray-Ray McCloud WR | CHI
Steelers' Ray-Ray McCloud: Re-ups with Steelers
McCloud re-signed Wednesday with the Steelers on a one-year contract, Tom Pelissero of NFL Network reports.
McCloud appeared in every regular-season game for the Steelers in 2020, converting 22 targets into 20 catches for 77 yards. He also had four carries for 65 yards, while racking up 645 and 298 yards on kick and punt returns, respectively.

Marcus Kemp WR | WAS
Chiefs' Marcus Kemp: Re-ups in Kansas City
Kemp signed a contract extension with the Chiefs on Tuesday, Aaron Wilson of the Houston Chronicle reports.
Kemp played in 11 regular-season games in 2020, 10 with the Chiefs, and caught just one pass for an 11-yard gain. The 25-year-old also played in the final two postseason contests but logged only four offensive snaps. Kemp will be on the roster bubble heading into training camp.
