  • Mike Evans WR | SF

Buccaneers' Mike Evans: Suiting up Saturday

Evans (knee) is listed as active Saturday at Washington.

When Evans' left leg got stuck in the end-zone turf Week 17, the potential for missed time seemed possible, but he progressed throughout the week, culminating in a limited practice Thursday and a listing of questionable for the wild-card round. Both Mike Garafolo and Ian Rapoport of NFL Network have since forecast that Evans would attempt to play through a knee injury, and indeed the wide receiver will be available to the Buccaneers offense Saturday. Having said that, Evans' workload may be capped to ensure he doesn't suffer a setback, which could result in more reps for Antonio Brown and Scotty Miller opposite Chris Godwin.

  • Saints' Lil'Jordan Humphrey: Lifted from practice squad

The Saints elevated Humphrey from the practice squad Saturday, Nick Underhill of NewOrleans.Football reports.

Although Michael Thomas (ankle) is back from IR, Tre'Quan Smith (ankle) is still unavailable, so Humphrey will add depth at wide receiver in Sunday's wild-card game against the Bears. The 22-year-old will be one of seven healthy wideouts for the Saints. Through three games this season, Humphrey has caught three passes for 48 yards and a touchdown.

  • Cole Beasley WR | NYG

Bills' Cole Beasley: Seven catches in playoff win

Beasley (knee) caught all seven of his targets for 57 yards in Saturday's 27-24 wild-card round win over the Colts.

Beasley was a game-time decision but gutted it out and played well, leading the team in catches. The veteran slot receiver will look to heal up further by next week's AFC divisional round game, and he should continue to serve as a security blanket for quarterback Josh Allen in the pass-heavy Bills offense.

  • Colts' Michael Pittman: Leading receiver in playoff exit

Pittman caught five of 10 targets for a team-high 90 yards and added an 11-yard carry in Saturday's 27-24 wild-card round loss to the Bills.

Pittman racked up 102 scrimmage yards in the first half, but he also dropped a difficult but makeable catch in the end zone on 4th-and-goal late in the second quarter. He was a non-factor in the second half, losing one yard on his only catch. The rookie second-round pick topped 100 scrimmage yards only once in the regular season while reaching 50 in just three of 13 games, but hopefully Pittman will be able to build on this strong postseason debut heading into his sophomore season.

  • Stefon Diggs WR | WAS

Bills' Stefon Diggs: Tops 100 yards with a TD

Diggs (oblique) caught six of nine targets for 128 yards and a touchdown in Saturday's 27-24 wild-card round win over the Colts.

Diggs showed no signs of the oblique injury that had him listed as questionable coming into the game, leading all receivers from either side in yards, including a 35-yard touchdown catch early in the fourth quarter. The league's regular season receiving leader carried his momentum over into the postseason, and Diggs should continue to serve as the focal point of Buffalo's pass-heavy offense in the AFC divisional round next week.

  • Deonte Harty WR | BAL

Saints' Deonte Harris: Lifted from IR

Harris (neck) was activated from injured reserve Saturday, Nick Underhill of NewOrleans.Football reports.

Harris will return to action for Sunday's wild-card matchup against the Bears. With Michael Thomas (ankle) back in action as well, Harris will battle fellow wideout Marquez Callaway for playing time behind Thomas and Emmanuel Sanders. Harris should also contribute in the return game. Through 11 outings this year, the 23-year-old has averaged 12.2 yards per punt return and 27.3 yards per kick return.

  • Saints' Michael Thomas: Comes off injured reserve

The Saints activated Thomas (ankle) from injured reserve Saturday, Nick Underhill of NewOrleans.Football reports.

After missing the last three games of the regular season due to a high-ankle sprain, Thomas progressed enough since his practice window opened Wednesday to be available for the Saints' playoff opener Sunday. It'll be interesting to see if he can handle his typical workload of 7.9 targets per game from the current campaign, but if he does he'll have a good chance to profit against a Bears defense that has allowed 8.3 YPT to wide receivers this season (12th worst in the NFL).

  • Darnell Mooney WR | NYG

Bears' Darnell Mooney: Ruled out for Sunday

Mooney (ankle) has been ruled out ahead of Sunday's game against the Saints, Adam Hoge of NBC Sports Chicago reports.

Mooney never managed to practice all week, but it's still a tough blow to a Bears offense that targeted the rookie fifth-round pick 13 times in last week's loss to the Packers. Anthony Miller and Javon Wims will be expected to shoulder some of the additional snaps in Mooney's absence.

  • Mike Evans WR | SF

Buccaneers' Mike Evans: On track to play

Evans (knee) is expected to play in Saturday's wild-card game against Washington, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.

The Bucs likely won't make things official until closer to 8:15 p.m. ET, but it looks as if the star wide receiver is expected to play in the pivotal playoff game. Evans practiced just once this week after injuring his left knee early in the Bucs' Week 17 win over the Falcons.

  • Cole Beasley WR | NYG

Bills' Cole Beasley: Returning to action Saturday

Beasley (knee) is active for Saturday's game against the Colts.

Beasley emerged from Week 16 with a knee injury that ultimately kept him sidelined in the regular-season finale. As the Bills prepared for the wild-card round, he didn't practice until Thursday, when he logged a limited session. That appearance was enough for Beasley to join Stefon Diggs (oblique) on the active roster Saturday as Buffalo takes on the Colts' 20th-ranked pass defense (241.6 yards per game).
