Amari Cooper WR | LV
Cowboys' Amari Cooper: Scores late TD in loss
Cooper brought in five of nine targets for 43 yards and a touchdown and added a 10-yard rush on one attempt in the Cowboys' 34-17 loss to the Ravens on Tuesday night.
Cooper was on his way to a forgettable fantasy night before making an acrobatic two-yard catch in the back of the end zone on fourth down for Dallas' final score of the night. The sixth-year pro has enjoyed a strong connection with Andy Dalton and had been coming on with a 17-260-1 line over the prior three contests to Tuesday's game. His numbers against Baltimore therefore represented a slight downturn from his per-game averages during that span, but Cooper should once again be the subject of plenty of attention from Dalton in the latter's return to Cincinnati to face the Bengals in Week 14.

Michael Gallup WR | WAS
Cowboys' Michael Gallup: Paces air attack in loss
Gallup secured seven of 11 targets for 86 yards and a touchdown in the Cowboys' 34-17 loss to the Ravens on Tuesday night.
Coming off a six-catch effort on Thanksgiving Day against Washington, Gallup followed up by pacing the Cowboys in receptions, receiving yardage and targets. The third-year wideout's yardage total was also his highest since Week 3, a welcome surge for fantasy managers at a critical time of year. Gallup will look to continue his upward trajectory while helping quarterback Andy Dalton extract some revenge on his former employer in a favorable Week 14 road matchup in Cincinnati.

Ray-Ray McCloud WR | CHI
Steelers' Ray-Ray McCloud: Two receptions in loss
McCloud recorded two receptions for four yards across five offensive snaps in Monday's loss to Washington.
McCloud has logged just nine offensive snaps over the past two weeks, after averaging almost 18 snaps a game for the seven contests prior. With plenty of mouths to feed on the Pittsburgh receiving corps, McCloud could continue to see limited action as the regular season comes to a close.

Jaydon Mickens WR | IND
Jaydon Mickens: Back to Tampa's practice squad
Mickens signed back to the Buccaneers' practice squad Tuesday, Greg Auman of The Athletic reports.
Mickens was waived by Tampa Bay on Monday but after clearing all waivers, the return specialist will make his way back to the team's practice squad. He spent the three previous week's on the reserve/COVID-19 list.
-
Cam Sims WR | CAR
Football Team's Cam Sims: Five receptions Monday
Sims recorded five receptions for 92 yards across 62 offensive snaps in Monday's win over the Steelers.
Sims bounced back nicely in Week 13 after being held to no receptions the week prior. He had one of his most productive outings of the season as he now has 18 receptions for 337 yards and a touchdown on the year. He'll enter Sunday's game against the 49ers as Washington's No. 2 wideout.

Isaiah Ford WR | CHI
Isaiah Ford: Returning to Miami
Ford signed with the Dolphins' practice squad Tuesday, Field Yates of ESPN reports.
The 24-year-old was traded from the Dolphins to the Patriots for a late-round pick in early November, but he was waived over the weekend. Ford has cleared waivers and will return to the team where he began the season.

Tyrie Cleveland WR | IND
Broncos' Tyrie Cleveland: One catch Week 13
Cleveland caught his lone target for 11 yards and returned three kickoffs for 77 yards during Sunday's loss to the Chiefs.
The 23-year-old played only two offensive snaps but secured his first reception since the season opener. Cleveland should continue to see most of his opportunities in the return game for Denver.
-
John Hightower WR | LAC
Eagles' John Hightower: Fails to catch two targets
Hightower didn't catch his two targets during Sunday's 30-16 loss at Green Bay.
The 24-year-old played 18 of 62 offensive snaps but was unable to make an impact in the passing game. Hightower has only one reception for one yard since Week 7.

N'Keal Harry TE | SEA
Patriots' N'Keal Harry: Posts TD in rout of Chargers
Harry collected two of three targets for 15 yards and a touchdown during Sunday's 45-0 win against the Chargers.
Harry posted his second TD of the 2020 campaign during Week 13, a reasonable total considering that his starting quarterback has only managed five scores through the air all season. The second-year man has benefitted from some higher-volume weeks, collecting six-plus targets four times, with eight targets in a game as recently as Week 11. His 26 receptions and 228 receiving yards have already more than doubled his rookie outputs, as Harry heads into a Week 14 matchup against the Rams' top-rated pass defense.

Steven Sims WR | ARI
Football Team's Steven Sims: Pulls down four passes in upset
Sims secured four of six targets for 17 yards during Monday's 23-17 win against the Steelers. He also posted a nine-yard punt return.
Sims may have been held under 20 receiving yards for a third consecutive appearance, but his nine-yard third-down catch on Washington's opening drive of the second half helped situate the team for a touchdown that brought it within four points. Since returning from a toe injury Week 9, the 23-year-old has posted 2.8 receptions and 17.6 receiving yards per game with one TD over five appearances. Sims' six targets Monday tied a season high as he heads into a Week 14 matchup against San Francisco.
