Jalen Reagor WR | LAC
Jalen Reagor: Signs onto Bolts' practice squad
The Chargers signed Reagor to their practice squad Wednesday.
Reagor was waived by the Chargers on Tuesday after being unable to earn a depth role at wide receiver during training camp, but now he's back as a member of the practice squad. In eight games with the Chargers in 2024, he caught seven of 12 targets for 100 yards.

Tyler Johnson WR | DAL
Tyler Johnson: Added to Jets' practice squad
Johnson was released and subsequently added to the Jets' practice squad Wednesday, Eric Allen of the team's official website reports.
Johnson made New York's initial 53-man roster Tuesday, but he was released after the addition of tight end Jelani Woods and two defensive players Wednesday. The wide receiver will now stick around with the Jets' practice unit. He played in 15 regular-season contests with the Rams in 2024, so there's a good chance he earns an elevation to the active roster with New York at some point this season.

Mason Kinsey WR | TEN
Mason Kinsey: Remaining in Tennessee
The Titans signed Kinsey to the practice squad Wednesday, Jim Wyatt of the team's official site reports.
There wasn't enough room on the Titans' 53-man roster for Kinsey, but the fifth-year wideout will remain in the organization on the team's practice squad. He has appeared in 15 regular-season games (including six in 2024) since signing with the Titans as an undrafted free agent in May of 2020.

Jacob Cowing WR | SF
49ers' Jacob Cowing: Lands on injured reserve
The 49ers placed Cowing (hamstring) on injured reserve Wednesday.
Cowing injured his hamstring in late July, which has sidelined him for the majority of training camp and all three of the 49ers' preseason games. His move to the IR means the 2024 fourth-rounder will be required to miss at least next four games, making Week 5 against the Rams on Thursday, Oct. 2 the earliest he can make his 2025 debut. The 49ers are dealing with several injuries at wide receiver, which opens the door for Junior Bergen, Robbie Chosen and Malik Turner to be elevated from the practice squad to the active roster ahead of Week 1 against the Seahawks.
-
Tyrone Broden CB | SEA
Tyrone Broden: Joins practice squad
Broden signed with the Seahawks' practice squad Wednesday.
An undrafted rookie out of Arkansas, Broden brought athleticism to the team with a 4.37 40-yard dash at 6-foot-5, 194 pounds, but his collegiate production was disappointing. He caught just one pass for 15 yards over three preseason games and will continue to develop on the scout team this year.

JaQuae Jackson WR | LAC
JaQuae Jackson: Joins Bolts' practice squad
The Chargers signed Jackson to their practice squad Wednesday.
Jackson was waived by the Chargers on Tuesday, but he's already back with the team as a member of the practice squad. The 53-man roster for 2025 will likely be thin at wide receiver, so Jackson could be closer to NFL snaps than the average practice squad wideout.
-
Tyler Kahmann WR | IND
Tyler Kahmann: Finds place on practice squad
Kahmann signed to the Colts' practice squad Wednesday.
The wide receiver was waived Tuesday after failing to make the Colts' 53-man roster, but he was able to stay with the team because he cleared waivers. The undrafted rookie caught two passes (on four targets) for eight yards across three preseason games for Indy.

Will Sheppard WR | GB
Will Sheppard: Sticking around Green Bay
Sheppard was signed to the Packers' practice squad Wednesday.
Sheppard went unclaimed on waivers after being let go by the team Tuesday, and he will now hang around Green Bay as a member of the practice unit. The wide receiver will look to earn an elevation to the active roster and make his NFL debut in 2025.

Jauan Jennings WR | SF
49ers' Jauan Jennings: Uncertain for Week 1
The 49ers are unsure if Jennings (calf/contract) will play Week 1 at Seattle, but GM John Lynch said Wednesday that he won't trade the wide receiver, ESPN.com's Nick Wagoner reports.
Lynch confirmed that Jennings requested a trade at one point due to frustration with contract negotiations, saying it was "a while ago" and the team has moved on. Jennings showed up for the start of training camp but then left the fourth practice early with a calf injury -- an issue that Lynch says is legitimate and not just an excuse to miss practice during contract negotiations. Jennings hasn't practiced for a month, joining a long list of San Francisco wideouts that are in doubt for Week 1 due to suspensions or injuries. Frustration with the lack of an extension in his contract year adds another risk factor, but there's also a clear opportunity for Jennings to pile up snaps and targets in the absence of Brandon Aiyuk (knee) this September.

Jackson Meeks WR | DET
Jackson Meeks: Signs with practice squad
Meeks signed with the Lions' practice squad Wednesday.
Meeks led the Lions in receptions (11) and receiving yards (176) through three preseason games, adding two touchdowns as well. Unfortunately, the undrafted free agent out of Syracuse was left off the 53-man roster with the Lions keeping just five wide receivers. Meeks' impressive performance could get him called up to the active roster if injuries stack up.
