  • Elijah Cooks WR | NO

Elijah Cooks: Lands on Philly's practice squad

The Eagles signed Cooks to their practice squad Tuesday.

Cooks spent most of the season with Jacksonville's practice squad and got elevated twice, compiling 10 offensive snaps and four special-teams snaps without recording any other stats during the two contests. He'll now provide Philadelphia with wide-receiver depth as part of the organization's practice squad. In related moves, the Eagles signed wideout Parris Campbell from their practice squad to their active roster and cut receiver Joseph Ngata from their practice squad.

  • Eagles' Parris Campbell: Secures spot on active roster

The Eagles signed Campbell from their practice squad to their active roster Tuesday.

Campbell bounced around between Philadelphia's practice squad and active roster throughout the campaign, and he played in five regular-season games, tallying six catches for 30 yards and one touchdown. The veteran wideout was elevated from the team's practice squad for Sunday's wild-card win over the Packers and logged two special-teams snaps without recording any other stats. Campbell will provide the Eagles with receiver depth for Sunday's divisional-round matchup versus the Rams, though he's not likely to see much work on offense.

  • Packers' Tulu Griffin: Nabs reserve/future deal with GB

The Packers signed Griffin to a reserve/future contract Tuesday.

Griffin was signed as an undrafted free agent by Las Vegas in April, then spent less than two weeks with Cleveland's practice squad in late August and early September. The wideout had been without an NFL organization until Green Bay inked him to a reserve/future contract Tuesday. Griffin posted a 50-658-4 receiving with Mississippi State as a senior, and he was an electric kick returner throughout college, averaging 30.8 yards per return with two TDs in that role.

  • Tanner Knue WR | TB

Buccaneers' Tanner Knue: Back with Tampa Bay

The Bucs signed Knue to a reserve/future contract Tuesday.

Knue was elevated from the practice squad ahead of last Sunday's wild-card playoff game against Washington, but he was deemed inactive for the contest. Knue spent all of last offseason with Tampa Bay after signing with the Bucs as an undrafted rookie out of Eastern Michigan. He'll get another chance to earn a roster spot this coming offseason.

  • Buccaneers' Dennis Houston: Inks deal with Tampa Bay

The Bucs signed Houston to a reserve/future contract Tuesday.

Houston spent last summer with the Giants but was cut with an injury settlement in August. He latched on with Tampa Bay's practice squad in October and spent the remainder of the season there. Houston will get a chance to earn a longer look this upcoming offseason. He hasn't appeared in a regular-season contest since 2022 with Dallas.

  • Buccaneers' Marquez Callaway: Signs with Tampa Bay

Callaway signed a reserve/future contract with the Bucs on Tuesday.

Let go by New Orleans in August, Callaway signed with Tampa Bay's practice squad in October and appeared in a pair of regular-season contests, though he played a total of five offensive snaps. Turning 27 years old in March, Callaway will compete for a roster spot this coming offseason.

  • Robert Woods WR | PIT

Texans' Robert Woods: Misses practice with hip injury

Woods (hip) didn't participate in Tuesday's practice.

Woods logged 51 percent of the offensive snaps in last Saturday's wild-card win over the Chargers, finishing with a 2-22-0 receiving line on four targets. With Woods dinged up and the Texans cutting Diontae Johnson earlier Tuesday, John Metchie and Xavier Hutchinson could be in line for even bigger roles behind Nico Collins in Saturday's divisional-round tilt against Kansas City.

  • Steelers' Brandon Johnson: Back with Pittsburgh

The Steelers signed Johnson to a reserve/future contract Tuesday.

Cut by the Broncos ahead of Week 1 last summer, Johnson spent the entire season in Pittsburgh, toggling between the active roster and practice squad. He appeared in three regular-season contests, catching one pass for nine yards. Known mostly for his willingness to be a blocker out wide, Johnson will look to earn a role with the Steelers this upcoming offseason.

  • Jared Wayne WR | HOU

Texans' Jared Wayne: Added to active roster

The Texans signed Wayne off their practice squad Tuesday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.

Wayne takes the 53-man roster spot vacated by Diontae Johnson, whom Houston cut earlier Tuesday. Wayne has been elevated numerous times already this season, appearing in three regular-season contests. He didn't catch a single pass on 40 offensive snaps, however, and is unlikely to see much playing time on offense as the Texans' fifth receiver behind Nico Collins, John Metchie, Robert Woods and Xavier Hutchinson.

  • Malik Heath WR | ATL

Packers' Malik Heath: No catches in wild-card loss

Heath failed to record a single reception on four targets in Sunday's 22-10 wild-card loss to the Eagles.

Heath played 38 percent of the Packers' offensive snaps Sunday, his highest snap share of the season. With Christian Watson (knee) sidelined, and both Romeo Doubs (concussion) and Jayden Reed (shoulder) picking up injuries in the contest, Heath was needed to fill in at wide receiver position. With that said, the 24-year-old wasn't able to do anything against the Eagles' formidable defense, as Green Bay's offense struggled throughout the game. Heath finished the 2024 campaign with just 10 grabs for 97 yards and two touchdowns on 13 targets across 13 contests. The Mississippi product is under contract for the 2025 season before becoming a restricted free agent in 2026. Heath will continue to face competition for targets in Green Bay's young receiver corps with Reed, Doubs, Watson and Dontayvion Wicks all under contract next season.
