Demario Douglas WR | NE
Patriots' DeMario Douglas: Limited by ankle issue
Douglas was a limited participant at practice Wednesday due to an ankle injury, Evan Lazar of the Patriots' official site reports.
Douglas has two more chances to increase his practice participation before the Patriots potentially give him a designation for Sunday's game against the Colts. Through the Patriots' first 12 games of the season, Douglas leads the team's wideout group in catches (48), receiving yards (477) and targets (66).

Kalif Raymond WR | CHI
Lions' Kalif Raymond: Sent to injured reserve
The Lions placed Raymond (foot) on injured reserve Wednesday.
Raymond will miss at least the Lions' next four games and will be eligible to return in Week 17 against the 49ers. In a corresponding move, the Lions signed wideout Maurice Alexander off the practice squad to the active roster. He and veteran Allen Robinson will be candidates to see increased work as Detroit's No. 4 receiver, but the Lions could simply opt to use more multi-running back and two-tight end sets.

DJ Chark WR | ATL
Chargers' DJ Chark: Could be active for Week 13
Chargers head coach Jim Harbaugh said Wednesday that Chark could be active for Sunday's game against the Falcons, Daniel Popper of The Athletic reports. "The opportunity is there," Harbaugh said. "I really like what I see, and like every week, there's an opportunity. The opportunity is guaranteed, and DJ has the license and the ability to take advantage of that opportunity."
The Chargers are relatively healthy at wideout and seem content with their starting trio of Ladd McConkey, Quentin Johnston and Joshua Palmer, but Chark may be able to re-enter the mix as a fourth option for the position group. After being activated from injured reserve Week 9, Chark has been active for just one of the Chargers' ensuing four games, playing one snap in total.

Romeo Doubs WR | NE
Packers' Romeo Doubs: Not playing Thursday
Doubs (concussion) has been ruled out for Thursday's game against the Dolphins, Wes Hodkiewicz of the Packers' official site reports.
Doubs suffered a concussion in the middle of the third quarter of this past Sunday's win against the 49ers when he drew a pass interference penalty in the end zone. He then was listed as a non-participant on all three practice estimates of Week 13 prep and thus won't be available Thursday. Dontayvion Wicks, Bo Melton and Malik Heath will be the candidates to see extra reps in three-wideout sets alongside Jayden Reed and Christian Watson. Meanwhile, Doubs' next chance for game action will come Dec. 5 at Detroit in another Thursday game.

Jalen Coker WR | CAR
Panthers' Jalen Coker: Sidelined for practice Wednesday
Coker (quadricep) was a non-participant at Wednesday's practice, Darin Gantt of the Panthers' official site reports.
Coker was a late addition to the Panthers' injury report last Friday due to a quad issue that left him questionable for Week 12 action. He eventually was deemed inactive for this past Sunday's game against the Chiefs, and he now has missed two straight practice sessions as a result of the injury. Head coach Dave Canales told Joe Person of The Athletic on Wednesday that he doesn't expect Coker to be available Sunday versus the Buccaneers, something that may be confirmed by the time Carolina posts its final report of the week Friday.

Tyreek Hill WR | MIA
Dolphins' Tyreek Hill: Cleared to play
Hill (wrist/personal) doesn't have an injury designation for Thursday's game at Green Bay, David Furones of the South Florida Sun Sentinel reports.
The Dolphins listed Hill as a limited participant Monday due to a lingering wrist injury before he was a non-participant Tuesday due to both the wrist issue and a personal matter. He was back with the Dolphins as a full participant for Wednesday's walk-through session, clearing up any concern about his ability to play against the Packers. Hill will be taking aim at a tough Green Bay defense after recording just five catches for 48 yards (on six targets) in a win over the Patriots last Sunday.

Marvin Mims WR | DEN
Broncos' Marvin Mims: Makes three grabs in win
Mims caught three of his five targets for 44 yards, took two carries for negative-two yards, and returned a punt for 22 yards during Sunday's 29-19 win at Las Vegas.
Mims played only 16 of the Broncos' 65 offensive snaps in Week 12, but he was still able to get five touches. He now has at least five touches in all of his last three games, but his relegation to a gadget role makes him hard to trust in fantasy lineups when Denver hosts the Browns in Week 13.

DeVonta Smith WR | PHI
Eagles' DeVonta Smith: Sits out practice Wednesday
Smith (hamstring) was held out of Wednesday's practice, Dave Zangaro of NBC Sports Philadelphia reports.
Smith hasn't logged any on-field work since playing 89 percent of snaps during a Week 11 win against the Commanders in which he hauled in four of six targets for 29 yards. So far, he's missed one game as a result of a hamstring injury, and his lack of activity to begin Week 13 prep isn't a great sign as the Eagles ramp up for Sunday's road showdown with the Ravens. Smith's listing on Eagles practice reports Thursday and Friday will be more revealing toward his chances to return to action this weekend.
-
Xavier Legette WR | CAR
Panthers' Xavier Legette: Four catches in close loss
Legette caught four of his six targets for 56 yards during Sunday's 30-27 loss versus the Chiefs.
Despite pacing Carolina's wide receivers in snaps in Week 12, Legette's six targets lagged behind teammate David Moore (10). His struggles reeling in targets also continued, as he dropped a well-placed deep ball from Bryce Young late in the fourth quarter. The Panthers will host a poor Buccaneers defense in Week 13.

Cedric Tillman WR | CLE
Browns' Cedric Tillman: Still in concussion protocol
Browns head coach Kevin Stefanski said Wednesday that Tillman remains in the NFL's concussion protocol, Daniel Oyefusi of ESPN.com reports.
Tillman suffered a concussion in last Thursday's win over the Steelers, but with the wideout still in the protocol, his status will need to be monitored as Monday's game against the Broncos approaches. More information on where Tillman stands in his recovery will come Thursday, when the Browns post their initial Week 13 injury report. If Tillman isn't cleared to play in Denver, Jamari Thrash and practice squad member Kadarius Toney would be candidate to pick up added snaps behind starting wideouts Jerry Jeudy and Elijah Moore.
