Kamara (knee) has been ruled out for the remainder of Sunday's contest against the Falcons.

Kamara endured an awkward tackle in the first half that required multiple visits to the sideline tent before he went to the locker room. He'll finish Week 12 action with five touches for 15 yards from scrimmage and no TDs. Devin Neal will assume No. 1 RB duties from Kamara, but do-it-all Taysom Hill also is on hand for carries out of certain formations.

Mahomes completed 29 of 46 passes for 352 yards and zero touchdowns with one interception in Sunday's 23-20 overtime win over the Colts. He added 30 rushing yards on four carries and threw a two-point conversion.

The yardage total was a season high as Mahomes led a fourth-quarter comeback from a 20-9 deficit, but Kareem Hunt had Kansas City's only TD while Harrison Butker booted five field goals. Mahomes has a concerning 1:3 TD:INT over the last three games, but Sunday's win could be the spark the team needed to turn things around. He'll likely need to be more productive in Week 13 for a Thanksgiving tilt against the Cowboys.

Metchie caught six of seven targets for 65 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 23-10 loss to the Ravens.

Metchie scored a 13-yard touchdown in the second quarter, giving him touchdown receptions in consecutive games after he played only eight snaps in his Week 10 Jets debut. The 2022 second-round draft pick is on his third team before the conclusion of his rookie contract, but Metchie is being given an opportunity to play a larger role compared to his stops in Houston and Philadelphia, as the Jets lack established talent at wide receiver in the ongoing absence of Garrett Wilson (knee), who is on injured reserve until at least Week 15. Metchie will try to extend his touchdown streak to three games in Week 13 against the Falcons.

Taylor completed 17 of 28 pass attempts for 222 yards, one touchdown and one interception in Sunday's 23-10 loss to the Ravens. He also rushed five times for 19 yards.

Taylor made his second start of the season, this time as a result of Justin Fields being benched. Taylor connected with John Metchie for a 13-yard touchdown in the second quarter, and Taylor's interception came on a meaningless deep heave on the game's final play. The Jets' passing game was noticeably more effective with Taylor after Fields threw for 116 yards or fewer in four of his last five starts prior to losing his starting role. While the team's quarterback situation remains fluid heading into a Week 13 home game against the Falcons, Taylor likely cleared the low bar needed to earn another start.

Wright caught three of four targets for 29 yards in Sunday's 34-27 overtime win over the Giants.

With Sam LaPorta (back) looking unlikely to return this season, Wright is the top pass-catching option among Detroit's healthy tight ends, but Sunday's volume doesn't suggest he's going to have a consistent role in the offense. Over two games since LaPorta went down, Wright has managed just a 5-37-0 line on 11 targets. He'll likely need a touchdown to make much of a fantasy impact in Week 13 during a Thanksgiving clash with the Packers.

Mason rushed eight times for 42 yards in the Vikings' 23-6 loss to the Packers on Sunday.

The majority of Mason's production came on one carry, a game-long 22-yard scamper. That also helped him to the team lead in rushing yards, and he finished the afternoon with just one fewer carry than backfield mate Aaron Jones. Mason should continue operating in a relatively robust role on the ground in a Week 13 road matchup against the Seahawks, although his minuscule participation in the passing game does cap his overall upside.

Hernandez (hip) is questionable to return to Sunday's game against the Jaguars, Josh Weinfuss of ESPN.com reports.

Hernandez left the game in the third quarter and is being evaluated by medical staff to discover the extent of the hip injury. If Hernandez is unable to return, Isaiah Adams likely will play the rest of the game at right guard.

Gainwell rushed the ball 10 times for 92 yards in Sunday's 31-28 loss to the Bears. He added six receptions on six targets for 30 yards.

Jaylen Warren was able to play despite nursing an ankle issue during the week, though he out-touched Gainwell only 18-16. Gainwell's big gain as a runner came on a fake tush push, with Connor Heyward instead spinning and handing the ball to Gainwell for a 55-yard gain -- ending just short of the goal line. As has been the case often this season, Gainwell also excelled as a receiver, pacing the team in receptions and finishing second in yards. Warren is likely to continue to serve as Pittsburgh's traditional lead back moving forward, though Gainwell has a clear role in the offense that is particularly useful in PPR formats.

Montgomery carried the ball five times for 18 yards and caught all three of his targets for 19 yards in Sunday's 34-27 overtime win over the Giants.

The veteran back failed to reach 40 scrimmage yards for the second straight game, but Montgomery simply wasn't needed much on a day in which Jahmyr Gibbs erupted for 264 scrimmage yards and three totals TDs. Montgomery has gone three straight games without getting into the end zone, his longest drought in three seasons with the Lions, but he could have a bigger role in Week 13 during a Thanksgiving tilt against the Packers.

Nolen (knee) has been ruled out and will not return to Sunday's game against the Jaguars, Josh Weinfuss of ESPN.com reports.

Nolen was a limited participant in practice this week with a knee injury, though it is unclear if that fact is related to the injury he sustained during Sunday's game. In the starting defensive tackle's absence, Dalvin Tomlinson or PJ Mustipher likely will play more rotational snaps on the defensive line.
