Jacobs (knee) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Vikings.

Jacobs missed the second half of last week's win over the Giants, but testing Monday revealed nothing more than a contusion, which allowed for a return to limited practice participation Thursday and Friday. Emanuel Wilson will take over as the lead runner if Jacobs ends up inactive ahead of a 1:00 p.m. ET kickoff this Sunday. An upcoming matchup with the Lions on Thanksgiving Day could influence Green Bay's decision on Jacobs, though both games are crucial if the Packers hope to win the NFC North and not just fight for a wild card.

Burrow (toe) was limited at Friday's practice and is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Patriots.

Burrow underwent surgery on Sept. 21 to address the Grade 3 turf toe injury that he suffered Week 2. Initially, he was believed to be facing a three-month recovery, but he's now put together two weeks of practice since the Bengals designated him for return from injured reserve Nov. 10. Prior to Friday's capped session, Burrow logged full practices Wednesday and Thursday, while Joe Flacco, the other QB in the conversation for the Week 12 start, followed an LP/LP/FP practice regimen this week and doesn't have a designation. Speaking on the eventual decision, coach Zac Taylor told Ben Baby of ESPN.com on Friday that the Bengals will "take the time we've got, assess all the practice we've had this week. He's done everything he can to try to put himself and get ready to go." Cincinnati will need to activate Burrow from IR by Saturday afternoon in order for him to have a chance to be active ahead of Sunday's 1:00 p.m. ET kickoff.

Gray (knee) is listed as questionable ahead of Sunday's matchup against the Lions, Dan Salomone of the Giants' official site reports.

The third-year pro from Oklahoma practiced in full all week but must still be activated to the Giants' active roster in order to suit up Sunday. If Gray returns in Week 12, he could split some of the Giants' backfield duties with Devin Singletary and Tyrone Tracy.

Nubin (neck) is listed as questionable ahead of Sunday's matchup against the Lions, Dan Salomone of the Giants' official site reports.

The Minnesota product was sidelined for the Giants' Week 11 loss to the Packers due to a neck injury, but following a week of limited practice sessions, he could return Sunday. Nubin has appeared in 10 games this season, recording 58 total tackles and one pass defensed. If he misses his second consecutive game in Week 12, expect Dane Belton to operate as the team's top strong safety.

Perine (ankle) is listed as doubtful for Sunday's game against the Patriots.

Perine's doubtful designation was expected based on reporting from earlier in the week. He sprained his ankle in Week 9 against the Bears and hasn't played since. Chase Brown will likely maintain a near-monopoly on Cincinnati's backfield touches Sunday, with Tahj Brooks as the next man up if Perine's ruled out.

Banks (hip) is listed as questionable ahead of Sunday's matchup against the Lions, Dan Salomone of the Giants' official site reports.

The 2023 first-round pick from Maryland downgraded from limited practice Thursday to a DNP on Friday, suggesting he's trending in the wrong direction ahead of Sunday's contest. Banks has appeared in all 11 of the Giants' games this season, recording 27 total tackles and three passes defensed. If inactive in Week 12, Dru Phillips will likely operate as the team's top slot corner.

Allen had his left shoulder examined by athletic trainers during Thursday's 23-19 loss to the Texans but stayed in the game and told reporters "we're good" regarding the injury after the game, Alaina Getzenberg of ESPN.com reports.

Allen, who was also seen shaking out his right hand after one of the eight sacks he took in Thursday's loss, should be fine moving forward. He'll have a few extra days to recover before what could be another physically grueling game against the Steelers on Sunday, Nov. 30. If Allen is dealing with any physical limitations coming out of Thursday's loss, those would be revealed when the Bills resume practicing Wednesday.

Nunez-Roches (toe) has no injury designation ahead of Sunday's matchup against the Lions, Dan Salomone of the Giants' official site reports.

The 32-year-old practiced in a limited fashion all week due to a toe injury, but it appears he'll play through the issue in the Week 12 matchup. Nunez-Roches has appeared in seven games this season, recording 20 total tackles, including 2.0 sacks, and one pass defensed. He's expected to play as one of New York's top interior defensive linemen in Sunday's contest.

Flannigan-Fowles (illness) has no injury designation ahead of Sunday's matchup against the Lions, Dan Salomone of the Giants' official site reports.

The 29-year-old upgraded from a DNP on Wednesday to a full practice session Friday, suggesting he's moved past his illness in time to play Sunday. Now fully healthy, Flannigan-Fowles is expected to operate as one of the Giants' top linebackers in Week 12.

Gordon (calf) is listed as questionable ahead of Sunday's matchup against the Steelers.

The Washington product upgraded from limited practice Thursday to a full go Friday, suggesting he's trending in the right direction ahead of Sunday's contest. However, he must be activated to the Bears' active roster in order to suit up in Week 12. If Gordon returns Sunday, he'll likely operate as one of Chicago's top slot defenders.
