Samaje Perine RB | CIN
Bengals' Samaje Perine: Considered doubtful for Week 12
Perine (ankle) is doubtful for Sunday's game against the Patriots, Ben Baby of ESPN.com reports.
Perine is still recovering from a high-ankle sprain sustained during Cincinnati's loss to the Bears in Week 9, and it appears as though he'll need to spend at least one more game on the sidelines. Tahj Brooks handled seven offensive snaps with Perine unavailable versus Pittsburgh in Week 11, his second-highest total of the season, though he logged only one carry for five yards while Chase Brown continued to handle a workhorse role.

Joe Flacco QB | CIN
Bengals' Joe Flacco: Not practicing Wednesday
Flacco (shoulder) won't practice Wednesday, Kelsey Conway of The Cincinnati Enquirer reports.
Flacco continues to manage a shoulder issue, but Conway notes that the veteran QB will throw Thursday. Meanwhile, fellow signal caller Joe Burrow, who is working his way back from a toe injury, is slated to get some 11-on-11 work in Wednesday. Per Ben Baby of ESPN, Burrow appears to be targeting a return to action as soon as the Bengals' Thanksgiving Day game against the Ravens, a context that puts Flacco in a position to draw at least one more start, barring any setbacks. Cincinnati hosts New England for a 1:00 p.m. ET kickoff Sunday.

Phidarian Mathis DT | BUF
Bills' Phidarian Mathis: Could return in Week 12
Mathis (shoulder) is listed as questionable ahead of Thursday night's matchup against the Texans.
The 27-year-old logged back-to-back limited sessions to end the Bills' week of practice, giving himself a chance to return in the Week 12 contest. If active Thursday night, Mathis will likely operate as one of Buffalo's top reserve interior defensive linemen.

Chris Braswell LB | TB
Buccaneers' Chris Braswell: Day-to-day with ankle injury
Buccaneers head coach Todd Bowles said Wednesday that Braswell (ankle) is day-to-day but could still suit up for Sunday Night Football against the Rams, Greg Auman of Fox Sports reports.
Braswell has been a part-time contributor on defense as part of the Buccaneers' linebacker corps, accumulating 20 tackles (14 solo) across 10 regular-season appearances. If he misses any time, Markees Watts (hand) will be in line for increased opportunities, health provided.

Trent Sherfield WR | BUF
Trent Sherfield: Joins Cardinals' practice squad
Sherfield signed with the Cardinals' practice squad Wednesday.
The veteran wideout from Vanderbilt was cut by the Broncos on Saturday, but he's already found a new home in Arizona. Sherfield appeared in all of Denver's first 10 games this season, catching three of four targets for 21 yards across 311 total snaps (164 on offense, 147 on special teams). He could be added to the Cardinals' active roster at some point this season, especially with Marvin Harrison (appendix) currently sidelined.

Xavier Worthy WR | KC
Chiefs' Xavier Worthy: Dealing with ankle issue
Coach Andy Reid noted that Worthy tweaked his ankle, which leaves the wideout's status for Wednesday's practice uncertain, Matt McMullen of the Chiefs' official site reports.
Worthy was on the team's Week 11 injury report after being limited by an ankle issue Thursday, but he practiced fully Friday and approached the team's loss to the Broncos on Sunday without an injury designation en route to recording a 76 percent snap share in the contest. Worthy has logged back-to-back three-catch efforts for a combined 48 yards over his last two outings.

Paulson Adebo CB | NYG
Giants' Paulson Adebo: Misses Wednesday's practice
Adebo (knee) will not practice Wednesday, Pat Leonard of the New York Daily News reports.
Adebo has missed the Giants' last four games due to a sprained MCL, and Wednesday's DNP suggests he could be in jeopardy of missing the Week 12 matchup against the Lions. The Stanford product likely needs to upgrade to at least limited practice Thursday or Friday in order to have a chance at suiting up Sunday. If Adebo is sidelined for the fifth consecutive game, expect Korie Black to have an expanded role in the Giants' secondary.
-
Kayvon Thibodeaux LB | NYG
Giants' Kayvon Thibodeaux: Won't practice Wednesday
Thibodeaux (shoulder) will not practice Wednesday, Pat Leonard of the New York Daily News reports.
The 24-year-old missed the Giants' Week 11 loss to the Packers due to a shoulder injury, and his absence Wednesday suggest that he's still dealing with the issue. Thibodeaux likely needs to log at least a limited practice session Thursday or Friday in order to have a chance at playing in the Week 12 matchup against the Lions. If he's inactive for the second consecutive game, Abdul Carter will likely draw another start at outside linebacker.

Isiah Pacheco RB | DET
Chiefs' Isiah Pacheco: Returning to practice
Pacheco (knee) is slated to practice Wednesday, Matt McMullen of the Chiefs' official site reports.
Pacheco last saw game action in Week 8, but the running back's looming return to practice has him trending in the right direction as Sunday's game against the Colts approaches. The Chiefs' upcoming practice report will clarify Pacheco's official participation level Wednesday after he missed six consecutive sessions dating back to Week 9.
